We NEVER told the customer we did not know where the MCO for the vehicle was. We specifically told the customer that the manufacturer has not sent the MCO yet, and we could not let the vehicle leave the dealership until the MCO arrived.
I'm very sorry that this customer had such a bad experience with us because he had to wait for the manufacturer to send the MCO but asking a dealership to compensate more than they even make off of the vehicle for something like this is unacceptable. We did compensated him for his gas money. He has a very nice, brand new, good running vehicle that he paid an extremely reasonable price for.

The problem with the Scooter initially, was not the engine.  The problem was in the assembly of the scooter performed by Wholesale ATV.  The scooter was not assemble by a skilled mechanic. In fact, WHOLESALE ATV provided me (my Dad) with a vacuum  hose instead of a fuel hose and could not explain where it goes. The mechanic, sent a photo from his cell phone showing us where the hose was to be installed.  Only, the photo he sent was from a different model scooter causing more confusion.  AGAIN, we had to find a truck and deliver the scooter to ATV.  After, we delivered the scooter back to ATV, the mechanic was baffled, and concluded that the Engine was bad without as much as a test!  Even after, I explained that my Dad, said the vacuum hose was not attached, he said "that didn't have anything to do with it."  even though vacuum is a key mechanical function. The bottom line is that (the mechanic) didn't have a clue what was wrong.  The entire experience was a "performance" to try and blame the faulty and failed assembly on the Manufacturer.  The scooter ran ok for a week or so that is, until the parts started to vibrate apart (and off).  The scooters are shipped to the dealerships in crates where they are assembled, and sold to the public. During the entire sales pitch, not one word on the warranty.  They started it up, I test drove it and it ran perfect.  If the engine was bad there would have some sign.  Lastly, at least two people I spoke with at ATV said the scooters were "junk." They didn't tell me that when I purchased it!!  I want my MONEY BACK! I want reimbursed for all my expenses.  Maybe its best to have a Judge arbitrate this issue.

Very nice people. Our son loves his 4-wheeler. Will definitely recommend.

I purchased an Odes UTV from them a few months ago. They sold me the UTV at a very good price. I had an issue with the rear differential after about a month into riding it. I took the bike in for service and they fixed it for me. They have always been very nice and helpful. Good company and good prices.

