I spoke with *** *** on 11/30/and closed her mother *** *** account with no cancel fee and no balance due - *** was satisfied with this resolution.*** ***White Knight Pest Control

I called the customer on 9/and again on 10/and the call went to voicemail The customer had an initial service on 6/20/and subsequent bimonthly services on 7/25-and 9/24/both bimonthly services were signed for after the treatment was done The technician treated
just the exterior on 7/which is practice since our product creates a barrier to help prevent the pests from entering the house On 9/the technician treated both the exterior and the interior White Knight does have a signed agreement on file The customer was advised on 6/that we required written notice of cancellation with her name, the service address and that it could be sent to *** and her account could be closed Written notice to cancel was not received 9/14/ The account has not been closed because the customer continues to accept and sign for services and we have tried to contact her and our calls have not been returned In addition she continues to pay monthly for services I would like to remind the customer that she does have a service guarantee; if she is still seeing pests or an increased activity in pests we will come out between regular treatments and treat at no additional charge

I have done a complete reconciliation on this acct and found that we did treat in Feb when the customer was not home after being asked not to - I have reversed all charges and had the acct removed from collections I called the customer to let him know - there was no answer so I left a VM -

I am rejecting this response because my issue has not yet been resolved I am still experiencing an influx of carpenter ants in my home; and I am still under contract
with this company I would not consider this issue resolved until either (A) the carpenter ants have been removed from my home by way of pesticides from the company, or (B) my contract is terminated without the early termination fee I am diligently trying to work with this company as much as possible to get this issue resolved, because at the end of the day my ultimate goal is to have the carpenter ants removed from my home

about one of our client's service concerns and service disputesWe appreciate
the opportunity to cooperate with you in the hopes of clarification of the
services that we provide to our customers In our agreement it
states that the White knight Pest
Control is to provide pest control service for the home for a period of year
bimonthly or every other month beginning on June 15,For Reference, There
is a treatment schedule notated on the agreement as well for the customerIt
also declares our Service Guarantee which's states that if at any time there is
a need for additional services between the homes regular treatments, We will
return to the home free of chargeIn return for the services rendered, Larry
*** agreed to pay the discounted initial service and the bimonthly price for
each time we treat the home thereafter Also , the agreement states that
if at anytime he would like to discontinue his service for any reason with
White Knight Pest Control all that is needed is a day written
noticeResponse to the Dispute I have had numerous problems getting this company to
provide adequate pest control services for my homeI scheduled
appointments to have someone come out to home but they either fail to
show or come on a day or time other than the scheduled appointment.-- At
White Knight Pest Control ,we do our best to adjust to our customers needs and
give notification of service thru phone call, SMS, and email to confirm the
date of service We also offer our service guarantee which states that we will
return to service your home free of charge in between your bimonthly services
for any pest issues that you may be having.When I called and complained ,I basically told I was liar
when I indicated no one showed.-We truly apologize for any miscommunication
that may have occurred and that was not our intention to make you feel this
wayWe have recently upgraded our system and when doing so we did send a
technician out to your home on 5/and 5/and show in our records product
was laid out.On 5/our representative spoke with both Mrand Ms***
and offered to refund a full Bimonthly service of $70.37, Ms*** stated she
did not want that and just wanted to cancel We have closed down the
account since then. We will be more then happy to refund $as stated
from our representative for any inconvenience this may have caused

I am rejecting this response because:
1. The statement "interior treatment is complimentary" is completely wrong. Their sales representative said the exterior treatment was around $50 and if we pay a small difference about $20, they could include interior treatment and we...

said okay. For this reason, I accepted both interior and exterior treatment. 2. Yes, they called both of us (me and my homeowner). But they tried to convince me to continue the service by giving two free interior treatment and I didn't want to accept. I explained all my problems and I said my problem is not only money, it's the dishonesty and lack of trust. She told me she would talk to her manager and call me in half an hour again but they haven't called me again. I also talked to my landlord again but he told me that they called him and threatened him implicitly by talking about his signature on the agreement and he had said them "do whatever you want!"  3. They didn't come three times as stated in the response, they came only two times so far. 1 time exterior only and 1 time both interior and exterior. In addition, just 15 days later than their service I saw a huge ant colony in my backyard. What a superior treatment! I can also send its photo or video if you want and prove it easily!4. During first treatment their service guy took my agreement copy and gave me a service receipt. I haven't realized at that time but I realized later. I couldn't understand the reason but I have not any copy of the agreement by the way. 5. As I said before, money is not the only problem. Their dishonesty is the biggest problem. They didn't mention about early termination fee at the contract time and when I wanted to cancel my service they threatened me with this fee in spite of their bad service quality. In any case, I don't want to continue with them. Either I will do the treatment my self or I will hire another company after these approaches. If they don't waive the fee, I will bring the case to the court, if the court says I have to pay, I will pay that fee but I don't want their business anymore.In summary, dishonest approach while selling, bad service quality and finally terrible approach if you complain any of these!

This was resolved.  The acct was closed and there is no balance due.  The customer was notified via call and an email.

She is on schedule tomorrow with our technician [redacted] our Rep [redacted] will follow-up with her on Wednesday.

I spoke with [redacted] today and confirmed that her issue had been satisfactorily resolved.

This has been handled with the customer.

The customer states that his credit card was charged $450 by the sales person at the time the agreement was signed.  Our sales representatives do not have a card reader to run a credit card payment only the capability to take the credit card information then the office is notified and payment...

is then run through the office.  In this case the office did not run the year in advance payment of $450.  Our records show that the customer has received the initial treatment and 2 quarterly treatments.  The credit card on file was charged after each service with the last 3 attempts at payment having been declined by the credit card company.  We have tried twice to contact the customer to request a copy of the statement that shows a charge by White Knight in the amount of $450 and have not received a call back.  Please see payment history attached.  [redacted]

Please find in this email the supporting evidence that White Knight Pest Control did go out and treat Ms, [redacted]’s home.   We gave her the initial treatment at no charge, the cost for this would have been $219.00 plus tax; this discount was given at the beginning of the agreement.  She had 4 subsequent quarterly treatments and was on a monthly payment plan.  This means that for each treatment scheduled 3 months apart; she would make a payment every month, 3 payments = 1 quarterly treatment.  She made 7 monthly payments on 4 quarterly treatments leaving 5 monthly payments unpaid.  The total unpaid balance was $180.40.  I have forgiven this balance for services rendered along with the $219 plus tax for the cancellation fee totaling $437.72.  So in actuality we are giving her $4.66 more than she had asked for.    Please note that the re-service listed was at no charge per our Service Guarantee.   Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information.   Best regards,   [redacted] – Office Manager
