Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I am not satisfied with this resolution because the business has not been truthful in their response The first time I came into the store was on Wednesday, 4-8- The 150cc scooter was already there that day, and my wife and I were debating on whether to get the 150cc scooter or the 49cc scooter I ended up purchasing the 49cc scooter, and I was suppose to come back the following day, Thursday, 4-9- Instead of coming in, I called the business and asked if I could purchase the 150cc scooter instead and pay the difference I was told this would be okay, and I could come in to pick it up that day An hour later I received a phone call from them stating that the title was missing, and they did not know where it was [redacted] e-mailed me a new bill of sale on this day so I have documentation I never came back to the business on a Sunday, as they stated, so that is untrue I called the next day, Friday, 4-10-to see if they found the title [redacted] stated that she called the manufacturer to see if the title was there, and it was not, so she would call me back in minutes after they checked in the back again for the title I never received a phone call I called again on Saturday, 4-11- [redacted] stated that they could not find the title I called several times (5-times) from the time I decided to switch to the 150cc scooter (4-9-15) until the title did arrive This took about days, and was very aggravating because I felt as if I were getting the run around since many times they told me they would call me back in minutes after the checked the mail, or after they checked their email, but they never would call back Very poor customer service When they did call on 4-21-to let me know the title was there, I rushed right in Upon arriving, I forgot my ID, which I admit, was my mistake But instead of filling out the title and notarizing it, I was told I had to drive back home to get the title I understand that a notarized document is a legal document, but I had showed my ID the first time I was in the store in order to get the original title from the 49cc scooter notarized So the fact of simply copying my information from one title to the other was beyond me But instead I drove all the way home, which is minutes away on mapquest, but I was driving during peak rush hours so the trip was about an hour long one way I made it back to the store with my ID, made the sale, and left with my 150cc scooter I was so excited to finally have the scooter that I had been waiting for all this time that I forgot to mention the flag they failed to give me When I went to the clerks office, and found out that the address was not on the title, I was even more dissatisfied So driving back to the store for "the third time," [redacted] seemed as if I were the one who had done something wrong She went to the back and then or men came out, I'm guessing to see who I was I felt as if they were making a spectacle out of meAfter receiving the corrected title, [redacted] says, "And we're done." What a way to treat a customer when they were the one's making all of the mistakes If she only knew, I had been done with them Furthermore, after returning to the clerks office once again, I found out that ATV Wholesales was not supposed to charge taxes, which they did I had my wife call them I'm not sure what they discussed, but the result was that they would mail a check for the taxes to meSo I ended up paying the taxes to the clerks office and to ATV wholesales As of today, 4-30-15, the check for the taxes still has not arrived Hopefully, it will be in the mail today I find a 10% compensation to be sufficient for all of these problems I could care less if they raised their prices because they will not be receiving any more of my business anyway And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from shopping with them as they are a disgrace Customers are supposed to be appreciated, and this business does not appreciate us Thank You, [redacted]

Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Wholesale ATV LLC Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: ###-###-#### Company Email: [redacted] @wholesaleatv.com Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: Response: The first time customer [redacted] came into the store he was interested in purchasing a 49cc scooterWe had entire order done, paid for, and was told he was going to come the following Sunday to pick up the unit because he didn’t have a way to bring home at time of saleHe then came into the store on Sunday to pick up the unit and seen that we had introduced a new style of 150cc scooter with a radioHe changed his mind and decided to go with a black eagle He was told on that Sunday that the scooter could not leave our store until the MSO had arrived, that it would be a week or soI told him the money he had paid us for the 49cc original order would be used towards 150cc scooter and he would have a balance of $He called a few days later asking if the title was in or notI received MSO one week after Sunday 4/21/(150cc purchase date.) Customer was called to let him know we received MSO, and it’s ready for pick upHe came into the store on 4/21/received title paperwork to take to his clerk’s office to register the scooter, he then leftHe called the store and told me that we needed to put our address on the front of MSOSome counties, not all, require our address on the frontI was not aware that Jefferson County needed itHe then