I have made five phone calls to wider smile requesting refunds and the amount of $114.22 and $118.24 these two amounts were taken from my checking account without my authorization

We give Customers 14 days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial period ends, if the customer has not contacted us to either cancel they are billed for the original supply at its normal retail price and enrolled to receive the products monthly. This is a type of 'Try Before You Buy' program we offer.

On 11/16/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 11/30/18 that trial ended and she was billed the purchase price of $118.24 for the Wider Smiles Teeth Whitening Tray and $114.22 on 12/1/18 for the Wider Smiles Teeth Whitening Pen. Customer care contacted Ms. on 12/10/18 to ensure complete customer satisfaction and left a detailed message. The call was returned on 12/14/18. Ms. was issued two full refunds for her most recent shipments in the amount of $118.24 and $114.22.

At this time they told me they would reimburse me 25 percent ($60). I have requested a full refund.

I seen a advertisement for for free trail whitening system with wider smiles all you had to pay was shipping. Which was not the case! I was charged full price for the purchase then automatically signed up for a subscription. Which none of this was stated at purchase. I got the pkg in the mail one if tubes had a crack in it as well. I used one of the tubes didn't see any results and just thought well all I paid was shipping. Well I ended up receiving another pkg in the mail a month latter and then was like what and looked on my Bank account and seen two charges for $124 and was like wait what is going on. The second pkg I got I opend and this time one of the tubes were not sealed properly and had air bubbles in the whitening tube. So I tried to call customer service I waited on hold for over 30 mins then once finally answered I was put back on hold for another 15 mins while locating my account. After she get back on then begins to tell me it's only a 14 trial and if you don't call them within those 14 day they charge your full price for the first and then automatically sign you up for monthly. I read the page carefully at sign up and no where on the page those terms were stated. I told her my tubes had been damaged and she told what she could do was give me a discount for the next month. I told her no I just wanted to cancel my subscription and get refund after that she put me back on hold and came back and said again since I didn't call within the 14 days I couldn't get refunded. Which I told her I never knew about those terms . After for being on the line for over an hour now she hung up one me! I tried to call the number back and it when straight to a busy tone. So I emailed them and sent pictures and explained what was going on. They sent me an email that they canceled my subscription but nothing about getting a refund for the money I charged with out my knowledge For damaged products. They then sent me another email if I had any concerns I would have to call customer service again and listed a number. I'm sorry but I'm not going to sit the phone for another hour and get no where. I didn't up trying to call again the next day and the numbers on the list goes Straight to busy time. This company has horrible customer service and try's to scam people for money!!
I can believe they are associated with Shark the tv show and if they are Shark needs to get on this company for stateing the terms at sign up and their customer service!

On 9/20/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 10/4/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $118.24 on 9/30/18 for the Wider Smiles Whitening Tray. She was then billed again on 11/4/18 for her second supply in the amount of $118.24. Ms. contacted customer care for the first time on 11/29/18. Customer care explained the offer to Ms. and offered her a partial courtesy refund since she did not see the results she was looking for and she was already in her monthly subscription. Ms. hung up the phone. We went ahead and cancelled her subscription but were unsure of what type of refund she was seeking.

On 12/10/18 we called Ms. for quality assurance purposes to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure 100% satisfaction, we issued two full refunds of $118.24 and $124.19. There are no additional charges remaining on her account to be refunded.

On 11/18/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 11/16/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $118.24 for the Wider Smiles Teeth Whitening Tray. On 11/23/18, *** contacted customer service and his monthly renewal was cancelled. On 12/10/18 and 12/12/18 we attempted to contact Mr. but were unable to reach him. We issued a 100% refund to ensure customer satisfaction.

Wider Smiles is not telling the truth. Wider Smiles will not answer the phone so you can't cancel your order within the 14 day trial period. If you don't believe me call the number provided by wider smiles and you will see. Be aware of Wider Smiles because they will scam you.

I was tricked into paying money I did not get my sample no answer on phone no correct email address for this company. It's a scam!
I was tricked into buying a free sample quote unquote, I didn't get anything in the mail, I was charged a large amount of money for something that was supposedly free, they won't answer their phones, their email address is fake, this business is a scam.

On 11/24/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 12/8/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $118.24 on 12/8/18 for the Wider Smiles Whitening Tray and $114.22 on 12/9/18 for the Wider Smiles Whitening Pen. Mr. never contacted customer care to cancel his monthly subscription or to request a refund.

On 12/12/18 Mr. contacted customer care and spoke to a supervisor. Mr. stated he did not want to be enrolled in a monthly subscription and that he had been unknowingly emailing the wrong email address for weeks, requesting a refund and cancellation. To ensure 100% satisfaction, we issued three full refunds of $124.19, $118.17 and $24.95 and gave him the correct contact information. Mr. does not have to return the products, they are his to keep.

