We selected Wesley Financial Group because of the following: 1) Wesley was founded by a former employee of the Timeshare business and saw firsthand how guests were badgered by the salesmen, 2) they have been in business since and have had MAJOR success in helping people get out of their timeshares, 3) my wife and I had owned our timeshare for since and had seen the maintenance fees go up when we bought more points Every time we bought more points we were told that maintenance fees would only go up about $dollars per month We had to do something to get out and Wesley Financial Group called out of the blue They were a God SendThe process started in June with Brittany G [redacted] walking us through the process step by step When Brittany was promoted Katie Lou C [redacted] jumped in and continued to work with us and encourage us and ensuring us that we were making headway The process was finally finished in December when we received a cancellation letter from the Timeshare company offering to cancel our contract of which we owed $94,as Gold members This was an answer to our prayers NO MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS WITH SKY ROCKETING MAINTENANCE FEES!!! I was contacted by Wesley Financial Group, LLC in September regarding s*ing my Timeshare I had been down so many paths in trying to get rid of my timeshare (due to the increasing maintenance fees and all the misleading practices that I've experienced since I first bought the timeshare in 1999/2000) So to say the least, I was very skeptical and told Wesley Finanancial that I would need to do some research on their company first because I had been scammed before by other companies guaranteeing they could s [redacted] my timeshare for a fee and all they did was post it for sale on a website and it never sold After doing lots of research on Wesley Financial Group, LLC, I called them back and told them I was ready to work with them In September 2015, I completed all the required forms/documents, some of which had to be notarized and sent them electronically to Wesley Financial I worked with Brittany G [redacted] and Britnee S [redacted] at Wesley Financial and they were both wonderful and pleasant to work with I trusted everything they told me and they were good on their word They explained the whole process to me and advised how long each process would take After working with Brittany and Britnee, they put me in touch with Suie B [redacted] with " [redacted] for ***", in late November I worked with Susie and provided her with all the required forms and information she needed Susie sent all of my paperwork/documentation to my Timeshare ( [redacted] ) and explained the whole process to me I received a letter from [redacted] on 11/27/regarding [redacted] being contacted by a third party ( [redacted] for ***, Inc.) and the letter stated that they have received notification about my wish to transfer my timeshare and they would start the transfer process I received another letter from [redacted] on 2/16/stating that my transfer of ownership for my contract is now complete I contacted [redacted] to confirm that I would no longer have to pay anymore maintenance fees and [redacted] confirmed this I sold/transferred my timeshare (that was fully paid for and all maintenance fees up-to-date) to Wesley Financial Group, LLC at zero dollar cost and I could not be happier I can't say enough wonderful things about Wesley Financial, their caring employees and the way they conduct business If I could rank them higher than five starts, I would!! Wesley stood by their word and did exactly what they told me they would do and I highly recommend anyone needing help with their Timeshare to contact the Wesley Financial Group, LLC

I responded to the web sight to Wesley FinancialI had a time share with [redacted] resorts and [redacted] helped me get rid of my time shareI was told by [redacted] whenever I went that I had to go to their little talks about the resort that was only supposed to be and a half long but it always turned into 3- hours them trying to get me to upgradeThey said that I would have a lot more options once I up graded but all it did was make my payments higher and the maintaince fees higher alsothey also said that I could give it to a family member I would not even think about it after I got my payment plan and the feesThey say that they want to make your vacation more simplified it was more of a hardship on meI went to the resort a couple of times and it was always the same.They helped me through the process sometimes they help you get some money back I didn't but they got me out of my contractWhen I needed help Mr [redacted] was right there for me if I needed an answerhe was even on a fishing trip with his family once but he still called me backI respect that when he said he will call you he willAlso any one of the people at Wesley will call you backThey have a great staff and are willing to go the extra mile to help you get rid of that thorn in your back of a time shareFor what you pay these people you can take a great vacation for less than you pay these time share companies want to thank them very much for what they did for me.n

Wesley Financial Group is professional and friendly *** and *** put us at ease with our first meeting *** *** was our consultant He is friendly and answered us back in a timely manner He kept our spirits up and told us the "end" was in sightFor what they do, Wesley Financial is definitely the right choice

