Revdex.com, Technology issues have been rectified as stated in
homeowners email. Home is still under construction and any tile issues will be
resolved by closing date. Stone has been verified by stone company to be the
correct one homeowner chose.
Westin homes wants all our homeowners to be...

completely
satisfied with their homes and will resolve all issues agreed upon.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Once again, they sent the technician (2/8)to fix the issue but they fix nothing except open the switch and check for it.  They could not give me the answer why the outlets keep stripping, and why it burns many LED bulbs.  I did replace the LED bulbs twice since getting the house ( from August 2017).  I did not change the dead light bulbs yet, so that the technician is able to see it.  He said he will discuss this issue with Marcus and come to my house to check it and let me know the solution, but Marcus did not come to my house to check the issues nor give me the reason why it causes.  They can check the note on paperwork when the technician ask me to sign. The technician left with the issues not fix yet (because they do not know what happen).  As a consumer, I want the solution for it, not cover up the issue nor saying everything is good while the issue still intact in front of their eyes.
Regards, [redacted]. [redacted]

Regards, I only signed this contract after I was told by Westin Homes sales person that I was approved.  I was not approved and I will not allow this company to keep my $2000.00.  Who would sign a contract and put down $2000.00 if they were not approved.  Thank-You[redacted]

All repairs have been completed and unit is question is functioning properly.

I understand what you are saying but I have to at least be able to get my car in the driveway. The interior looks someone threw up in the house. The fact of the matter is, it's my money that will be paying for the house NOT YOURS. Also the fact that you basically are saying that you don't care if people are disabled concerns me as well. This might be a case for federal court.  The extra wires for the pre wire is not a structural change. I am demanding you either add these wires since I was going to pay out of my personal pocket, not the builders while there was no sheetrock on the house. Not having the wires ran at this stage of building, which is not a structural change has increased the installation of the 5 wires by several hundred dollars now. Also when we signed the contract we were told 8-10 months so we booked a trip India in May for the summer since my wife is a professor and Rick is telling us that if we don't close when you all want to close that you will be charging $100 a day. Well I will make sure my bank knows this so they can push back on you'll.Finally I am concern that you used a canned message to reply to the Revdex.com. This again tells me what type of company you are. How you are able to keep a A+ rating with the Revdex.com is quite strange when you treat your customers the way that you do.
Regards,

Westin Homes has made homeowner aware that the items that he is requesting for repair are not warrantable items through Westin Homes.

Revdex.com,
Westin Homes complied with the agreement signed by the homeowner.

Either she doesn't understand the issues or refuses to acknowledge it. We were lied to by their PM Jason about the trees before closing. He committed to replacing them if the trees don't grow after a month & changed the tone after we closed.Workmanship on the house is terrible all around. Everyday one of our door knob keeps coming out. We have lost 3 recess light in 7 months, these bulbs are suppose to last years. Cheap garage door was installed
Regards,

Hi,   I did an inspection on the house and sent them a list of items to fix. Here’s a couple of items that are not fixed yet: Metal lintel over windows and doors – based on the inspection report they didn’t follow the building code ([redacted]) Rust on the furnace unit – it’s a new house (we closed on march 17-2016) and the inspector was amazed that we have already rust on the furnace and duct systems. Looks like was low or poor material used. Grading and Drainage – some areas around the house doesn’t have proper drainage Driveway with several defects on the concrete – same comment as below for the kitchen cabinets. Kitchen Cabinets – this is my main issue and Westin is saying that it’s not warrantable. I’ll resume the history behind: During the entire sales process including the walk through the message that we got was the same “any issue that you find on the house you always have one year of warranty”, it was the first time that we bought a house direct with a construction company and we believed on the sales and also inspection person. Nobody ever brought to our attention what was on the warranty or not. We did the final walk through on a cloud day. After we closed the house it took a while for us to move. When we moved and with the summer light we saw that the entire kitchen cabinets with white stains, in the inside, outside, everywhere. We contacted Westin and they brought several guys here to have a look and the comment was always the same “we’ll have a look and see what we can do”. After months on this process, one of the guys came to the house saying that wasn’t their responsibility that I should look during the close. I contacted the cabinet manufacturing company [redacted] to see if was something during the production process. They came, removed all the doors to test and see what could be. They returned all the doors and blamed Westin, probably some product that they sprayed on the house that made those stains. Right now I’ve an entire kitchen that we can see stains with a bright light or summer light and Westin not taking any responsibility for it.   I trusted on their sales and inspection guys when we purchased the house. I had other houses before and we decided to buy a brand new to avoid any issues and I’m having more issues that I expected and loosing days of work every time that they need to book their visits. Me and my wife are strongly disappointed with this lack of customer service and responsibility. I’d understand if this was a 100K-200K house, but it was 400K. Not the type of quality that we would expect.   Regards,Marcelo [redacted]Tell us why here...
