Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The checklist still doesn't prove they informed us that the gables were an extra cost.
I've asked that settlement be made by adding language to their website saying that the photos are suggested configurations...
In addition the company should send the checklist when the order form and contract are sent in order to prevent this kind of issue.

The customer contracted with us on 9/27/2016 to move an existing building. When our crew was on site on 12/2 with every intention of moving this building for this customer. Once our crews arrived on site, we noticed a couple things that would cause problems and ended up preventing us from moving the...

building. The first issue was that the customer had the building installed on UN-level ground originally.  If we had taken down the building and put it back up; due to the UN-Level ground the building started on any material we try to put back together will not line up and would cause a great number of hole through out the building and the sheeting for the building. The second issue was a large amount of gravel and earth had slid down the hill behind the building and had partially buried the back corner of the building to approximately 3' deep. A refund check had been sent. Since the check we had sent has not yet arrived we will place a stop payment on the check and reissue the check.

I am rejecting this response because:  This business has proven that they are not standing behind their product and that they have other complaints against them. Responding to my complaint with one that had nothing to do with my building proves it. The roof still leaks we are not happy with the product or the business and I will be letting everyone I know about how they handle things. Again I had to call them after they damaged the panel at install of the building to find out where they were and when they were going to fix it and they wanted pictures for something their employee did. Wouldn't you have the employee take the picture and be out promptly to replace the panel and finish the job especially when they had received payment. The business  behavior is not to reply and they think it will go away. Poor customer service and communication. Great until they get your money then the attitude is what ever. They need to come out and fix the issue.NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS.

As per the written contract the customer has 10 days from the installation date to notify WCMB if not completely satisfied. WCMB does take repair requests up to 30 days after the installation date. In this case the request the building was installed on 8/18/2016 and the repair request was received on 2/14/2017. At 6 Months after the installation the request has well exceeded the limits set by the contract. The Customer is responsible for all care and maintenance to the building at this point.
