I am not satisfied with this resolution because the business has not been truthful in their response. The first time I came into the store was on Wednesday, 4-8-15. The 150cc scooter was already there that day, and my wife and I were debating on whether to get the 150cc scooter or the 49cc scooter. I ended up purchasing the 49cc scooter, and I was suppose to come back the following day, Thursday, 4-9-15. Instead of coming in, I called the business and asked if I could purchase the 150cc scooter instead and pay the difference. I was told this would be okay, and I could come in to pick it up that day. An hour later I received a phone call from them stating that the title was missing, and they did not know where it was*** e-mailed me a new bill of sale on this day so I have documentation. I never came back to the business on a Sunday, as they stated, so that is untrue. I called the next day, Friday, 4-10-to see if they found the title. *** stated that she called the manufacturer to see if the title was there, and it was not, so she would call me back in minutes after they checked in the back again for the title. I never received a phone call. I called again on Saturday, 4-11-15. *** stated that they could not find the title. I called several times (5-times) from the time I decided to switch to the 150cc scooter (4-9-15) until the title did arrive. This took about days, and was very aggravating because I felt as if I were getting the run around since many times they told me they would call me back in minutes after the checked the mail, or after they checked their email, but they never would call back. Very poor customer service. When they did call on 4-21-to let me know the title was there, I rushed right in. Upon arriving, I forgot my ID, which I admit, was my mistake. But instead of filling out the title and notarizing it, I was told I had to drive back home to get the title. I understand that a notarized document is a legal document, but I had showed my ID the first time I was in the store in order to get the original title from the 49cc scooter notarized. So the fact of simply copying my information from one title to the other was beyond me. But instead I drove all the way home, which is minutes away on mapquest, but I was driving during peak rush hours so the trip was about an hour long one way. I made it back to the store with my ID, made the sale, and left with my 150cc scooter. I was so excited to finally have the scooter that I had been waiting for all this time that I forgot to mention the flag they failed to give me. When I went to the clerks office, and found out that the address was not on the title, I was even more dissatisfied. So driving back to the store for "the third time," *** seemed as if I were the one who had done something wrong. She went to the back and then or men came out, I'm guessing to see who I was. I felt as if they were making a spectacle out of meAfter receiving the corrected title, *** says, "And we're done." What a way to treat a customer when they were the one's making all of the mistakes. If she only knew, I had been done with them. Furthermore, after returning to the clerks office once again, I found out that ATV Wholesales was not supposed to charge taxes, which they did. I had my wife call them. I'm not sure what they discussed, but the result was that they would mail a check for the taxes to me. So I ended up paying the taxes to the clerks office and to ATV wholesales. As of today, 4-30-15, the check for the taxes still has not arrived. Hopefully, it will be in the mail today. I find a 10% compensation to be sufficient for all of these problems. I could care less if they raised their prices because they will not be receiving any more of my business anyway. And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from shopping with them as they are a disgrace. Customers are supposed to be appreciated, and this business does not appreciate us. Thank You, *** ***

I was greeted when I walked through the door and Tracy was very knowledgeable about the products Very good encounter

Yes, my Father picked up the scooter on May 21, Yes, the service attendant test drove it. My father, said the exhaust fumes smelled like the oil was burning (with fuel) but, thought that it may have been from the alleged repairs. They loaded it up and my Father dropped it off to me. I test drove it for about a block and back it seemed to run fineI parked it and an hour later I went to drive it to work and it stopped running again! I called ***, and was told "We're through". She simply blamed me! I have had enough. We're taking this matter to court and have a Judge rule on this issue once and for allThank you for your help