Didn't receive product, there was no info on how to cancel service, and wasn't able to contact the company to cancel. I would like a refund.
On August 21 I signed up to receive a free trial of a whitening kit for Wider Smiles on this website: https://trywidersmiles.com/d/v3/index.php?&c1=XXXXX&c2=XXXXXXX&c3=9Zn3EaArN9DU4A... through an advertisement on another website that claimed that the product was on Shark Tank (this is false) and paid $5.95 for shipping and $3.95 for a whitening pen. The deal was that you could try the whitening tray for 2 weeks. There wasn't any further information sent to my email or on their website about what happens after the trial ends. I assumed the product would explain it. The next day on August 22, I received an email with the order number *** and tracking info (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). The tracking info states that I received the tray and the pen on August 26, but I never received it. I waited 3 days to see if it turned up but it never did, so I tried to contact the Wider Smiles customer service department.

I sent an email to the email address listed on the shipping confirmation: ***@widersmiles.com but never received an answer back. On the same day I also called the number listed on the shipping confirmation: 1-855-995-8880. I was put on hold endlessly, so after about 20 minutes of holding I took the option to leave a message but again did not receive an answer back. I then went to www.widersmiles.com to see if I could find another way to contact them or to find more info but none of the links worked. It does not list how to cancel the whitening service or even how much it costs. Since I did not receive the kit and I could not contact the company, I would have cancelled the service but was unable to. Even if I had received the kit, there was no way to cancel the service anyway. Based on the lack of correspondence and the fact that the website looked fake as well, I suspected that the teeth whitening service was a scam.

On September 6, I noticed that 2 charges were posted to my debit card, both from WOLFGAN*TRYWMBWHITENIN. They were for $118.24 and $114.22 respectively. Not only was I being charged for a trial service where I did not receive the product, but I also did not receive any information about the actual service and cost and I was not able to cancel it when I tried to. It was also very strange that I was charged two fees for one service. I called my bank to dispute the charges and they said they would look into it. They are still in the process of researching it but in the meantime I am not able to get my money back or officially cancel with the company.

On November 28 the company called my at my work (I did not give them my work number) and told me that since I didn't receive my kit, they sent another one. I told them that I did not want the kit and had tried to cancel but they said since I did not cancel they could not refund the money. We went round and around about this and they said they would send the info to their lawyers and not close my account. I have since done some more research about this company and they are flagged on the Revdex.com website for having a pattern of complaints and for using fake celebrity endorsements on their advertising. Because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us,we have fully refunded all of the charges made to your account. The refunds total $232.46. The remainder of $9.90 was nonrefundable shipping fees.The refund may take 3 - 10 business days to process before posting to your financial institution. While I appreciate the refund of the $232.46, I should also receive a refund for the shipping because I have never received any products and I paid $9.90 for nothing. Also, I take offense at the implication that I misunderstood the terms of the trial as there were no terms presented at sign up and there is no information about prices or terms on the Wider Smiles website. Lastly, their advertisement claims that they are associated with Shark Tank, which is fraudulent. That claim was the only reason I signed up for the trial in the first place. These practices seem to be designed to trick people into a subscription they don't want and Wider Smiles should cease doing them.

They offered me a free trial and then signed me up for monthly subscription.I can't contact customer service and cancel my order.

On Sep.21,they offered a free trial with paying S&H$9.90 only and then signed me up for monthly subscriptions.I received
another tray on Nov.13 and found they had charged me $232.46($118.24+$114.22)for the first package on Oct.5 and Oct.6,and $124.19 for the second package on Nov.5.
I called customer service on Nov.14,16,26and27.
but it has never reach the person.I left the message,but they never called back.
I texted them on Nov.16,26and27 but they never answered.
When I ordered a free trial, they didn't mention about the terms of trial and monthly subscriptions clearly on the website.
None of the products have been opened,so I'll be able to return them and get a full refund.

In the process of refunding the October charge of $114.22, we experienced an system issue. We also can confirm that the account is in fact cancelled and she no longer receive future shipments.

I received refunds $124.49 and $118.24 along with the emails including Cancellation/Refund Confirmation.
As for $114.22,I have not received refund so far.
They didn't send me any mails with cheque or emails.
I texted them, but they didn't give me any information about the refund $114.22 they had offered to give me within 7-10 business days.

They called me on Feb.4 and told me they had sent the check for refund by mail.I got the check.Finally I could confirmed the refund $114.22, which had been pending since December, on Feb.11.

This company is the literal worse! They don't do what they Say they will. I returned a product 2 weeks ago and they said they got it but now I am not able the full refund. This place is horrible and the customer service reps are horrible and rude. Don't ever purchase ANYTHING from them.

