We had been lied to, mislead, and told we could never get out of our timeshare. We were told several times that if we added points we would be able to keep our benefits and help pay our loans and fees. Each time we found that the only thing that changed was our debt. It wasn't as easy to make money from our timeshare as they alluded. We thought we were trapped for life and that future members of our family would be stuck with the timeshare, being harassed, and having fees for the rest of their lives. I wanted out of my Wyndham Timeshare that I still owed over 36,000.00 on. I was never able to us the timeshare when I wanted it or where I wanted it. The maintenance fees were going up every year 180.00 on 1/1/2016 I don't pay that much on hoa fees for the whole year in my community.I called Wesley Financial Group to see how they could help. They explained how they work to me over the phone and I sent them a retainer fee and the process stared on 1/05/2016nI stopped making payments to Wyndham in Jan. and they started threatening me with foreclosure and ruining my credit rating Because of Wesley's help On 5/25 /2016 I received a cancellation of contract from Wyndham I am very happy with how they helped me with this I never would have been able to find all the contacts that I wrote letters too, to complain about Wyndham's fraudulent practices Wesley saved me the money I still owed Wyndham plus interest that would have amounted to over 44,000.00 Not to mention the ever increasing maintenance fees. I was contacted by Wesley Financial Group, LLC in September 2015 regarding s[redacted]ing my Timeshare. I had been down so many paths in trying to get rid of my timeshare (due to the increasing maintenance fees and all the misleading practices that I've experienced since I first bought the timeshare in 1999/2000). So to say the least, I was very skeptical and told Wesley Finanancial that I would need to do some research on their company first because I had been scammed before by other companies guaranteeing they could s[redacted] my timeshare for a fee and all they did was post it for sale on a website and it never sold. After doing lots of research on Wesley Financial Group, LLC, I called them back and told them I was ready to work with them. In September 2015, I completed all the required forms/documents, some of which had to be notarized and sent them electronically to Wesley Financial. I worked with Brittany G[redacted] and Britnee S[redacted] at Wesley Financial and they were both wonderful and pleasant to work with. I trusted everything they told me and they were good on their word. They explained the whole process to me and advised how long each process would take. After working with Brittany and Britnee, they put me in touch with Suie B[redacted] with "[redacted] for [redacted]", in late November 2015. I worked with Susie and provided her with all the required forms and information she needed. Susie sent all of my paperwork/documentation to my Timeshare ([redacted]) and explained the whole process to me. I received a letter from [redacted] on 11/27/15 regarding [redacted] being contacted by a third party ([redacted] for [redacted], Inc.) and the letter stated that they have received notification about my wish to transfer my timeshare and they would start the transfer process. I received another letter from [redacted] on 2/16/16 stating that my transfer of ownership for my contract is now complete. I contacted [redacted] to confirm that I would no longer have to pay anymore maintenance fees and [redacted] confirmed this. I sold/transferred my timeshare (that was fully paid for and all maintenance fees up-to-date) to Wesley Financial Group, LLC at zero dollar cost and I could not be happier. I can't say enough wonderful things about Wesley Financial, their caring employees and the way they conduct business. If I could rank them higher than five starts, I would!! Wesley stood by their word and did exactly what they told me they would do and I highly recommend anyone needing help with their Timeshare to contact the Wesley Financial Group, LLC.