Customers facts were misconstrued from different tripsCustomer purchased a go kart that morning, right before we were closing they called & said throttle cable broke, we said come on up we'll stay minutes after work to help you, we fixed/ temporary fixed cable till we could get a new one, customer came back next day stating cable was holding up fine but would not start now because wire was nicked inside electric cover box due to manufacture, after inspection we found the wire to be no problem & fixed anyways, problem was found it no longer had compression, valve stuck open from what we believe to be from cable end breaking off & falling into engine, we replaced cylinder head & had them up & running in about a hour and a half, customer picked up took home & rode it a day or two till the temporary fix cable broke again & said was leaking oilWe inspected, found that temporary cable fix had in fact broke & was not leaking oil, there was a little bit of oil on the chain guard/skidplate from when we replaced cylinder head that is what made them think it was leaking oil, even though we did not have a cable here or another go kart left here like it that we could put on it we took one off another go kart that was different & modified there go kart to make work so to help take care of customer so they could ride because were very insistent & did not want to wait for correct part to come inCustomers complaint is a wire that had a nick from the manufacture that we did not know, which caused no problems & was already fixed, there was nothing wrong with the cover & we fixed everything for themCustomers complaint about staff is wrong, customer came in yelling & screaming, staff did not know who she was or what she was there because the husband who they had dealt with for the other repair & before staff was able to respond stated does not like way staff is talking to her, staff said nothing, staff response was "what are you talking about, I have not even said a word yet", she then states "then I do not like your demeanor then", staff then stated that he did not know what she was talking about, who she was & to stop yelling & threatening him, at which time lady was obviously distraught and asked to go outside of store so to speak with husband to help them, at which time she became even more angered & started yelling & chasing down customers & scaring them, at which time staff asked husband to get wife out of the store or police would be called, her husband then tried pulling her out of a customers face in between go karts where customer & child had nowhere to go, Police arrived, surveillance was shown to police & they said they would charge her with criminal misdemeanor charges for disorderly conductStaff told police that if she leaves the property, that we would not press chargesPolice said that she apologized and husband took her homeOne hour later, we called her husband, he picked up go kart and all is wellWe have all recorded if any question

good morning,1.) When we were purchasing the ATV you stated that the Labor would not be cover in case of any service needs thats why we had to buy the warranty so we paid for it and I have proof of thatWhich to me surely looked like deception and fraud but I didn't have the contract in hand at that timeWhen I looked over your paperwork later at home it clearly states that the labor and parts would be warrantied for months.2.) Most importantly your atv failed and broke down on the first day and I had to bring it back to you to retighten bolts and replace safety harness, and after the second day of use I had to bring it back again.3:) So day of use since we bought it had to come to the shop twice, in addition to that on the second repair request I was turned away and scheduled an appointment in a month not weeks.4:) By my calculations if I have to bring the atv to your shop after every day of use, by the time the warranty expires I will have days of use out of it since the appointments are scheduled a month behind, which to me sure is not worth the money I paid for it.I would like to get refunded for the atv and return itThere will be no more response from me in this matter I will leave it up to Revdex.com to find a resolution in this matter since we would just be going back and forth. if you do not want to refund the ATV and Revdex.com can not find a resolution for us we will be contacting the attorney generals office because I think somebody needs to put a stop to your practices.thank you

was forCustomer brought atv in for service, found rear parent training cord
was faulty, replaced cord, fixedPlease advise customer that parent training
cord is not meant for the rider but for the parent to walk behind as this is
very dangerouse, rider should not wear this as cord could get wrapped around
tire & pull rider offcustomer stated his exhaust bolts came loose, we
tightened free of charge, customer called to make another service appointment,
customer was upset because next appointment was weeks out, we have done