Response: [redacted] purchased an Odes LZ400, 400cc 4x4 ATV VIN#: L6FAXJA5XE0000017 on July 18, 2015 with a credit card in the amount of $4427.93 which included a 6 month labor warranty for $25. At time of purchase, customer was explained to, agreed, and signed that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, that the warranty of the vehicle is with the manufacturer and not Wholesale ATV, that warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or neglect of the vehicle, and that the labor warranty only coincides with manufacturer parts warranty and anything not covered under manufacturer parts would not be covered under labor warranty (example form attached). Mr. [redacted] was also explained how to properly maintenance the vehicle and given a maintenance checklist to refer back to as well (example attached). Customer was explained by service techs how to change the oil on the vehicle and that the oil must be changed after one tank of gas is run through the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] brought vehicle into Wholesale ATV Lebanon Junction, KY location for service on November 11, 2015, almost 4 months after vehicle purchase. Upon initial inspection of the vehicle, service manager [redacted] discovered that the vehicle was in fifth gear and would not shift at all, and due to vehicle being in fifth gear, it would not pull the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] then told Mr. [redacted] that if he wants Wholesale ATV to diagnosis and fix his ATV then he would have to leave the vehicle at the store and he would have to find the problem, order the proper part, and repair the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] agreed and left the vehicle at Lebanon Junction store for diagnosis, part order, and repair. Service manager [redacted] began going through the vehicle to diagnose the problem. Upon inspection he found that the engine oil had not been changed and that the vehicle had original oil that the vehicle had in it at time of purchase even though the odometer had 50 miles on the vehicle. The oil was very black and had no lubrication. Also, he found that Mr. [redacted] had broke off the foot bolt that connects the foot shifter to the engine, then drilled it out and put a non-OEM larger sized bolt with a nut in place of it. This is considered abuse and also is against manufacturer warranty policy as he altered the vehicle and performed this service on his own instead of taking it to an authorized repair shop. Mr. [redacted] also found that the reason the vehicle would not pull is because the clutch had been burnt up from misuse. Mr. [redacted] was then contacted and told that his clutch was burnt up and would not be covered under warranty by the manufacturer due to misuse and time frame was outside of manufacturers 3 month limited warranty on clutch. and he would have to pay for the clutch replacement and Mr. [redacted] agreed to this. Mr. [redacted] then contacted corporate office to order a clutch for customer’s vehicle to start the repair. Corporate office then contacted manufacturer and because it was not a warranty issue, Wholesale ATV purchased the clutch for Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle. Manufacturer shipped clutch to the Lebanon Junction store and was received on or about December 3, 2015. Upon receiving the clutch, service manager realized that the manufacturer sent the incorrect part. Mr. [redacted] then notified corporate office that he received the incorrect part and corporate office contacted the manufacturer and reorder the clutch. During this time service tech Justin Rich spoke to Mr. [redacted] on the phone 2 different times and informed him that they had received the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was being reordered. On December 16, 2015 Mr. [redacted] wrote a review on St. Louis Revdex.com for the Troy, IL store (the incorrect location). His review was as followed stating that he is going to do a chargeback with his credit card company “[redacted]” as blocked out by public view: Do not buy from these people buyer be aware! I bought a 4 wheeler from them in July 2015, Odes 400, I am a 57 yr old male the unit was kept garaged and rarely driven and adult driven, in less than 4 months and 50 miles the unit broke would not shift, I took it in for repairs on 11-11-2015 and was told it would be a week and a half, 12/16/2015 No atv no phone call nothing these people are liars and incompetent , I am currently going back to [redacted] to get refund, don't know out come yet, they obviously don't stock parts or have competent people to work on them, once they get your money they do nothing but lie and try to put you off, my next step will be to see an attorney and contacting county attorney. You have been warned! reviews from [redacted], [redacted] (zip code: 40077) on 12/16/2015 In response to his posting, corporate office emailed Mr. [redacted] on 12/16/2015 (contacting him once again) on the email address he listed on Revdex.com site. Email was as followed: You can not ride an ATV for four months, break it, and do a charge back on a titled vehicle. That is illegal. Your clutch is out side of warranty per BMS. The manufacturer that your vehicles warranty is with, not Wholesale ATV. We ordered your part from the manufacturer, but they sent the wrong one. I am sorry that they did not call you, but they have several hundred kids Christmas presents to build right now and your part at this point is on back order. Patience is a virtue. They are doing what they can. If you have a problem with the length of time, then take it somewhere else. This is not warranty. It has already been denied by the manufacturer as your warranty is not with Wholesale ATV but with the manufacturer of your vehicle as stated in your paperwork numerous times. Mr. [redacted] was also contacted by phone on 12/16/2015 as well by Wholesale ATV’s general manager and he discussed with Mr. [redacted] that the manufacturer had sent the wrong clutch and the correct clutch was reorder and the KY store is waiting for it to arrive. On or about Dec 21, 2015 Lebanon Junction store received the correct clutch for Mr. [redacted]’s ATV. Because it was so close to Christmas and there were still many youth ATVs that had to be assembled for Christmas pick-ups, mechanics were not able to continue working on the vehicle again until after Christmas break on January 2nd. After returning from Christmas holiday on January 2nd, Mr. [redacted]’s then replaced the clutch on the vehicle. After replacing the clutch, the vehicle would pull itself but still was not shifting properly. Mr. [redacted] began diagnosing this issue and found that the