demanded I compensate him for the gas money to drive back to our store, “which is an hour away from his home address,” for it being the “third time to drive to this store.” However, this was the only trip he made back to the storeHis address is also only minutes from our store, not an hourWe told him that we will not compensate him for gas money, as manufacturer only compensates warranty parts, and not the cost of gas to bring anything back to the store, shipping costs, etcHis wife/girlfriend then called the store again an hour later, demanding gas compensation to drive backWe told them that we would give $for gasHe came to the store, we printed the address on the MSO and then I gave him the $for gasHe got into his car and when leaving flung rocks onto the front of the store, and also hitting another customer’s car with the rocksCustomer was very upset about the rocks flung at his carVideo proof is available if necessaryWe will not give him 10% back on his vehicle as we did not even make 10% off of the bike we sold to himWe sell our bikes cheaper than any other dealerMaybe we should raise our prices like every other dealer so when people want compensation back for things like this, that are beyond our control, there will be money to give back to them instead of giving them such a good affordable deal at the time of purchaseThank you, Wholesale ATV LLC Sent on: 4/30/10:03:AM

Response:We have already told this customer multiple times if they need us to service there vehicles, make a service appointment & bring them in, as you see from our previous response we have gone way beyond required by a dealership, customer lives in F*da & drove all the way to Kentucky to buy these vehicles to save $, now customer is back home & having problems with one & refuses to bring it back for us to fix it for themThere is no reason for them to respond nor will we, customer knew what they were getting themselves into when purchasing so far away, we will gladly service there vehicle if they want to bring it backOh & customer stating they were not allowed to inspect the vehicles before getting home makes no sense, they were there for to hours inspecting their vehicles & probably stopped & got gas & looked at them there too, how could we not allow them to look at something they are purchasing & loading up in there own vehicleTheir bank lost their titlesWe sent them multiple times with tracking numbers and signatures and their bank still said they didn't get them different timesRidiculousSent on: 8/28/5:28:PM

Customer did inspect there vehicles before leaving, They were there for over hours doing paper work & inspecting vehicles & staff explain everything on the vehicles before they left, they wanted to test drive them but We told them It is illegal to Test Drive them in the United states now since the ATV Safety Act of 2009, Ever vehicle was working fine when they left, Customer had a dead battery from key being left on from long drive, customer charged battery & all was fine, Customer said another was acting up & we sent them parts (free of charge) & customer said was fixedUTV Battery box cover only clips on, the nuts & bolts we put in there are extras for the customer we give them (if they ever need them), Customer Financed Vehicles & We sent titles to there bank the next day & there bank signed for as received, there bank lost the titles & made us resend them twice & did not fund us for over weeks***e never lied about receiving a letter from here bank, ***e was in The St.Louis Location at time cuter states bank says she signed for them at the Louisville store, Winch was not installed backwards, Remote control was backwards, winches come preinstalled from manufacture, explained to customer easy fix takes minutes because in was out & out was in, steering wheel is adjustable, it was installed correctly, if customer wants to fine tune to there liking they are more then welcome to, No it is not posted in the store that we will pay you for a good review, we do have a sign that does say we like to hear from you GOOD OR BAD with a list of sites "like Yelp, Google, etc & will give you a gift card for doing soCustomer purchased vehicles & problems afterwords, they live or so hours away & did not want to drive back up here for us to fix anything, they assumed everything is perfect & nothing will ever fail, we are not responsible for acts of god & but we did send customer parts to help fix them freeAs with any motor vehicle or dealership with a motor vehicle dealers license we can not return titled vehicles & if any issues arise they have a warranty with the manufacture, Dealers are not responsible & can not be held liable for the vehicles they sell, that is the law, there for we can not return, exchange or refund a titled vehicle, & her husband being a police officer should understand/respect this as it is his job to, we will gladly help customer with any future issues, parts, etcAnother note: customer statedthere was nothing wrong with the vehicle, they just want to exchange it for another because they are scared something might go wrong with it, makes no sense, You Decide [redacted] Wholesale ATV, LLCWWW.WHOLESALEATV.COM [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The problem with the Scooter initially, was not the engine The problem was in the assembly of the scooter performed by Wholesale ATV The scooter was not assemble by a skilled mechanicIn fact, WHOLESALE ATV provided me (my Dad) with a vacuum hose instead of