Response: [redacted] purchased an Odes LZ400, 400cc 4xATV VIN#: L6FAXJA5XEon July 18, with a credit card in the amount of $which included a month labor warranty for $At time of purchase, customer was explained to, agreed, and signed that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, that the warranty of the vehicle is with the manufacturer and not Wholesale ATV, that warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or neglect of the vehicle, and that the labor warranty only coincides with manufacturer parts warranty and anything not covered under manufacturer parts would not be covered under labor warranty (example form attached)Mr[redacted] was also explained how to properly maintenance the vehicle and given a maintenance checklist to refer back to as well (example attached)Customer was explained by service techs how to change the oil on the vehicle and that the oil must be changed after one tank of gas is run through the vehicleMr[redacted] brought vehicle into Wholesale ATV Lebanon Junction, KY location for service on November 11, 2015, almost months after vehicle purchaseUpon initial inspection of the vehicle, service manager [redacted] discovered that the vehicle was in fifth gear and would not shift at all, and due to vehicle being in fifth gear, it would not pull the vehicleMr[redacted] then told Mr[redacted] that if he wants Wholesale ATV to diagnosis and fix his ATV then he would have to leave the vehicle at the store and he would have to find the problem, order the proper part, and repair the vehicleMr[redacted] agreed and left the vehicle at Lebanon Junction store for diagnosis, part order, and repairService manager [redacted] began going through the vehicle to diagnose the problemUpon inspection he found that the engine oil had not been changed and that the vehicle had original oil that the vehicle had in it at time of purchase even though the odometer had miles on the vehicleThe oil was very black and had no lubricationAlso, he found that Mr[redacted] had broke off the foot bolt that connects the foot shifter to the engine, then drilled it out and put a non-OEM larger sized bolt with a nut in place of itThis is considered abuse and also is against manufacturer warranty policy as he altered the vehicle and performed this service on his own instead of taking it to an authorized repair shopMr[redacted] also found that the reason the vehicle would not pull is because the clutch had been burnt up from misuseMr[redacted] was then contacted and told that his clutch was burnt up and would not be covered under warranty by the manufacturer due to misuse and time frame was outside of manufacturers month limited warranty on clutchand he would have to pay for the clutch replacement and Mr[redacted] agreed to thisMr[redacted] then contacted corporate office to order a clutch for customer's vehicle to start the repairCorporate office then contacted manufacturer and because it was not a warranty issue, Wholesale ATV purchased the clutch for Mr[redacted]'s vehicleManufacturer shipped clutch to the Lebanon Junction store and was received on or about December 3, Upon receiving the clutch, service manager realized that the manufacturer sent the incorrect partMr[redacted] then notified corporate office that he received the incorrect part and corporate office contacted the manufacturer and reorder the clutchDuring this time service tech Justin Rich spoke to Mr[redacted] on the phone different times and informed him that they had received the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was being reorderedOn December 16, Mr[redacted] wrote a review on StLouis Revdex.com for the Troy, IL store (the incorrect location)His review was as followed stating that he is going to do a chargeback with his credit card company "[redacted]" as blocked out by public view: Do not buy from these people buyer be aware! I bought a wheeler from them in July 2015, Odes 400, I am a yr old male the unit was kept garaged and rarely driven and adult driven, in less than months and miles the unit broke would not shift, I took it in for repairs on 11-11-and was told it would be a week and a half, 12/16/No atv no phone call nothing these people are liars and incompetent , I am currently going back to [redacted] to get be to see an attorney and contacting county attorneyYou have been warned! reviews from [redacted] (zip code: 40077) on 12/16/In response to his posting, corporate office emailed Mr[redacted] on 12/16/(contacting him once again) on the email address he listed on Revdex.com siteEmail was as followed: You can not ride an ATV for four months, break it, and do a charge back on a titled vehicleThat is illegalYour clutch is out side of warranty per BMSThe manufacturer that your vehicles warranty is with, not Wholesale ATVWe ordered your part from the manufacturer, but they sent the wrong oneI am sorry that they did not call you, but they have several hundred kids Christmas presents to build right now and your part at this point is on back orderPatience is a virtueThey are doing what they canIf you have a problem with the length of time, then take it somewhere elseThis is not warrantyIt has already been denied by the manufacturer as your warranty is not with Wholesale ATV but with the manufacturer of your vehicle as stated in your paperwork numerous timesMr[redacted] was also contacted by phone on 12/16/as well by Wholesale ATV's general manager and he discussed with Mr[redacted] that the manufacturer had sent the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was reorder and the KY store is waiting for it to arriveOn or about Dec 21, Lebanon Junction store received the correct clutch for Mr[redacted]'s ATVBecause it was so close to Christmas and there were still many youth ATVs that had to be assembled for Christmas pick-ups, mechanics were not able to continue working on the vehicle again until after Christmas break on January 2ndAfter returning from Christmas holiday on January 2nd, Mr[redacted]'s then replaced the clutch on the vehicleAfter replacing the clutch, the vehicle would pull itself but still was not shifting properlyMr[redacted] began diagnosing this issue and found that the teeth were worn off on the electronic shifting motorWholesale ATV had an electronic shifting motor in stock so Mr[redacted] replaced this partAfter replacing the electronic shifting motor, the vehicle would only down shift properly but would not shift upMr[redacted] then began disassembling the engine to find the problemUpon inspection, Mr[redacted] now found that the shifter return spring inside the engine was broke due to Mr[redacted] slamming his foot down on the foot shifter and breaking the bolt attached to the foot shifter and the engine and the spring and that he had repaired himself incorrectly and against manufacturer warranty policyMr[redacted] contacted corporate office once again and explained what part needed to be orderedBecause the manufacturer did not reopen until January 4th, they could not be contacted until thenCorporate office then contacted the manufacturer on January 5th and sent pictures of the part that needed orderedWholesale ATV's service department at the Lebanon Junction location are waiting for the ordered part to arriveTotal non-warranty parts and labor accumulated thus far are as followed: (2) Quarts Royal Purple Oil: $(1) Clutch: $(1) Electronic shifter motor: $(16) Hours labor at $35/hr labor rate: $TOTAL: $On January 16th, 2016, Wholesale ATV received a Revdex.com complaint from Mr[redacted] that was submitted on January 12, on the the Louisville Revdex.com website as followed: Took unit in two months ago for repairs I bought this piece of crap on July used it miles or less and it quit working would not shift, took it back to dealer on nov had not even had it four months yet, was told it would be done in two weeks, I called back in two weeks and was told they were ordering part, I've called numerous times and was told someone would call me back, they never doHave not been contacted by these people one time in the two months they have had the unit, and can verify this by cell phone records, I also have video of when I took it back, which I just might have to upload to face book so potential customers might know what to expectAt this point I expect a complete refundI will wait more days from today, then I will be contacting an attorney, wave trouble shooter and the Kentucky attorney generals consumer protectionOn January 16th, after receiving the complaint, Wholesale ATV made the decision to refuse service to Mr[redacted] and stop any repairs on the vehicle from this day forward due to Mr[redacted]'s lies and defamatory statements towards Wholesale ATV and because Mr[redacted] is so dissatisfied with the customer service, we believe he should seek repair somewhere elseMr[redacted] was contacted by Wholesale ATV and explained that he has been refused service and he has days to pay the balance owed for parts and labor already performed and pick up his vehicleIf he does not pick up his vehicle and pay for parts and labor performed by February 16th, 2016, the vehicle will be considered abandoned and Wholesale ATV will take legal action to take possession of the vehicle or place a mechanics lien on the vehicle to recoup the cost of parts and labor already performedWholesale ATV is also sending a certified letter to Mr[redacted] to notify him that his service has been refused, his balance owed, and his day noticeIf the customer needs parts for his vehicle, since his warranty has been voided due to misuse and abuse, he can acquire them through website URL: http://www.partsbmsmotor.com/catalog/category/view/s/all-parts/id/1350/ and pay for them online, and have them shipped directly to his home addressSent on: 1/16/3:06:PM

