I would only add my endorsement to the number of complaints that have preceded mineThey misrepresent their products and return policyTheir website should be taken down by someone or they should be criminally investigated for fraudulent practicesIf you read their website it states that their wigs are made in Europe and the USA so why do you have to send them to China? They have a picture of a number of smartly dressed individuals that they claim to be their "Wigs Expert Team", we never talked to any of themOn top of that if you read the website carefully and the responses to these complaints it is clearly not an American websiteIt is a terrible business

I too fell for the bait and switch Ordered a shoulder length brown hair wig....what I got was a dark orange short blob of hair with a big blob of bangs...definitely not what I was expecting and of course they won't refund the money because it's a specially made wig and they are sure it looks beautiful on me Don't waste your money, hopefully you were smarter than the rest of us and came here first!

They sent a wig that does not at all represent their websites description or pictures and are refusing to take the product back and refund my money

Wigsis is a company from China that's where your money goes ! The wig I ordered was not the color I ordered and the cap did not fit it was suppose to be an average size but was way small ! The wig quality was aweful the one side of the wig was way shorter than the other side ! Guess what you cannot get your money back ! Do not buy from wigsis.com you will be disappointed!