a fuel hose and could not explain where it goesThe mechanic, sent a photo from his cell phone showing us where the hose was to be installed Only, the photo he sent was from a different model scooter causing more confusion AGAIN, we had to find a truck and deliver the scooter to ATV After, we delivered the scooter back to ATV, the mechanic was baffled, and concluded that the Engine was bad without as much as a test! Even after, I explained that my Dad, said the vacuum hose was not attached, he said "that didn't have anything to do with it." even though vacuum is a key mechanical functionThe bottom line is that (the mechanic) didn't have a clue what was wrong The entire experience was a "performance" to try and blame the faulty and failed assembly on the Manufacturer The scooter ran ok for a week or so that is, until the parts started to vibrate apart (and off) The scooters are shipped to the dealerships in crates where they are assembled, and sold to the publicDuring the entire sales pitch, not one word on the warranty They started it up, I test drove it and it ran perfect If the engine was bad there would have some sign Lastly, at least two people I spoke with at ATV said the scooters were "junk." They didn't tell me that when I purchased it!! I want my MONEY BACK! I want reimbursed for all my expenses Maybe its best to have a Judge arbitrate this issue

Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Wholesale ATV Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: ###-###-#### Company Email: [redacted] Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: Response: [redacted] purchased an Odes LZ400, 400cc 4xATV VIN#: L6FAXJA5XEon July 18, with a credit card in the amount of $which included a month labor warranty for $At time of purchase, customer was explained to, agreed, and signed that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, that the warranty of the vehicle is with the manufacturer and not Wholesale ATV, that warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or neglect of the vehicle, and that the labor warranty only coincides with manufacturer parts warranty and anything not covered under manufacturer parts would not be covered under labor warranty (example form attached)Mr [redacted] was also explained how to properly maintenance the vehicle and given a maintenance checklist to refer back to as well (example attached)Customer was explained by service techs how to change the oil on the vehicle and that the oil must be changed after one tank of gas is run through the vehicleMr [redacted] brought vehicle into Wholesale ATV Lebanon Junction, KY location for service on November 11, 2015, almost months after vehicle purchaseUpon initial inspection of the vehicle, service manager [redacted] discovered that the vehicle was in fifth gear and would not shift at all, and due to vehicle being in fifth gear, it would not pull the vehicleMr [redacted] then told Mr [redacted] that if he wants Wholesale ATV to diagnosis and fix his ATV then he would have to leave the vehicle at the store and he would have to find the problem, order the proper part, and repair the vehicleMr [redacted] agreed and left the vehicle at Lebanon Junction store for diagnosis, part order, and repairService manager [redacted] began going through the vehicle to diagnose the problemUpon inspection he found that the engine oil had not been changed and that the vehicle had original oil that the vehicle had in it at time of purchase even though the odometer had miles on the vehicleThe oil was very black and had no lubricationAlso, he found that Mr [redacted] had broke off the foot bolt that connects the foot shifter to the engine, then drilled it out and put a non-OEM larger sized bolt with a nut in place of itThis is considered abuse and also is against manufacturer warranty policy as he altered the vehicle and performed this service on his own instead of taking it to an authorized repair shopMr [redacted] also found that the reason the vehicle would not pull is because the clutch had been burnt up from misuseMr [redacted] was then contacted and told that his clutch was burnt up and would not be covered under warranty by the manufacturer due to misuse and time frame was outside of manufacturers month limited warranty on clutchand he would have to pay for the clutch replacement and Mr [redacted] agreed to thisMr [redacted] then contacted corporate office to order a clutch for customer’s vehicle to start the repairCorporate office then contacted manufacturer and because it was not a warranty issue, Wholesale ATV purchased the clutch for Mr [redacted] ’s vehicleManufacturer shipped clutch to the Lebanon Junction store and was received on or about December 3, Upon receiving the clutch, service manager realized that the manufacturer sent the incorrect partMr [redacted] then notified corporate office that he received the incorrect part and corporate office contacted the manufacturer and reorder the clutchDuring this time service tech Justin Rich spoke to Mr [redacted] on the phone different times and informed him that they had received the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was being reorderedOn December 16, Mr [redacted] wrote a review on StLouis Revdex.com for the Troy, IL store (the incorrect location)His review was as followed stating that he is going to do a chargeback with his credit card company “***” as blocked out by public view: Do not buy from these people buyer be aware! [redacted] on 