just purchased a youth go kart, was taken care of by Lorie, could not have been treated better, very happy with price but most especially the customer service, In this day, good customer service stands out, and should be appreciated and acknowledged.

Response:We have already told this customer multiple times if they need us to service there vehicles, make a service appointment & bring them in, as you see from our previous response we have gone way beyond required by a dealership, customer lives in F[redacted]da & drove all the way to Kentucky to buy these vehicles to save $, now customer is back home & having problems with one & refuses to bring it back for us to fix it for them. There is no reason for them to respond nor will we, customer knew what they were getting themselves into when purchasing so far away, we will gladly service there vehicle if they want to bring it back. Oh & customer stating they were not allowed to inspect the vehicles before getting home makes no sense, they were there for 3 to 4 hours inspecting their vehicles & probably stopped & got gas & looked at them there too, how could we not allow them to look at something they are purchasing & loading up in there own vehicle. Their bank lost their titles. We sent them multiple times with tracking numbers and signatures and their bank still said they didn't get them 3 different times. Ridiculous. Sent on: 8/28/2017 5:28:34 PM

An hour later I received a phone call from them stating that the title was missing, and they did not know where it was. Hello, I was told by your company via email to take the vehicle to my local ODES dealer in FL. I drove the 2 hrs one way to take it there and they flat out told me you all made big mistakes in putting this together. It is so bad they are having the regional manager for ODES get involved. They also said that it is taking a very long time to get ODES parts, so by the time they get the parts; my labor warranty will be over. To restate the obvious, you have not done anything for THIS vehicle or my complaint. You sent a part for another vehicle that was dead on arrival. If that is going beyond the call of duty, you all need to get out of this business. There is 1 year on parts, so what favor did you do me? You should have given me a working vehicle, that would have been a helpful! I have asked to get a copy of the video you all claimed to have so I could prove I did not inspect the vehicles. You will clearly see that we pointed to what vehicles we wanted and they quickly took them to the back room, where we were not allowed and then told we were not allowed to test drive or load our own vehicle in our own trailer. I asked several times for the tracking number and it was admitted in writing (I have the email as proof) that you all sent it regular mail with no tracking. The only time you all sent a tracking was the last time you sent it because both the bank and I made a huge stink about you all losing the title. All that because you all did not follow directions and did not send the title in the prepaid overnight envelope the bank provided. With that said, the video will clearly show I am right, why won’t you produce it? I sat there for hours on the phone behind the counter on your company computer and company phone. I have asked to talk to the owner of this company and you have still not facilitated that, why? Yes, I drove to Kentucky to save money and it has costed me more than I could have imagined. Your response is I should have known what I was getting? Really? I agreed to purchase a new vehicle and I got a lemon, buyer beware! You all have not done the first thing to make this right. I am asking yet again, please give me the contact info for the owner of this company or have them call me.