My husband and I were contacted by Wesley Financial Group in early We had also been contacted by another company, both wanting to assist us with our time share
We looked into the history and background of both companies I also checked on the persons that I had spoken with at both companies, as well as the owners of the companies After much investigation, we decided to look at WFG We made an appointment and actually drove to TN to meet with them in person I wanted to see a physical office and faces in case this was not legit
We were very pleased by what we saw and what we were told We entered into a contract with WFG They did everything they stated they would do to help us get our issue resolved
We initially went into it wanting out of all of our contracts, and hopefully gaining some money back We loved the product, but had allowed the timeshare company reps to mislead us and promise us things that didn't exist We had been deceived by them I had tried contacting the timeshare company financial service department direct, but was told they could not help me until I allowed it to go into default
WFG gave us the addresses of where we needed to send letters, told us how to go about it and gave us a general idea of what to include in the letters At no time did they lead us to believe they would do the work for us It is as they have stated in other responses to complaints - they lead - we work
Upon dealing with the time share company, we were pleased with the rep that we got from Wyndham that responded back to us He made us a counter offer It gave us our previous points, took away our loan and we were able to keep our platinum status After much thought, we decided to accept *** counter offer We let WFG know, and they were fine with it We did not, however, ask for any money back as we were the ones that decided to not complete the process that they entered into contact with us for
We had a great WFG rep in *** And when he was off due to an illness and death in the family, *** made sure to contact us and let us know why we had not heard back in a little while *** stayed in contact with us until *** got back We have nothing but good to say about WFG It was a large amount of money to start with, but was WAY less than what we owed
We would recommend them to anyone But like all other businesses, they are in it to make money You can't expect something for nothing Pay attention to what they are telling you There were NO surprises on our end, as we did pay attention and followed the guidelines

Wesley Financial helped us resolve our timeshare issuesWe were able to get our contract cancelled without impacting our credit

When asked about our experience with Wesley Financial we can say they never forgot us, even when, due to our granddaughter's cancer treatment, we stopped responding to them for awhile and had further family & legal problems during which time we were still unable to concentrate on our timeshare situationWesley Financial Group continued to periodically contact us and we were ultimately able to follow their advice successfullyWe were treated with courtesy and compassion by their staff

I'm not really sure I want to 'praise' this company, although the final result IS what we set out to dothe cancellation of our timeshare contract with Wyndham Resorts We paid a substantial fee up front, which I assumed would be used for 'legal defenses' and support
As it turns out, I made all the phone calls to Wyndham collections to cancel my account and I sent all of the form letters to Wyndham supplied by Wesley, mostly after correcting some of the gramatical errors
Wesley coached me as to what to do and in what order, but the value of what I paid for this is way out of proportion Had I received any refunded monies from Wesley, they would have kept 35%
Again, we accomplished what we set out to do, but had I known of their 'lack' of involvement for the cost, I would have looked somewhere else Make sure you know what they will and will not do before getting involved

We were skeptical when we first spoke to someone from Wesley Financial Group, because we'd heard so many promises from lots of companies willing to buy, rent, or get us out of a timeshare We knew we didn't want the timeshare anymore, because it was a nightmare dealing with the timeshare people They'd become so pushy and rude We wanted to get out, but with so many bad experiences with our timeshare, we didn't trust anyone in the timeshare business
The WFG staff we talked with put us at ease with what we should expect from them and what was expected from us We spoke on multiple occasions, and we felt very comfortable and good about them keeping their promise of getting us out of our timeshare The timeshare company was relentless is trying to keep us paying on it and was so rude to us when we'd speak, but our WFG staff member, Britnee, kept us positive and comforted She was great!
We are so glad we went with Wesley Financial! They did exactly as they said- they got us out of our timeshare contract! When we got the notice from the timeshare company that our contract was cancelled, we were ecstatic! Our WFG staff member sent us a note of congratulations and was so happy for us It was a HUGE burden lifted off our shoulders! We highly recommend Wesley Financial Group for anyone wanting to get out of their timeshare contract! Don't live with the nightmare, when you don't have to!
