Members never attempted to use the service and failed to complete the timeshare transfer. Members decided to request a refund after learning of Revdex.com complaints online. There is no legitimate basis for the refund request. Destinations and *** has fully honored all of their contract obligations and stand ready, wiling and able to continue. Complaints by other people do not entitle these consumers to a refund. There is o legal basis for a refund

WE are in receipt of *** ***'s complaint and offer the following -
*** *** *** has been corresponding with Ms*** in attempt to justify this situationWe strive for customer satisfaction and deeply regret any difficulties
that Ms*** has experienced
To the best of Destinations knowledge a resolution has been made with Mrs***, she currently has travel plans booked with *** *** ***

When we first signed up with Destinations I was unsure whether we should do it. I kept saying, "may be we shouldn't" and "wasn't sure about it"; but we signed up anyway. My mom said to just not worry about it. We were on vacation and I stopped worrying about it, so that we didn't cancel it. I remember them telling us that we "could cancel at any time." I, now, realize that may have actually meant in the three days for allowed for us to change our mind, but didn't think they meant it that way; we thought they meant at any time, not limiting us. A couple of months went by and we didn't think anything about it; after all, we had just gone on vacation. Then, December comes around we decide to try to log onto the site; but it didn't work. We left it alone at the time because we didn't think to try to call. So more months go by and we finally figure out to try to call. We found out that it was an old site. We did find the new site, after calling them again; but by this time we really didn't want to use it. One day my mom got a call asking about getting her correct debit card number from having to get a new debit card from someone stealing our information while we were in Branson. So my mom gave it to him, then later my mom realized what it was and got them to "suspend the account" and thankfully they gave the money back for to use the web site. We really didn't want to have to spend money just to use the site. In order to actually view and play with the site to see if we liked it, we would have to pay for it and really didn't see it as worth it, considering all of the money we had paid up front to pay and get into a contract that was supposed to last all of our lives. However, we were able to be shown once how the site worked, but we were still not allowed to use it because we would have to pay in order to do thatLater, we found out that Destinations and *** *** *** was a scam on the internet on an article from the years: and 2016. I can't actually say whether their deals were good or not, I am thinking not because of what someone has said about themAfter we had gone and filed a complaint to Revdex.com, we were sent a document on Revdex.coms website stating that we had months of not doing anything and that we could no longer do "Mediation" with them (Destinations) because we had "breached contract." First PageI think Destinations had suggested mediation, but I am not sure if they fully explained that if we lost against them in court that we would have to pay all dues/attorney fees. They may have explained this over the phone, laterI am also not sure about how much dues there are. Are there dues per year and, as well as, initiating the use of their site, again? We still don't know if in the "mediation" whether the judge is partial or not to Destinations/*** *** ***, even if they say the judge is not, we still can't be for sureWe don't fully understand what it means on the first page about "waiving any and all claims against *** related to the unavailability of such program or benefit" meansSecond PageWe don't actually know if they actual go down or match lower to price found on other sitesThird PageWe don't know what "the value of membership will be based on member(s) use of it" means in number (1).We did not understand that we would have to pay the dues forever if we were to use the site or not, unless you were suspended in number (5).We don't know what it means by "unpublished rates" is in number (7)Fourth PageWe did not know that in number (7) on page that even though someone says something not in the packet that *** *** *** is "not responsible" for what the seller says.We don't understand numbers (and 11); we have read it (just now, 1/5/18), but don't understand itNothing for Fifth Page Sixth PageObviously, we didn't fully understand that there were only three days to change mind in number (4). We, possibly, didn't understand about us paying every fee for court, if we lose the trial/case in number (5)Seventh PageFor some reason, we don't have a signed copy, even though they took out the money; however, we have signed on (next) page: Eight PageWe seem to have gotten a fake discount, when it was really however much we could give them or the most that we could give them.We don't remember what "**," which is circled, nor "***" meanNothing for Page Tenth PageWe don't know what "ACH transactions" means in little paragraph above the "Note." I hope this helps

Member did not attempt to use services. Further, as shown in the contract between the parties, Destinations/VSA did not buy-nor did it agree to buy-member's timeshare. We have not received any information from member that indicates they are entitled to a refund or that Destinations/VSA or the fulfillment company has failed in any of heir obligations to member

Revdex.com*** ** *** *** ***StLouis, MO RE: Revdex.com Case ID: *** *** & *** *** We are in receipt of Mr& Mrs***s’ complaint and offer the following: *** & *** *** purchased her membership on January 16, At the time of purchase, Mr& Mrs*** signed a legally binding contract indicating they understood the terms of their membership Mr& Mrs*** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before contacting Destinations with any complaintsWe are currently working with *** *** to come to a resolution on her issues. Destinations asks that you give us time to work with Mr& Mrs*** in reaching a resolution Respectfully, *** *** Customer Service-Destinations

This complaint has never previously been submitted to us for response. Member has never attempted to ise the membership and has not presented any information which if true entitles member to a refund. Member admits that it did not cancel the membership and that we offered mediation in person or by phone

