The issues are currently being worked on in a very untimely and inconvenient way. First off, we were never told the stones were on the way today (10/10/17)There was a massive lack of communicationBoth my wife and I had to leave work to get to the house last minute (AGAIN) to cater to the stone installationMake matters worse, the stone slabs that arrived had major imperfections in them (yellowing, crack line running across)I toook pictures of the imperfections in the stonesI now have to go *** tomorrow (10/11/17) to see if they have anymore stonesIf not, then this circus will continue whereas Westin had the choice to replace it with the stones we asked forThe matter is being prolonged to cut cost and put bandaids on the issueWe are now months into the issues and counting.

SecondlyIm not asking for an 'upgrade' Im ok with the same materialI refuse to accept those mediocre tops that Jason brought to our houseThe original tops in my house do jot have any veins or discolorationsThose tops should be replaced with equal or higher quality material.Also great job on not having the professionalism to call and discuss this with me. I purchased the house on March and I still on my first year of warrantyI sent warranty requests since May and several of them have not been addressed which is a complete disconnection between the sales department and the post sales, during the sales phase and even during the inspection they keep saying that items would be covered on warranty without any issuesI unfortunately discovered that isn't trueI've kitchen cabinets with stains which I asked the manufacture to investigate and they said that was the builder is responsible for and after several attempts Westin is not taking responsibility, I have the driveway with several concrete defects as well with no actionOn the last month I paid for an official or certified inspection and now the warranty department is saying that several of those items they are not responsible forI'm frustrated with the quality and their processes

This is not a solution to the problemThis is a shortcut to get out of a problem and not confront themThis demonstrates we were right with the stone; the stone was the wrong colorThis is the worst customer service that a company can offerWe haven’t got the customer service that we deserveWe spent months waiting for this home, put a lot of effort and the only we wanted was to exercise our right to request a problem to be resolvedWe placed a complaint over two months ago and was not resolved, so we exercise our right to use other methods, like Revdex.comWestin terminated our contract without justification at just three weeks from closing, this is very unfairWe wanted the house, we did not request to cancel the house; we request a solution to the stone issueWestin did not care about us and preferred to cancel the contract of the house that we builtOur time and efforts were not valuable by WestinWe put dedication to the house to get our dream house and Westin destroyed all of this without justification, just to run out of a complaint

We have recently reviewed the this issue and have found that we are not in any violation regarding this claim...

in any way.  Our licensed electrician has been out twice and confirmed this on 1/15/18 and again on 2/7/18. We have explained this to the homeowner several times.We have paper work and documents to support this finding. please close out complaint.

This is not what their sales people promised me. During the sales process they didn't show what was on warranty or not and before closing the sales and inspection told me that any item that I've issue Westin would take care of. Now is about one year that I'm fighting against it.

Westin states the A/C units are functioning properly.  However, I've been told the same thing for the past five months after each previous repair, yet the warranty company has had to come out for repairs several times after.  There have been a total of five repairs in the past five months.  If the A/C Units were functioning properly there would be no need for the repeat repairs.  I would like the Units replaced.  Also, I contacted both managers, Lisa Menegay and Matt Roland weeks ago and they have not even acknowledged my concern or responded to my email.  This shows the company's lack of customer service, unprofessionalism, and unwillingness to resolve the problem.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I am not disputing the contract.  I am disputing the fact that I signed a contract and gave $2000.00 under the false pretense that I was approved.  It is obvious to me that when the owner of the companies wife (whom works there) deleted my email and did nothing to help me that the corruption and unethical practices of this company need to be addressed  I intend to take this complaint to the next step and see how many other people they have done this to.  I intend to do what ever is necessary to make sure everyone is reimbursed and to take steps that ensure Westin Homes can no longer use corruption and unethical practices to make money.

Revdex.com, all warrantable issue has been resolved. Homeowner has been informed numerous times that the issues in question are not warrantable issue.

We have reached out the homeowner and are currently working on resolution to satisfy the homeowner.Westin Homes strives to make our homes completely satisfied and will be resoling this issue.
