I thought the company was legit, website looked real, address and phone number in the US. They even sent tracking info for my thermometers. Now, when I asked for the status of my order, website and email address won't work, cannot even cancel the order. Will dispute the charges on credit card.

Took almost two weeks for delivery, with no updates from the company. My order included a face mask and a thermometer. Both were way over priced from the looks of them. No instructions with either one. I should have looked more carefully, but was desperate to get these items that were hard to find. Don't waste your money on this site.

Only after I involved PayPal and requested the charges be reversed did Giggles actually mail the product I ordered. The product came unwrapped and with no instructions (it was an oral thermometer). It looked like it could have been used. If you search for reviews of Giggles online, they are terrible (no emails are returned, no orders arrive). I should have researched them before I ordered from them.
