This is an extension of Revdex.com case # ***I received drives, and it totally resolved the issue (Thank you) Warranty on new drives you sent expires 3/4/2015, but should be 3/25/as
this was the original warranty date of the failed drivesand the warranty is supposed to transferNOTICE: I returned the two(2) FASS drives; since they already sent prepaid labels (plus that's fair) *** and ***
Please change warranty end on *** and *** to 3/25/(this is the what original had as an expiration, which is (5) years from original purchase)

Please have customer email me directly to process the order*** ***

warranty updated to years and contacted customer to advise

Opted out of all WD emailsCustomer can opt out themselves if it happens again

that I will not consider this complaint resolved until I am in possession of the refund, which apparently may take up to six weeks
