For reference to complaint ID [redacted] , I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me It is unfortunate that Westside Wholesale took almost days to fulfill an online order totaling nearly $ The company has quite a reputation in various online review sites for slow shipments, delayed responses, and slow refunds They are giving good companies a bad reputation While I appreciate the Revdex.com's help, I will not be recommending Westside Wholesale to any individual.Regards, [redacted]

It appears the items did have a backorder with an expected ship date of 10/1/.
The customer could not wait on the backorder and
requested the order be canceled and refunded
This refund was processed on 9/8/back to the customer’s credit card .
The customer has been refunded in full .

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To say that they held up my order due to waiting on the items to be manufactured is an outright lieHayward is a multi-million-dollar company and the items I ordered are the most common replacement items for inground pools, and are in stock items for nearly every pool store in the country that carries Hayward productsWhen I called back to check on my order I was told they needed more orders for those items in order to fill them, NOT that they were waiting on them to be manufacturedWestside Wholesale seemed to have no problem holding and using MY money for months while I waited and waited for an order that would never be filled

Hello,This is a follow up to complaint #***, a person that identified himself as James on Oct 26,said he would be in possession of my order via a drop box on 11/14/and that I would have my merchandise on 11/I emailed them on 11/as to the wear about's of my order, *** *** responded back, not in stock, & would get back to me with a lead timeEmailed again on 11/hadn't heard anything which they responded back it would be another 3- weeks, now it 1/11/and still no resolve from this company.Thank You*** ***

The ApproxShipment Date is an estimateEmails were sent with notice of back order on Nov 12, 2016, Dec,20, 2016, Jan 18,and final email confirming order was canceled with full refund on Feb 13, The phone number provided on the order was called many times and each time we received
a message stating "Customer mail box is full, cannot accept message"Order was refunded in full

Terrible experience
Cannot Deliver as promised
Tom is too Busy t attend to customers problems
Avoid this business by all means
I wasted weeks waiting for a simple deliveryThey have been unable to fill the order
Do not waste peoples time, if you have not intentions or cannot deliver