They offered a free trial for which I paid postage and packaging and then signed me up for monthly service without my knowledge.
I opted to try the free wider smiles at home for which I had to pay postage and packaging. Once I received it, and the product was unsatisfactory I did not think much of it until two months later I received another tray and saw that they had charged me $124 the first month and another $119 the following month. When I called to complain they told me that it was mentioned that the trial was for 14 days only and if no action was taken I would be automatically signed up. No where on the website or any other place does it mention that it is a 2 week trial only and it is not clear anywhere that you are automatically signed up. When I called to return the item and get a refund they told me that they would take a $19 restocking fee and the man on the phone gave me the wrong suite number so when I sent the product back, it was returned saying no address found. I had to call back to get the correct address and this time the man on the phone was giving me the wrong street name. I corrected him and then he went back to say that he was sorry and that he read the wrong address! This is outrageous because I think they deliberately give you the wrong address so that you cannot return their item and have to go through the frustrating process of squeezing the information out of them. They took my money and are not an honest business. This seems to be happening to more people then just myself.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and not the partial refund that they are offering me. I would like the restocking fee to be waived as now I have to pay for double postage and packaging for their mistake.

I have been trying to contact the company as they stated that they have reimbursed me for the amount of $223.83 on October 23. This is inaccurate and the company has been avoiding any of my calls and emails. I have called them numerous times, been on hold for almost 20 minutes. Finally I have left a few messages and sent them an email on November 30 and still had no luck getting anyone to respond. This company is a fraud and further action needs to be taken

I accept the proposal however as of today, 1/25/2019 the refund has not yet been received by my credit card company. I spoke with a customer agent on 1/23/19 and she confirmed that there has been no resolution and after checking my statement today I do not see any refund of the amount mentioned above ($242.43). Please advise.

Received product I didn't order and did not agree to terms.
I ordered the product from my android phone in response to an email ad. I clicked on two products and did not click on the third item and it was sent anyway. Also there was no option to agree to the terms. I feel the process doesn't work on the android phone and was not aware of any terms that I was supposedly agreeing to. I called the company the next day to cancel the order, but had to leave a message. Then when I saw that they charged my CC an additional $118.24, I called to find out why. After speaking to a supervisor, they will refund me $101.80. In the end I have to pay an extra $16.44 plus $24.95 for the product I didn't intend to purchase. If the ordering process doesn't work on the phone, it shouldn't be offered. None of the products have been opened, but they won't give me the option of returning for a full refund

I would at least like a full refund of the extra $118.24 charge. So far they will only refund $101.80. Also, I would like them to correct the problems with ordering from certain devices

They charged me for a product without telling me I was going to be charged. When I noticed I was charged twice for shipping and handling for each product I immediately called the number they were closed. I left a message and then tried email them. My emails bounce back immediately saying address not found. I did try more than once to resend. I also tried to send it from a different email address. No luck and then I seen all of the bad reviews on customer service and people not getting calls back or having the same luck with the emails and people losing hundreds of dollarsð???ð???ð???ð???

Customer Service is impossible to reach. Email address is unable to receive mail and I have left several voicemails with no call back.
Completed free trial and cannot contact a customer service to cancel subscription. I am know being charged a monthly fee but I cannot reach anyone to cancel the subscription.

10/4 was able to call business and they picked up without me having to hold, they also stated they would refund my money. Will see in 3 - 7 business days if refund comes through.

the shorter complaint says it all. I cannot contact customer service and cancel my order. there is no way to do this online either nor does their support email work. from what I learned widersmiles.com was backed by the participants of CNBC shark tank, but I may be incorrect because I cannot believe they would support such negligent customer service. I am contacting my credit card company but wanted Revdex.com to be aware in case this is a scam, or at the very least, extremely poor/shady customer care.

Our records indicate Mr. contacted our customer service department on September 11, 2018 and requested to cancel his account and receive a refund for the product that he received. At this time, Mr. account was cancelled to avoid any future charges or shipments and his account was refunded $118.24. Mr. received a full refund for the product he received and was able to keep the product as a gift from us. Please allow 3-5 business days for these refunds to reflect on to Ms. bank account. They did give me a refund, AFTER I emailed them, left a voice mail then called them for 2nd time and stayed on line for over 20 minutes. They told me several times they would give me 25% back. Not until I said absolutely no exceptions, I want 100% refund did I get it. Though this is my own responsibility to check ahead of time in the future, the website does not have a login, does not have the ability to go to an account section and cancel. Customer service is a 3rd party company so they keep employee staff to an absolute minimum. This is detrimental to their future business, a business that was apparently invested by all 4 sharks on Shark Tank. I need no further action as I got what I needed. But I do hope the Revdex.com notes this complaint because it was unacceptable the time and effort I had to go through to get a refund.