12/16/(contacting him once again) on the email address he listed on Revdex.com siteEmail was as followed: You can not ride an ATV for four months, break it, and do a charge back on a titled vehicleThat is illegalYour clutch is out side of warranty per BMSThe manufacturer that your vehicles warranty is with, not Wholesale ATVWe ordered your part from the manufacturer, but they sent the wrong oneI am sorry that they did not call you, but they have several hundred kids Christmas presents to build right now and your part at this point is on back orderPatience is a virtueThey are doing what they canIf you have a problem with the length of time, then take it somewhere elseThis is not warrantyIt has already been denied by the manufacturer as your warranty is not with Wholesale ATV but with the manufacturer of your vehicle as stated in your paperwork numerous timesMr [redacted] was also contacted by phone on 12/16/as well by Wholesale ATV’s general manager and he discussed with Mr [redacted] that the manufacturer had sent the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was reorder and the KY store is waiting for it to arriveOn or about Dec 21, Lebanon Junction store received the correct clutch for Mr [redacted] ’s ATVBecause it was so close to Christmas and there were still many youth ATVs that had to be assembled for Christmas pick-ups, mechanics were not able to continue working on the vehicle again until after Christmas break on January 2ndAfter returning from Christmas holiday on January 2nd, Mr [redacted] ’s then replaced the clutch on the vehicleAfter replacing the clutch, the vehicle would pull itself but still was not shifting properlyMr [redacted] began diagnosing this issue and found that the teeth were worn off on the electronic shifting motorWholesale ATV had an electronic shifting motor in stock so Mr [redacted] replaced this partAfter replacing the electronic shifting motor, the vehicle would only down shift properly but would not shift upMr [redacted] then began disassembling the engine to find the problemUpon inspection, Mr [redacted] now found that the shifter return spring inside the engine was broke due to Mr [redacted] slamming his foot down on the foot shifter and breaking the bolt attached to the foot shifter and the engine and the spring and that he had repaired himself incorrectly and against manufacturer warranty policyMr [redacted] contacted corporate office once again and explained what part needed to be orderedBecause the manufacturer did not reopen until January 4th, they could not be contacted until thenCorporate office then contacted the manufacturer on January 5th and sent pictures of the part that needed orderedWholesale ATV’s service department at the Lebanon Junction location are as followed: Took unit in two months ago for repairs I bought this piece of crap on July used it miles or less and it quit working would not shift, took it back to dealer on nov had not even had it four months yet, was told it would be done in two weeks, I called back in two weeks and was told they were ordering part, I’ve called numerous times and was told someone would call me back, they never doHave not been contacted by these people one time in the two months they have had the unit, and can verify this by cell phone records, I also have video of when I took it back, which I just might have to upload to face book so potential customers might know what to expectAt this point I expect a complete refundI will wait more days from today, then I will be contacting an attorney, wave trouble shooter and the Kentucky attorney generals consumer protectionOn January 16th, after receiving the complaint, Wholesale ATV made the decision to refuse service to Mr [redacted] and stop any repairs on the vehicle from this day forward due to Mr [redacted] ’s lies and defamatory statements towards Wholesale ATV and because Mr [redacted] is so dissatisfied with the customer service, we believe he should seek repair somewhere elseMr [redacted] was contacted by Wholesale ATV and explained that he has been refused service and he has days to pay the balance owed for parts and labor already performed and pick up his vehicleIf he does not pick up his vehicle and pay for parts and labor performed by February 16th, 2016, the vehicle will be considered abandoned and Wholesale ATV will take legal action to take possession of the vehicle or place a mechanics lien on the vehicle to recoup the cost of parts and labor already performedWholesale ATV is also sending a certified letter to Mr [redacted] to notify him that his service has been refused, his balance owed, and his day noticeIf the customer needs parts for his vehicle, since his warranty has been voided due to misuse and abuse, he can acquire them through website URL: http://www.partsbmsmotor.com/catalog/category/view/s/all-parts/id/1350/ and pay for them online, and have them shipped directly to his home Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello, I was told by your company via email to take the vehicle to my local ODES dealer in FLI drove the hrs one way to take it there and they flat out told me you all made big mistakes in putting this togetherIt is so bad they are having the regional manager for ODES get involvedThey also said that it is taking a very long time to get ODES parts, so by the time they get the parts; my labor warranty will be overTo restate the obvious, you have not done anything for THIS vehicle or my complaintYou sent a part for another