teeth were worn off on the electronic shifting motor. Wholesale ATV had an electronic shifting motor in stock so Mr. [redacted] replaced this part. After replacing the electronic shifting motor, the vehicle would only down shift properly but would not shift up. Mr. [redacted] then began disassembling the engine to find the problem. Upon inspection, Mr. [redacted] now found that the shifter return spring inside the engine was broke due to Mr. [redacted] slamming his foot down on the foot shifter and breaking the bolt attached to the foot shifter and the engine and the spring and that he had repaired himself incorrectly and against manufacturer warranty policy. Mr. [redacted] contacted corporate office once again and explained what part needed to be ordered. Because the manufacturer did not reopen until January 4th, they could not be contacted until then. Corporate office then contacted the manufacturer on January 5th and sent pictures of the part that needed ordered. Wholesale ATV’s service department at the Lebanon Junction location are waiting for the ordered part to arrive. Total non-warranty parts and labor accumulated thus far are as followed: (2) Quarts Royal Purple Oil: $30.00 (1) Clutch: $125.64 (1) Electronic shifter motor: $90.64 (16) Hours labor at $35/hr labor rate: $560.00 TOTAL: $806.28 On January 16th, 2016, Wholesale ATV received a Revdex.com complaint from Mr. [redacted] that was submitted on January 12, 2016 on the the Louisville Revdex.com website as followed: Took unit in two months ago for repairs I bought this piece of crap on July 18 2015 used it 50 miles or less and it quit working would not shift, took it back to dealer on nov 11 2015 had not even had it four months yet, was told it would be done in two weeks, I called back in two weeks and was told they were ordering part, I’ve called numerous times and was told someone would call me back, they never do. Have not been contacted by these people one time in the two months they have had the unit, and can verify this by cell phone records, I also have video of when I took it back, which I just might have to upload to face book so potential customers might know what to expect. At this point I expect a complete refund. I will wait 5 more days from today, then I will be contacting an attorney, wave 3 trouble shooter and the Kentucky attorney generals consumer protection. On January 16th, 2016 after receiving the complaint, Wholesale ATV made the decision to refuse service to Mr. [redacted] and stop any repairs on the vehicle from this day forward due to Mr. [redacted]’s lies and defamatory statements towards Wholesale ATV and because Mr. [redacted] is so dissatisfied with the customer service, we believe he should seek repair somewhere else. Mr. [redacted] was contacted by Wholesale ATV and explained that he has been refused service and he has 30 days to pay the balance owed for parts and labor already performed and pick up his vehicle. If he does not pick up his vehicle and pay for parts and labor performed by February 16th, 2016, the vehicle will be considered abandoned and Wholesale ATV will take legal action to take possession of the vehicle or place a mechanics lien on the vehicle to recoup the cost of parts and labor already performed. Wholesale ATV is also sending a certified letter to Mr. [redacted] to notify him that his service has been refused, his balance owed, and his 30 day notice. If the customer needs parts for his vehicle, since his warranty has been voided due to misuse and abuse, he can acquire them through website URL: http://www.partsbmsmotor.com/catalog/category/view/s/all-parts/id/1350/ and pay for them online, and have them shipped directly to his home address. Customers facts were misconstrued from 3 different trips. Customer purchased a go kart that morning, right before we were closing they called & said throttle cable broke, we said come on up we'll stay 45 minutes after work to help you, we fixed/ temporary fixed cable till we could get a new one, customer came back next day stating cable was holding up fine but would not start now because wire was nicked inside electric cover box due to manufacture, after inspection we found the wire to be no problem & fixed anyways, problem was found it no longer had compression, valve stuck open from what we believe to be from cable end breaking off & falling into engine, we replaced cylinder head & had them up & running in about a hour and a half, customer picked up took home & rode it a day or two till the temporary fix cable broke again & said was leaking oil. We inspected, found that temporary cable fix had in fact broke & was not leaking oil, there was a little bit of oil on the chain guard/skidplate from when we replaced cylinder head that is what made them think it was leaking oil, even though we did not have a cable here or another go kart left here like it that we could put on it we took one off another go kart that was different & modified there go kart to make work so to help take care of customer so they could ride because were very insistent & did not want to wait for correct part to come in. Customers complaint is a wire that had a nick from the manufacture that we did not know, which caused no problems & was already fixed, there was nothing wrong with the cover & we fixed everything for them. Customers complaint about staff is wrong, customer came in yelling & screaming, staff did not know who she was or what she was there because the husband who they had dealt with for the other repair & before staff was able to respond stated does not like way staff is talking to her, staff said nothing, staff response was "what are you talking about, I have not even said a word yet", she then states "then I do not like your demeanor then", staff then stated that he did not know what she was talking about, who she was & to stop yelling & threatening him, at which time lady was obviously distraught and asked to go outside of store so to speak with husband to help them, at which time she became even more angered & started yelling & chasing down customers & scaring them, at which time staff asked husband to get wife out of the store or police would be called, her husband then tried pulling her out of a customers face in between 2 go karts where customer & child had nowhere to go, Police arrived, surveillance was shown to police & they said they would charge her with criminal misdemeanor charges for disorderly conduct. Staff told police that if she leaves the property, that we would not press charges. Police said that she apologized and husband took her home. One hour later, we called her husband, he picked up go kart and all is well. We have all recorded if any question.

