How Wesley Financial help me....nI made a rash decision to buy a Time Share while visiting Las Vegas in 08/2015 and after attempting to dissolve it myself to no avail, by 09/2015 I was reluctantly paying the monthly fees for it. I had lost hope and settled into the fact that I would own this "thing" for the rest of my life. A few months passed and I decided that I should try and use it. Well, to my surprise the places I wanted to go, and was told that there wouldn't be any problems with booking, were unavailable to me. This infuriated me and again, I attempted to dissolve the contract with the company by myself but to no avail. nI spoke to a relative that was currently paying for a time share with the company I wanted to get out of a contract with and she told me that she was contacted by a representative from Wesley Financial Group, Inc., which inquired whether she was interested in getting rid of her time share. I asked if she could share the company's information with me and she encouraged me to do my research before contacting the company, since she didn't decide to personally work with them herself. I did my research, read testimonials from past client's (that still left my unsure) but I decided in 04/2016 to take a chance because I was miserable and I wanted OUT! nI'm an honest person and I have to say even though I agreed to work with Wesley Financial Group, Inc., at times I was worried that the result was going to be same as my 1st two attempts on my own because it was moving so slowly. The young lady I worked with, who I shared some of my rawest feelings about my worries, was [redacted] and she was AMAZING at keeping me focused on being patient during the process. Well... the patience paid off, though I'm awaiting the final paperwork from the timeshare company, in 11/2016 they sent me a check, credited my credit card that I used to pay those monthly fees with for months and they credited the down payment back to my PayPal credit account. I'm elated that I get to start the New Year off with this huge weight off my shoulders! I know I will NOT take this opportunity for granted and promise, NO MORE TIME SHARES For ME!nGenuinely Pleased.n

My wife [redacted] and I agreed to have Wesley Financial Group help us cancel our timeshare agreement. We had over $90,000.00 in debt plus monthly maintenance fees. We got into this situation due to deceptive and misleading tactics used against us by the sales staff at [redacted]. I responded to the web sight to Wesley Financial. I had a time share with [redacted] resorts and [redacted] helped me get rid of my time share. I was told by [redacted] whenever I went that I had to go to their little talks about the resort that was only supposed to be 1 and a half long but it always turned into 3- 5 hours them trying to get me to upgrade. They said that I would have a lot more options once I up graded but all it did was make my payments higher and the maintaince fees higher also. they also said that I could give it to a family member I would not even think about it after I got my payment plan and the fees. They say that they want to make your vacation more simplified it was more of a hardship on me. I went to the resort a couple of times and it was always the same.They helped me through the process sometimes they help you get some money back I didn't but they got me out of my contract. When I needed help Mr. [redacted] was right there for me if I needed an answer. he was even on a fishing trip with his family once but he still called me back. I respect that when he said he will call you he will. Also any one of the people at Wesley will call you back. They have a great staff and are willing to go the extra mile to help you get rid of that thorn in your back of a time share. For what you pay these people you can take a great vacation for less than you pay these time share companies. want to thank them very much for what they did for me.n

Our experience with Wesley Financial Group has been very productive & successful in reaching our objective to "get out of our [redacted] Timeshare" without a horrendous loss of money and damage to our credit rating. We were graciously and very responsively treated by all of our Wesley Financial advisors. As a result of extreme patience and persistence and excellent guidance, we were very successful. We were able to extract ourselves from our timeshare and our maintenance fee requirement forever. We signed the agreement drawn up by [redacted] to legally render our timeshare null and void and to cancel our monthly liability to pay our maintenance fee. Both of those acts have saved us over $50,000.00 ($25,000 of our timeshare fee and $1,200 - $2,000 per year of maintenance fees). We appreciate Wesley Financial Group's help.

We worked with Wesley Financial to get rid of our timeshare that we felt we had been mislead when we purchased it. They assisted us in getting the timeshare account cancelled with no further payments required. We were pleased with the service that we received and are especially pleased with our Wesley Financial specialist, Kimberly. We visited their office and was so impressed with the personnel. We selected Wesley Financial Group because of the following: 1) Wesley was founded by a former employee of the Timeshare business and saw firsthand how guests were badgered by the salesmen, 2) they have been in business since 1989 and have had MAJOR success in helping people get out of their timeshares, 3) my wife and I had owned our timeshare for since 1990 and had seen the maintenance fees go up when we bought more points. Every time we bought more points we were told that maintenance fees would only go up about $25 dollars per month. We had to do something to get out and Wesley Financial Group called out of the blue. They were a God Send. The process started in June 2015 with Brittany G[redacted] walking us through the process step by step. When Brittany was promoted Katie Lou C[redacted] jumped in and continued to work with us and encourage us and ensuring us that we were making headway. The process was finally finished in December 2015 when we received a cancellation letter from the Timeshare company offering to cancel our contract of which we owed $94,000 as Gold members. This was an answer to our prayers. NO MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS WITH SKY ROCKETING MAINTENANCE FEES!!! My husband and I hired Wesley Financial to assist us in cancelling our timeshare contracts with Wyndham. The Wesley personnel were very helpful throughout the process and prompt in answering emails, and offering support and guidance. Our goal, cancellation of the contracts, was achieved. Wesley Financial did something I wasn't able to do myself and that was to get my timeshare cancelled. I bought my timeshare as a single mother after a divorce with the hopes of providing my children amazing and family bonding memories through vacationing. I initially bought a trial membership which afforded me about one year of points that equated to roughly 2 trips for a family of 3. I was a single parent and wanted to be cautious and well informed before making a large purchase. I loved being in an "at home" environment when we traveled. That first year we went to Hawaii and loved it. I went to a presentation to decide if I wanted to turn my trial membership into ownership and I did. I was promised so many things such as the flexibility of renting out my timeshare or selling it, I was placed in VIP status for the first 2 years with bonus points that was thrown in, and was given other perks to be assured I would love vacation ownership. I loved it for the fist 2 years and after the VIP status changed and I didn't buy more points to remain at that level, I really saw what I purchased. It became nearly impossible to book a trip for my family in a desirable location. I would make requests 6 and 7 months in advance and still couldn't get booked where I wanted to go. I would have to settle for places that I didn't necessarily wanted to go, but need to use my points. And if I didn't use my points, I would have to pay money to "bank" them to use them later. If I made more than one request, I was charged for it! Can you believe that? I could only call to schedule a vacation once for free per year! I was then told that I needed to have multiple vacation destinations in mind at the time I called. This didn't feel like ownership at all! Oh, and let me not forget that when I wanted a late check out, I would be charged! Essentially, I was having to pay to use something I was already paying for! I can go on and on, but long story short. Wesley Financial helped me navigate the process of getting my timeshare cancelled. I researched how to do it on my own to no avail. I spoke with several other companies that promised to help me, but turned out to be scams. Wesley Financial listened to my story and took a genuine interest in helping me. They really care and want to help people. They were patient, responsive, and helped me get out of the nightmare that we call a timeshare. I'm so grateful to have taken a chance with them and hope you will too!

I like most of you have suffered through the pain of getting a good, honest, reliable advocate to help with getting out of a useless contract with the big timeshare companies.