vehicle that was dead on arrivalIf that is going beyond the call of duty, you all need to get out of this businessThere is year on parts, so what favor did you do me? You should have given me a working vehicle, that would have been a helpful! I have asked to get a copy of the video you all claimed to have so I could prove I did not inspect the vehiclesYou will clearly see that we pointed to what vehicles we wanted and they quickly took them to the back room, where we were not allowed and then told we were not allowed to test drive or load our own vehicle in our own trailerI asked several times for the tracking number and it was admitted in writing (I have the email as proof) that you all sent it regular mail with no trackingThe only time you all sent a tracking was the last time you sent it because both the bank and I made a huge stink about you all losing the titleAll that because you all did not follow directions and did not send the title in the prepaid overnight envelope the bank providedWith that said, the video will clearly show I am right, why won’t you produce it? I sat there for hours on the phone behind the counter on your company computer and company phoneI have asked to talk to the owner of this company and you have still not facilitated that, why? Yes, I drove to Kentucky to save money and it has costed me more than I could have imaginedYour response is I should have known what I was getting? Really? I agreed to purchase a new vehicle and I got a lemon, buyer beware! You all have not done the first thing to make this rightI am asking yet again, please give me the contact info for the owner of this company or have them call me

*** *** brought in her scooter because it was not running. Mechanics and staff submitted warranty claim to manufacturer with documentation, pictures, etc. Manufacturer denied warranty claim because "the oil was not changed in the vehicle and it had over miles on it" and
the oil must be changed within the first milesWholesale ATV and its employees have been working on her scooter and pushing the manufacturer to try get the scooter repaired for her but the process is taking time. The mechanics have taken her engine apart to see if there was a way they could repair it themselves and what engine parts we can get from the manufacturer to fix the scooter since the manufacturer denied the claim to replace the engine. Corporate office spoke with *** *** on December 5th and explained to her the situation and told her that we are trying our hardest to help her with the scooter but she will have to be patient as this has been denied by the manufacturer and we are trying to pull every string we can to get the vehicle repaired without any cost to her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Hello ***, you have not been involved in any of this, so I understand that you have been misinformedI have been asking for the owner of the company to contact me and still have not heard backI was not allowed to inspect the vehicles, and *** already apologized for this on an emailI am happy to forward that to youI was also told that there was video of the entire time that I was there, you will see I did in fact sit behind the desk with *** as we worked on paperwork and trying to get everything straight with the bank draftYou will clearly see on video that I did not inspect the vehiclesI am officially requesting a copy of that tapeThere was never a dead battery or a complaint of one and no keys were in the vehicle (please reread my complaint as it makes you all look foolish), but one of the ATV’s was dead on arrival (we later discovered it was the whole electrical system)You should really check your info because I have documented phone calls and a paper trail from day 1, you have been really misinformedYou guys had to send shipments of parts to get the dead ATV workingIt was finally the entire electrical box and that arrived a month after purchaseThat was no small repair and an obvious sign that something wasn't done right when these things were put together by your peopleRegarding the UTV, the entire battery cover was off and thrown in there with the screws, I also have an email in which *** admitted the guy was trying to get it done quick and forgot to complete the repairIn that rush, he also forgot to secure the wires for the rear wench that HE installed in a hurry (your statement about the rear wench being installed by the manufacturer is false, that is an add on, only the front wench is standard)Those are the wires that burned onto the muffler when he started it upWe did not notice the battery cover being thrown in there or the wires burned to the muffler because there was never an inspection doneThey didn't even let us load the vehicles in our own trailerHad proper procedures been followed, we would not be having this disputeRegarding the bank draft, *** sat there and wrote step by step what she needed to do to get the draft completedWe were being rushed because there was a delivery truck on the way and they wanted us to have our big trailer out of the parking lot by thenWe signed all the paperwork at the speed of light with nothing explained about the paperwork I was signingSo much rush, she let me walk out of there without following her own list she hand wrote which said "have customer sign the check" (I have this written document as well with her hand writing)She let me walk out of there without signing the checks and released all the vehicles to meShe then called me