The companies response is is nothing but lies, these people never contacted me one time(by any method) as I can document with cell phone records, there customer abuse theme seems to resonate with all complaints I have seen filed against them, there is no excuse for failure of a clutch on a unit with 50 miles on it, the only explanation is a defective unit from manufacturer (a Lemon) no one ever contacted me to tell me there would be a charge to repair unit again a lie, they did not email me, the only contact from them was on saturday 1-16-2016 over two months after vehicle was left with them, and then I was told it was repaired and I owed 800 dollars for repairs and had 30 days to pick up unit.
There was no bolt broken or replaced be me on this unit when it was returned to the store , if there was something broke then they broke it.
I will be proceed after consult with attorney.

I almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews but then I made myself remember that most people only take the time to write a review when it's negative so thought I would give 1 myself. Went in today picked out a 4 wheeler for my son for his birthday. He's been riding it non stop since we got home. Its nice rides good he loves it and that's what matters. The service there was good and was in and out in about 20 mins. They were helpful and explained the details of what oil and gas to be sure and put in it. Will definitely be back to buy my other 2 sons 1 very soon. Thank you

The first time customer [redacted] came into the store he was interested in purchasing a 49cc scooter. We had entire order done, paid for, and was told he was going to come the following Sunday to pick up the unit because he didn’t have a way to bring home at time of sale. He then came into the store on Sunday to pick up the unit and seen that we had introduced a new style of 150cc scooter with a radio. He changed his mind and decided to go with a black eagle 150. He was told on that Sunday that the scooter could not leave our store until the MSO had arrived, that it would be a week or so. I told him the money he had paid us for the 49cc original order would be used towards 150cc scooter and he would have a balance of $233.20. He called a few days later asking if the title was in or not. I received MSO one week after Sunday 4/21/15 (150cc purchase date.) Customer was called to let him know we received MSO, and it’s ready for pick up. He came into the store on 4/21/15 received title paperwork to take to his clerk’s office to register the scooter, he then left. He called the store and told me that we needed to put our address on the front of MSO. Some counties, not all, require our address on the front. I was not aware that Jefferson County needed it. He then demanded I compensate him for the gas money to drive back to our store, “which is an hour away from his home address,” for it being the “third time to drive to this store.” However, this was the only trip he made back to the store. His address is also only 33 minutes from our store, not an hour. We told him that we will not compensate him for gas money, as manufacturer only compensates warranty parts, and not the cost of gas to bring anything back to the store, shipping costs, etc. His wife/girlfriend then called the store again an hour later, demanding gas compensation to drive back. We told them that we would give $10 for gas. He came to the store, we printed the address on the MSO and then I gave him the $10 for gas. He got into his car and when leaving…flung rocks onto the front of the store, and also hitting another customer’s car with the rocks. Customer was very upset about the rocks flung at his car. Video proof is available if necessary. We will not give him 10% back on his vehicle as we did not even make 10% off of the bike we sold to him. We sell our bikes cheaper than any other dealer. Maybe we should raise our prices like every other dealer so when people want compensation back for things like this, that are beyond our control, there will be money to give back to them instead of giving them such a good affordable deal at the time of purchase. Yes, my Father picked up the scooter on May 21, 2015. Yes, the service attendant test drove it.  My father, said the exhaust fumes smelled like the oil was burning (with fuel) but, thought that it may have been from the alleged repairs.  They loaded it up and my Father dropped it off to me.  I test drove it for about a block and back it seemed to run fine. I parked it and an hour later I went to drive it to work and it stopped running again!  I called [redacted], and was told "We're through".  She simply blamed me! I have had enough.  We're taking this matter to court and have a Judge rule on this issue once and for all. Thank you for your help.