Customer did inspect there vehicles before leaving, They were there for over 3 hours doing paper work & inspecting vehicles & staff explain everything on the vehicles before they left, they wanted to test drive them but We told them It is illegal to Test Drive them in the United states...

now since the ATV Safety Act of 2009, Ever vehicle was working fine when they left, Customer had a dead battery from key being left on from long drive, customer charged battery & all was fine, Customer said another was acting up & we sent them parts (free of charge) & customer said was fixed. UTV Battery box cover only clips on, the nuts & bolts we put in there are extras for the customer we give them (if they ever need them), Customer Financed Vehicles & We sent titles to there bank the next day & there bank signed for as received, there bank lost the titles & made us resend them twice & did not fund us for over 2 weeks. [redacted]e never lied about receiving a letter from here bank, [redacted]e was in The St.Louis Location at time cuter states bank says she signed for them at the Louisville store, Winch was not installed backwards, Remote control was backwards, winches come preinstalled from manufacture, explained to customer easy fix takes 2 minutes because in was out & out was in, steering wheel is adjustable, it was installed correctly, if customer wants to fine tune to there liking they are more then welcome to, No it is not posted in the store that we will pay you for a good review, we do have a sign that does say we like to hear from you GOOD OR BAD with a list of sites "like Yelp, Google, etc & will give you a gift card for doing so. Customer purchased vehicles & problems afterwords, they live 10 or so hours away & did not want to drive back up here for us to fix anything, they assumed everything is perfect & nothing will ever fail, we are not responsible for acts of god & but we did send customer parts to help fix them free. As with any motor vehicle or dealership with a motor vehicle dealers license we can not return titled vehicles & if any issues arise they have a warranty with the manufacture, Dealers are not responsible & can not be held liable for the vehicles they sell, that is the law, there for we can not return, exchange or refund a titled vehicle, & her husband being a police officer should understand/respect this as it is his job to, we will gladly help customer with any future issues, parts, etc. Another note: customer statedthere was nothing wrong with the vehicle, they just want to exchange it for another because they are scared something might go wrong with it, makes no sense, You Decide.... [redacted]Wholesale ATV, LLCWWW.WHOLESALEATV.COM[redacted]

[redacted] brought in her scooter because it was not running.  Mechanics and staff submitted warranty claim to...

manufacturer with documentation, pictures, etc.  Manufacturer denied warranty claim because "the oil was not changed in the vehicle and it had over 700 miles on it" and the oil must be changed within the first 100 miles. Wholesale ATV and its employees have been working on her scooter and pushing the manufacturer to try get the scooter repaired for her but the process is taking time.  The mechanics have taken her engine apart to see if there was a way they could repair it themselves and what engine parts we can get from the manufacturer to fix the scooter since the manufacturer denied the claim to replace the engine.  Corporate office spoke with [redacted] on December 5th and explained to her the situation and told her that we are trying our hardest to help her with the scooter but she will have to be patient as this has been denied by the manufacturer and we are trying to pull every string we can to get the vehicle repaired without any cost to her.

