Total scam. Sells online as gigglesbabyshop.com. Ordered 4/6/2020, received email that item had shipped 4/7/2020, and nothing has arrived as of 5/1/2020. Emails are not answered and website will not load as of today. Tracking indicates NO movement of item. Beware! Deserves NO stars.

On April 15th 2020 I ordered 1 each touch-free infrared forehead thermometer for a cost of $76.95 plus $4.95 shipping and was notified that it had been shipped on order number 5300.As of this date the item has not been received. made three attempts to notify them that item has not been received.

On April 18, 2020 I ordered a product from this company and when I submitted to pay the price jacked. I've gone on their site and tried to enter or place an order but, didn't submit just wanted to see if it will give me a lower price with the discount. I've also have emailed them several times and I have not heard from anyone. The emails started the same day of the order. Also I have called and no one is in the office. It's also, a product issue they have sent me a tracking number but, it's in the spot since April 21, 2020. I thought it should have been in transit by now which it isn't.

This company is a scam.

I ordered a thermometer on April 6th and they immediately created a shipping label but never shipped the product. It is now April 29th and still have not received the merchandise.

They send "order status" under GigglesBabyShop.com website but then, the links to that website for status don't work. Any email correspondence is ignored. They are now operating under GigglesBabyBoutique.com. They need to be shut down before they ripoff anyone else.

advertised 3-4 day US shipping on UV sanitizer lights. As others complaints, sent tracking number next day, never dropped off package. answered email I sent 2 week later asking where is my order and said if not found next day would ship priority. Got nothing and track number still not tendered to the USPS. at 2.5 weeks FINALLY shippe the product. Their website at 2.5 weeks is NOT Funcitonal anymore, can not even access. The item is not as described with ability to put 3 AAA batteries into it instead of charging by USB. Literally ordered from CHINA and got THAT order faster than two states away from this alleged baby health company. At least I can say I got A product, not as described though.

I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago. Never got my order. A few days after placing order I got e- mail saying order was on its way & even gave me a tracking #. After 1 1/2 weeks after seeing that there was no movement on the pkg, I called USPS. After 2hr 45 min on hold, an agent finally came to the phone & told me the gave them the routing # for the pkg, but never dropped the pkg off for shipment. I checked again today, & routing # is not available. No response to my e-mails & their voicemail is full. How convenient! My next step is to call my credit card company. What a scam!

Opened a ticket which said they’d contact me in 24-48 hours. That was a week ago, but still nothing! Working with my credit card company to do a chargeback against them. Oh, and get this... did get an email from them last night asking how I’m enjoying it and if I’d be so kind as to leave them a positive review! lolol

I thought the company was legit, website looked real, address and phone number in the US. They even sent tracking info for my thermometers. Now, when I asked for the status of my order, website and email address won't work, cannot even cancel the order. Will dispute the charges on credit card.