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
There seems to be nothing further that we can do. We are not happy. We paid all of this money and didn't even use the product/online service; and now they say we have no way for doing mediation and we are stuck in suspension forever. We, now, cannot do mediation. We are not interested in the product. We are in limbo. The business seems to have no concern for the people who buy it and are just interested in getting money and have also deemed when the customers buy it and want out after only three days to change their minds: "having buyer's remorse," even if it was ten months
Sincerely,
*** and *** ***

To whom it may concern:
Yes, on Dec8, 2016, *** *** did call me at 10:a.mI did not expect him to call me so I did not have my phone with meNote that I work in the food distribution warehouse and can not
have a phone on me for security reasonsHe said in a message he was "sorry, but because of the holidays, it has been difficult." He then said he will contact the Revdex.com and I will get a copyI thought I would be getting a response from themOn Dec9, 2016, at 11:a.m., *** *** called me again and left a message saying he "would like to talk to me concerning this matter" and I should call him at ***When I got home from work and got the message, I tried calling backThere was no answer and I could not leave a messageIt was later in the afternoon, around 3:p.m
On Saturday, Dec10, 2016, at about 10:a.m., I called their office thinking they would be there giving their presentations, but got a recordingI left message saying they could call any time during the weekend; I would be by my phoneOtherwise I would call back Monday morningOn Monday Dec12, 2016, I called their office at 10:a.masking for ***His assistant said, "he is sick" and would call me tomorrowShe then said something about they are sorry we are having problems with the club, that they need to teach me how to use their website to find the good dealsShe also said I need to call *** when I want to make a reservation that they can find even better dealsI did call them on Nov18, for a hotel in Osceola, Iowa for one night on NovWe where told at the presentation to "call any time you are traveling" and they will get you "a deal better than you can get anywhere." Their prices were the same as ***I told that to the reservationist and she said that's the best she can doIf they have deals that are so great, why not put them all on website? ***'s assistant also asked if I called *** *** to cancel the timeshare saleI told her that I would not do anything until we get this cleared up, because I do not want any problemsShe said go ahead and contact them that you don't want to sellIt will be OKWhy then, in Destinations letter, are they asking for an extension as the timeshare question takes a little more time to address? This seems very suspiciousI do not trust these people or these businesses
On Dec13, 2016, at 10:a.mI called their office again asking for ***His assistant said, "poor *** is still sick, try again tomorrow"I will call them again on Dec
As I have said in my complaint, we were told several times in the presentation that we will be stuck with our timeshare contract forever, and that they never take back contracts because they don't want themOn Dec5th, 2016, I called our *** timeshare office to let them know what is going on in Branson with these vacation clubs and told them everything we were told in that presentationThey told me they have a program called *** that will take back contracts of owners who do not want their timeshare anymoreJust as long as it is paid for and maintenance fees are paid up to dateAnd it is free, not $like *** *** was going to charge! I bet Destination will not tell the *** or any other timeshare owners about this, and just keep scaring them!
With our *** timeshare, we can also exchange our timeshare with *** has a program called extra vacations where you can rent condo weeks for money and not timeshare pointsA lot of the condo resorts they rent are about the same price as Destination charges for a seven week stayThe presentation did not mention this either to the timeshare owners
Destinations...Feel free to share these fun facts at your next presentation, or you can keep scaring people!
I have compared this club to many travel sites and, yes, they do have some deals, but most of them are the same as you will find on any other travel siteOn those other sites, it does not cost you $to join plus $every quarterWe were told that the deals are so great that it will pay for itself in or yearsI beg to differ
In closing, we feel we were misled in many ways and have a hard time trusting anybody associated with this companyAs we said before, we want a complete refund of $and to cancel all present and future $quarterly feesWe are keeping our timeshareWe will own nothing to *** ***, INCor any other businesses involved in the liquidation of timeshareWe will not participate in mediation or litigation processWe will not pay attorney feesWe want complete refund without problems from DESTINATIONS, *** *** ***, or any other business associatedI will also keep this case open with the Revdex.com, until a full resolution is madeWe have issued in a complaint with the Missouri Attorney GeneralThey sent us the paper work to file a formal complaintWe will not do so unless we need to!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
*** AND *** ***

We have no record of requests for travel, or attempts to exercise the Price Match guarantee. ITS allows members tremendous opportunity to save on travel through its net rate contracts and the fact that it does not mark add fetravel deals. We have not received information from Mror Mrs*** that indicates they are entitled to a refund or that ITS has filed in any way to fulfill its obligations to these members. We encourage them to utilize their membership for all of their ravel needs and they will soon realize that they are mistaken about this fine membership. In the event they try the membership sevices without success, we are willing to mediate this complaint

Thank you for forwarding the additional information from *** ***
In response to Mrand Mrs***; Destinations is agreeable to set up mediation via phone conferenceThe claimant may contact me Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:00Pm CST at *** to set up a time and date that works for them
Respectfully, (*** - 2nd bus resp.pdf)

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This company provided us with misleading information, and made promises about getting us out of our time share, when in reality they just signed us up for another travel clubWe contacted this company to and cancel and was stalled past the hour protection time frame