We want to thank the customer for being so patient during this process we definitely understand her frustration. Wholesale ATV did a warranty claim for [redacted]'s scooter Engine November of 2014 through the manufacturer Kinroad USA (Brilliant Stone Enterprises) as warranties on the vehicles are not with Wholesale ATV but rather the manufacturer. Wholesale ATV only assists the customer in their warranty claims. Wholesale ATV returned the engine to the manufacturer per customers request. Engine is on its way to the dealership now, as manufacturer stated that they shipped it out to us 5/1/14. If customer wanted to take their vehicle to another dealership for repair it would have been the same. We completely understand her frustration but her complaint should be taken up with the manufacturer, not Wholesale ATV.

The first time customer [redacted] came into the store he was interested in purchasing a 49cc scooter. We had entire order done, paid for, and was told he was going to come the following Sunday to pick up the unit because he didn’t have a way to bring home at time of sale. He then came into the store on Sunday to pick up the unit and seen that we had introduced a new style of 150cc scooter with a radio. He changed his mind and decided to go with a black eagle 150. He was told on that Sunday that the scooter could not leave our store until the MSO had arrived, that it would be a week or so. I told him the money he had paid us for the 49cc original order would be used towards 150cc scooter and he would have a balance of $233.20. He called a few days later asking if the title was in or not. I received MSO one week after Sunday 4/21/15 (150cc purchase date.) Customer was called to let him know we received MSO, and it’s ready for pick up. He came into the store on 4/21/15 received title paperwork to take to his clerk’s office to register the scooter, he then left. He called the store and told me that we needed to put our address on the front of MSO. Some counties, not all, require our address on the front. I was not aware that Jefferson County needed it. He then demanded I compensate him for the gas money to drive back to our store, “which is an hour away from his home address,” for it being the “third time to drive to this store.” However, this was the only trip he made back to the store. His address is also only 33 minutes from our store, not an hour. We told him that we will not compensate him for gas money, as manufacturer only compensates warranty parts, and not the cost of gas to bring anything back to the store, shipping costs, etc. His wife/girlfriend then called the store again an hour later, demanding gas compensation to drive back. We told them that we would give $10 for gas. He came to the store, we printed the address on the MSO and then I gave him the $10 for gas. He got into his car and when leaving…flung rocks onto the front of the store, and also hitting another customer’s car with the rocks. Customer was very upset about the rocks flung at his car. Video proof is available if necessary. We will not give him 10% back on his vehicle as we did not even make 10% off of the bike we sold to him. We sell our bikes cheaper than any other dealer. Maybe we should raise our prices like every other dealer so when people want compensation back for things like this, that are beyond our control, there will be money to give back to them instead of giving them such a good affordable deal at the time of purchase. Thank you, Wholesale ATV LLC

I DID NOT PURCHASE A SCOOTER OVER THE PHONE. IVE ALREADY STATED WHAT HAPPENED IN PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS.  THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS WAS A TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE.  ATV WHOLESALES DOES NOT WANT TO FIX ALL OF THEIR MISTAKES (LYING ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THE TITLE AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE IT, SENDING ME BACK AND FORTH TO INDIANA TO GET AN ID THAT WAS NOT REQUIRED AS WELL AS HAVING TO RETURN TO THE BUSINESS TO HAVE THE TITLE FIXED AFTER RECEIVING IT, REQUIRING ME TO PAY TAXES TWICE, AND THEN NOT SENDING THE CHECK FOR THE TAX IN MY WIFES NAME TO THE  ADDRESS SHE DISCLOSED TO THEM, WHICH SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE SHE PAID PART OF THE SALE WITH HER CREDIT CARD UNDER HER NAME AND ADDRESS, AS WELL AS MAKING A MOCKERY OF ME WHEN I DID HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STORE AND BEING VERY RUDE AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG).  THIS WAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP THERE AS WELL AS MAKING MY EXPERIENCE PUBLIC BY WRITING AS MANY REVIEWS AS I CAN.

Had a great experience. Prices are very reasonable.