the next day upset because corporate office was angry that they were not paid and released the vehiclesThis was no fault of my own, *** did not follow the step by step directions she hand wrote as she spoke directly to the bankShe then said she was overnighting the checks to me for me to sign and deliver to my bankI kinda wish I had not signed those checks before I had working vehicles, but I acted in good faithAll I am getting back is insults and liesFYI, she did not overnight them to me, she sent them 2nd day (I have the tracking info documented in writing)I got them late Friday on a holiday weekend, so I did my part and ran to the bank the 1st business day, TuesdayThat was the only delay and it was not my fault, had she overnighted the paperwork like she said she would, you all would have had funds soonerMy bank never lost the titles*** claims to have sent the title regular mail and that it must have been lost in the mailWho sends something important like a title for a 15K vehicle in regular mail with no tracking? Very fishy and a bad business practice! I was promised that my parts would also be sent overnight on several occasions for all my troubles, and that was a lie tooI waited weeks and it was sent regular mail when it finally cameI have taken the vehicle to an ODES dealer and they are doing a long write up of all the things that were done wrong with the vehicle and all the defectsThey were the ones that even pointed out that it was shameful that something as small as the stickers and decals had not been installedThere was no attention to details or even the blatant in your face stuffThere was lots of rushing and tons of mistakesThere was lots of carelessness in the building of these vehicles and it is no coincidence that there are electrical issues in most of the vehiclesYour guy is obviously not good at putting these togetherIt is a pattern, and instead of looking at the customer and blaming them, you should be looking for a better repair guy and make this rightWe didn’t do anything wrong, and we are being punished for choosing your companyIt also is posted in the store that you will get paid $ for a good reviewI posted a negative review and have not received $ for my review yetProof positive, you all are stacking the cardsBTW, I never said I would not drive back to get the vehicles replacedI have been told there are no returns or replacements periodI was also told that my only recourse was to take it to local ODES dealer and they have already told me that some of the things wrong with it, are not covered under warranty and should not have ben given to me like thatYou also have to seriously look up “ACT of God” Your repairman messing up is a screw up not an act of GodLike I said I have documented paper trail and phone calls from day You only sent me parts for free because it was clearly a screw up and no one should have a dead vehicle and all these problems from day You did not even send me the right parts because your guy is cluelessI had to go to the Tennessee repair guy who also had a couple bad guesses before he sent the electricalEven he said we should never have received the vehicle like thatThe ATV is the vehicle that was repaired with the partsThe UTV is what I am complaining about now and asking you to make rightAlso another FYI, it has been such a fiasco with the title, that we still don’t have it titled in our nameThis is a new vehicle with all these problemsYou say you cannot take the vehicle back but it has not been titled to me yetRegarding the warranty, I am being told that parts are taking about months to getSo I have no use of my new vehicle with all its defects and by that time, my labor warranty is outAlso, I am not sure what is up with your reading comprehension, I never stated there was "nothing wrong with my vehicle"I happen to outline a laundry list of things wrong with itAnd now I have a laundry list written by an official ODES dealerPlease have the owner contact me so we can talk about making me wholeI am out a lot of money now and all I am asking is for someone to make this rightI am awaiting a callThanks!]
Regards,
J*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]
Regards,
*** ***
good morning,
1.) When we were purchasing the ATV you stated that the Labor would not be cover in case of any service needs thats why we had to buy the warranty so we paid for it and I have proof of thatWhich to me surely looked like deception and fraud but I didn't have the contract in hand at that timeWhen I looked over your paperwork later at home it clearly states that the labor and parts would be warrantied for months2.) Most importantly your atv failed and broke down on the first day and I had to bring it back to you to retighten bolts and replace safety harness, and after the second day of use I had to bring it back again3:) So day of use since we bought it had to come to the shop twice, in addition to that on the second repair request I was turned away and scheduled an appointment in a month not weeks4:) By my calculations if I have to bring the atv to your shop after every day of use, by the time the warranty expires I will have days of use out of it since the appointments are scheduled a month behind, which to me sure is not worth the money I paid for itI would like to get refunded for the atv and return itThere will be no more response from me in this matter I will leave it up to Revdex.com to find a resolution in this matter since we would just be going back and forth.
