Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I have received the refund in full. I would not, however, use or recommend them. When I placed the order I was assured on the phone that I would receive the item by 9/10. When they sent the notice that I would not receive the items until 10/1, I performed a web search to see what other people have experienced with them. I stopped perusing all the complaints after seeing more than 40 of them. The common theme was that they promise a delivery date and then take months to fill the order. On a related note, I don't think that I have ever filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Thank you for following up with them on my behalf.[redacted]

 They have been saying this for the last 2 months. I never received any refund and when contacted they said there return/refund department is backed up. They issued a refund on August 10 for $3.71. This was not the full amount. I have copied and pasted what was on the order from there company. They did not refund my shipping. The order was cancelled before it was shipped. They charged me anyway for shipping and still have not refunded my full amount. You can clearly see in there notes it was wrongly shipped. I want my full refund including the shipping I paid. This company is terrible to deal with and so is there customer support staff!!

We have included an image as the product is listed. Product is listed as IN STOCK* At Manufacturer. As a Wholesale Distribution company, when product is shipping from the Manufacturer, lead times are "estimated". On the 12th business day of the order, the customer was informed of the delay from the...

factory. The customer choose to cancel the order at that time. A full refund was issued and receipt of the refund sent via email to the customer on 11-08 the 13th business day of the transaction. The Customer did not pay for or submit a request to Westside Wholesale to pay the higher priced “Retail” cost of insuring a direct shipment with a confirmed delivery date. Westside Wholesale does not offer “Retail” pricing, services or warranties through online orders. Commercial bids and projects are available via phone orders only. As listed in our store policy page, (linked on every page) all product warranties and lead times are based on Manufacturer availability. It is stated, “Westside Wholesale is not responsible for photographic or typographic errors. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Westside Wholesale reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.” In addition;  “To cancel an order after it has been fulfilled, you must wait until the shipment arrives and treat it as a regular return (a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be deducted from the original purchase).If a customer places an order during normal business hours, the order will be processed after 1 hour. Meaning, if you place an order on Monday - Friday between 8am-3:30pm PST, you will have exactly 1 hour to cancel or edit your order. However, if a customer places an order after business hours, the order will be processed at 9am the following business day. Please keep in mind that cancellations can only be made by phone before 4:30 PST, and sending an email to cancel an order will not cancel an order.”   Westside Wholesale went above and beyond listed policies to resolve the customer’s complaint. We did not charge the 20% restocking fee or shipping fees and issued a full refund for the customer.

Customer was informed of an extended back order with [redacted] LED/UC/W/22/W. It was explained that we did not have an ship date from [redacted] and the best estimate at the time was 30 to 60 days. It was offered to cancel and refund the order at this time. Customer did not want to cancel the order and wished to have it partially shipped as the items became available which was done. [redacted] still does not have a restock date for this item. We are once again recommending a refund for this model to the customer.

 P.S.  On 7-6-15 the company stated that a shipment would be made on 7-9 or 7-10 and I am waiting for delivery as promised.  If not, I will contact the Revdex.com of KY again.

[redacted] I just want to make something clear about this business,now is the first time I have been offered a refund, this place never stated and I still have the emails that it would be 60 days, my original complaint was because they were not acknowledging the missing item. I will take a refund in the form of a check but I really don't have the desire to have anymore dealings with this company for an item less than $15.00.

For reference to...

complaint ID [redacted], I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  It is unfortunate that Westside Wholesale took almost 80 days to fulfill an online order totaling nearly $1000.00.  The company has quite a reputation in various online review sites for slow shipments, delayed responses, and slow refunds.  They are giving good companies a bad reputation.  While I appreciate the Revdex.com's help, I will not be recommending Westside Wholesale to any individual.Regards,[redacted]

sure that I am probably do this wrong,but I heard from the business and I was given an explanation as to why I hadn't received my led light. I was told when they would be getting it and was assured I would then get it. Just hearing from them so quickly leads me to believe that the matter will be resolved as stated. Thank You [redacted]
