Extremely disappointed. I ordered two touch free thermometers and filtered face masks several months ago and nothing has ever shown up. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and get nowhere. After multiple calls and emails the only contact I could ever make was via *** chat, and they told me they would replace my order for free as two months had passed and the track number indicated it was still sitting in Phoenix, AZ (the place of origin). Now two months later I have yet to receive any order and can not get any response from the company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt under the circumstances of this year, but without being able to get any contact from them I am not optimistic. I do not recommend ordering from this company as the customer service is lacking and reliability is non-existent.

terrible company. purchased two items. one arrived defective. can not get a response from company and credit card company can not as well. beware

My credit card was charged, however I never received the order. I called and the message said they were not excepting calls at that this time. I have sent multiple emails asking about status and have not received anything back.

I bought a digital thermometer. It took months to come, no way to cancel. I paid extra for two day shipping. Buyer beware of this place, if no stars were possible I would have done that.

I also ordered a thermometer from “Giggles Baby Boutique”, was charged, shipping label was created but nothing arrived.
I emailed several times. I noticed their *** page was no longer active. I then started to get product emails from “Wiggles Baby Boutique”. I kept reaching out...my thermometer finally arrived but it was not in any packaging. I was livid, in the time of a pandemic this is unsanitary. I could never get a refund or get a hold of anyone. This is a MAJOR scam.

Like the same, ordered a thermometer and it does not work. Their phone number does not pick up, how convenient. I have left messages in the past. Their email is not hooked up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM-SITE

Like others, I ordered some thermometers from this place. They did arrive but neither worked properly and now it is impossible to get hold of them. Mails come back as undeliverable, website enquiry forms go unanswered, phone calls don't get returned.

They have disabled their email and do not respond to calls. The address is a warehouse and not an actual retail location. Their Facebook has been taken down. Never received the item, was charged