if you do not want to refund the ATV and Revdex.com can not find a resolution for us we will be contacting the attorney generals office because I think somebody needs to put a stop to your practicesthank you

First off, I did a tremendous amount of homework on an adult Go Kart before I purchased one I checked countless web sites for different models and read the reviews from previous customers before I chose Wholesale ATV I live in Oklahoma and looking at go karts I wanted something for my stepdaughter to have fun with while I serve overseas next year After careful review, I knew that I would have to have one shipped to me 80% assembled Now I am not a mechanic and they do not come with instruction manual, I do know several Army mechanics that were on hand to help me put it together Some things are self explanatory and others are not Remember that the service team at Wholesale ATV is there to help you with this process I made several calls to them throughout the process of assembly I never encountered anything but a positive and polite manner Southern hospitality is alive and well in Tennessee When I purchased the kart, I spoke with a Jen at the Tennessee location and she was very helpful through the process I was very hesitant to spend over the internet without seeing it Needless to say I pulled the trigger and bought the Dongfang 200cc GKA It is a sharp looking kart Jen was SUPER sweet and helpful throughout the entire process The only negative was not receiving a tracking number for the shipment BUT that is okay because my order arrived in Tulsa Oklahoma days later! That is incredibly fast shipping This may not be the case with everyone because my Kart was shipped
out of Houston Texas, and Tulsa is only hours away Kart arrived with no damage, just missing one bolt and a nut, but Napa had the parts handy to get the Kart complete I HIGHLY recommend Wholesale ATV if you are going to purchase in store or over the internet You will not meet a kinder more knowledgeable staff throughout the process I will be buying more items from them in the future A business relationship has been born out of this process

Made our second purchase from Wholesale ATVThank you very much Lorie listened to our needs & did not try to sell us something we did not need or try to push us to buy the more expensive oneWe are very happy with our new ATV even though we never heard of CF Moto Lorie showed us all the reviews but what brought us back was not just the amazing service but almost two years ago we purchased two atv's for our children and & when we needed something done on one of them they did it fast & did not charge us ridiculous prices like other dealersWe Love our new ATV, Thanks Wholesale ATV!!!

The problem with the Scooter initially, was not the engine. The problem was in the assembly of the scooter performed by Wholesale ATV. The scooter was not assemble by a skilled mechanicIn fact, WHOLESALE ATV provided me (my Dad) with a vacuum hose instead of a fuel hose and could not explain where it goesThe mechanic, sent a photo from his cell phone showing us where the hose was to be installed. Only, the photo he sent was from a different model scooter causing more confusion. AGAIN, we had to find a truck and deliver the scooter to ATV. After, we delivered the scooter back to ATV, the mechanic was baffled, and concluded that the Engine was bad without as much as a test! Even after, I explained that my Dad, said the vacuum hose was not attached, he said "that didn't have anything to do with it." even though vacuum is a key mechanical functionThe bottom line is that (the mechanic) didn't have a clue what was wrong. The entire experience was a "performance" to try and blame the faulty and failed assembly on the Manufacturer. The scooter ran ok for a week or so that is, until the parts started to vibrate apart (and off). The scooters are shipped to the dealerships in crates where they are assembled, and sold to the public. During the entire sales pitch, not one word on the warranty. They started it up, I test drove it and it ran perfect. If the engine was bad there would have some sign. Lastly, at least two people I spoke with at ATV said the scooters were "junk." They didn't tell me that when I purchased it!! I want my MONEY BACK! I want reimbursed for all my expenses. Maybe its best to have a Judge arbitrate this issue

The companies response is is nothing but lies, these people never contacted me one time(by any method) as I can document with cell phone records, there customer abuse theme seems to resonate with all complaints I have seen filed against them, there is no excuse for failure of a clutch on a unit with miles on it, the only explanation is a defective unit from manufacturer (a Lemon) no one ever contacted me to tell me there would be a charge to repair unit again a lie, they did not email me, the only contact from them was on saturday 1-16-over two months after vehicle was left with them, and then I was told it was repaired and I owed dollars for repairs and had days to pick up unit. There was no bolt broken or replaced be me on this unit when it was returned to the store , if there was something broke then they broke it.I will be proceed after consult with attorney

Customer did not have to purchase service
warranty, customer did purchase this & was completely aware & what it
was forCustomer brought atv in for service, found rear parent training cord
was faulty, replaced cord, fixedPlease advise customer that parent training
cord is not meant for the rider but for the parent to walk behind as this is
very dangerouse, rider should not wear this as cord could get wrapped around
tire & pull rider offcustomer stated his exhaust bolts came loose, we
tightened free of charge, customer called to make another service appointment,
customer was upset because next appointment was weeks out, we have done
everything for customer & will continue to, customers only complaint is how
long service appointment is, reason being is we've been getting a lot of
service appointments for people who refuse to do maintenance as required
by atv owner, nut's bolts can vibrate loose on atvs, especially when new
