This is a follow up to complaint #***, a person that identified himself as James on Oct 26,said he would be in possession of my order via a drop box on 11/14/and that I would have my merchandise on 11/
I emailed them on 11/as to the wear about's of my order, *** *** responded back, not in stock, & would get back to me with a lead timeEmailed again on 11/hadn't heard anything which they responded back it would be another 3- weeks, now it 1/11/and still no resolve from this companyThank You

I placed an order online to order two furnaces over six weeks agoThe company sends out information like the order has been shippedOnce the date has passed and you call there then they say seven to ten days over and over again
When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, there are never any availableI was told my order was canceled on the tenth and the girl , Briana said the order was cancelled this morning
I have waited a long time for a product that the company never had any intentions of fulfillingThe run around has prolonged two apartments from being rented this month
The customer service and the lie about even having the products doe not offer good practice skillsNOw im worried that the money may not be returned to the card

resolution would be satisfactory to me.  It is unfortunate that Westside Wholesale took almost 80 days to fulfill an online order totaling nearly $1000.00.  The company has quite a reputation in various online review sites for slow shipments, delayed responses, and slow refunds.  They are giving good companies a bad reputation.  While I appreciate the Revdex.com's help, I will not be recommending Westside Wholesale to any individual.Regards,[redacted]

 P.S.  On 7-6-15 the company stated that a shipment would be made on 7-9 or 7-10 and I am waiting for delivery as promised.  If not, I will contact the Revdex.com of KY again.

This company is a fraud. Charged my Credit card on 1/2/16 and never shipped merchandise. Told them to cancel order and they never responded. Called my credit card company to protest their charge. Total rip off.

Complaint ID: [redacted]   Customer placed order on online on Jan 30. Transaction was held for possible fraud due to AVS response codes. After clearing transaction on Jan 31, order was shipped complete on Feb 5th and confirmed delivered on Feb 9th via Fedex Tracking. Over 1 month later the...

customer called and stated 48 units were received in error out of 60. Past the return policy and past the 3 day option to file any claim. Westside still offered to work with the customer to allow for the return of the 48 units claimed to have received in error but was informed that the order was in fact shipped direct from the manufacturer and would be required to go through them. As the order was past the 30 day return policy the manufacturer sent 48 units of the correct item that was charged to Westside with the intent to refund when the customer returned the incorrect items. Due to the order being past the 30 day return policy Westisde had to process this as a warranty through the manufacturer. After finding out that replacement parts were sent (as per warranty claim) Westside paid to have both the first 48 units claimed to be in error and the 48 replacements sent back for a refund. We are not however able to issue a refund on product that has not been returned. Once the product is returned, a full refund of $147.00 for the 48 units is still being offered to the customer. Neither Westside, the manufacturer nor the shipping carriers can be held liable for the customers scheduling issues and or lack of inspection of the product upon receipt. Westside has gone above and beyond to allow the customer to return product past the 30 day period. Order was delivered to requested shipping address within 7 business days from date of acceptance.
