Wholesale Window and Door has an unprofessional owner, [redacted], and he treats customers very disrespectfully. He gave me no notice on a work day to measure our window for installation. When I couldn't drop everything at work to meet him that day, he proceeded to tell me that I could buy a window from another company, and then hung up. It took me three follow up calls to ensure we could cancel our signed contract. I would not recommend hiring a company with an owner who is not flexible to customers needs, and acts in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

Review: A full, complete description of cabinets contracted for was not given. The contracted stated "frameless, shaker, maple, white paint". I was not told that the only"maple" was the door/drawer fronts. Everything else was laminate. When cabinets were installed, the installation was not only very poor, the cabinet quality was unacceptable. Doors were not aligned and crooked in places, nails exposed, shelf edges rough and hot glue from laminate process was visible on most edges. The factory rep was brought out and agreed that the quality was sub standard and noted more than half of the cabinets would need to be replaced. When I said I just wanted to return them and get a refund, I was bullied by the sales person and by the owner. The owner informed me that I could take replacement of the kitchen cabinets (bathroom cabinets were not even inspected) and pay the full price or leave the damaged cabinets and take a 5,000.00 discount. Upon inspection of the cabinets, they are not worth the quoted price of 16,000.00 and the factory rep implied during his inspection that the manufacturer has nothing to do with the price the dealer charges, indicating a huge markup. The owner of Wholesale Window and Door has been rude and unwilling to inspect the cabinets on site. I am extremely unsatisfied with the product and the service from this company, and have repeatedly asked to return the cabinets and be refunded. The only verbal reply I get is that under no circumstances will that happen. They have also not answered emails, and when I requested that my "options" for addressing the situation be emailed to me, I was told by the owner that he was too busy to do that. Only after I sent another email outlining what my expectations were, did I receive an email from the office assistant saying they would replace the kitchen cabinets with complete balance due or I could keep the damaged cabinets with a 5,000.00 discount. Neither option mentions compensation the inconvenience and ongoing expense of no kitchenDesired Settlement: Return the cabinets and refund my deposit. I am willing to allow for $1000.00 "restock fee"

I have used Wholesale Window and Door on two occasions. They are a competitively priced company for replacement or upgraded windows. Installation is included in total quote. Installers were profession and performed a quality install, clearing debris and removing old windows and frames. I would recommend them for your next window replacement or upgrade.

We just had windows installed at our home by Wholesale Window & Door. The process from sales to completion of job went very smooth and in a timely manner. We have only had the vinyl windows for a few weeks but have all ready noticed that they are performing much better than our previous windows. I would recommend this company.

I'd like to say that I was very pleased with the service. The men that installed the doors and windows were very pleasant and clean while doing their job. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.
