I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Before signing the AS IS agreement, we asked [redacted] Sales Manager to put in writing that the brakes and oxygen sensor would be repaired. He stated it was not necessary as they would not deliver a bad product.  This car was sold to us under false pretense that the necessary repairs would be made. Upon delivery, the brakes did not stop the car in a safe distance. We complained to [redacted] the day after delivery. We told him we would take it to our mechanic. Our mechanic could not resolve the problem and recommended that we take the car to the local [redacted] Dealer. I can provide the text messages to [redacted], Sales Associate on 10/17/15 on 10/21/15 and 10/24/15. On Friday, October 23, 2015 we sent an email to [redacted] outlining the repairs required from the [redacted] Dealer. [redacted] of [redacted] in Centerville, OH provided his card to be sent to [redacted] if he had any questions regarding repairs. A picture of his card was provided in the email as well. On Saturday, October 24, 2015 [redacted] advised me to to provide the repair information to [redacted] Sales Manager as he was on Bereavement leave. At no time were we told that Montrose would not cover the cost of repairs.On Friday, 10/30/15 Tina, my wife, had a conversation with [redacted], General Manager explaining all circumstances, who said he would get back to us. He never did get back to us. On 11/17/15 we sent an email to [redacted], Regional Vice President who never acknowledged receipt of our complaint. That is when we initiated our complaint to Revdex.com. I have never spoken to the person who has responded to this complaint. He did not provide his title, we are unsure who he is in the Dealership. We would not spend money on repairs if they were not necessary and we completely had confidence that the dealer would keep their promise to repair the car. We are asking the [redacted] Sales Manager and the Montrose Dealership to keep their promise. We are not asking for the full $1500 for repairs, but only half.

Hi  [redacted].  Attached is a we-owe slip  showing  nothing Owed to the customer, at the time of delivery the customer was told that the vehicle was purchased from our store in PA. and they would check to see if there was an extra key , there was not . It was a used...

car and we do not always get  the extra keys  .  we would discount the key by 30 % .[redacted]Vice PresidentMAG Management Company

the service manager who inspected the vehicle  believes it is a gas problem  if it is running drive it in if not drivable have it towed in .  have the service manager call me when it is there     Joe s[redacted]

I disagree with Montrose Mazda dealership for the following reasons.If you read the previous response from Montrose it says that they will be happy to look at my non working air conditioning and repair it at discounted price. I am not paying for something that should be functioning from day one. And now they want to charge me $90 an hour plus materials. I live 60 miles away from the facility and now that they are upset with me they will leave the vehicle in the shop for days. I would like to get reimbursed for the AC compressor for the amount of $488 so I can get it repaired with my certified shop near by my home.

I would like to close complaint [redacted] company contacted me and resolve the issue quickly.
