I purchased a wig and ther was a return policy on their site I attempted to return the wig in a timely manner and was told that they would not take
I purchased this wig on 3/13/and I received it on 3/20/ On 3/24/i contacted the vendor via-email and let them know that I was not please with the product After two weeks of trying to resolve this issue, the vendor will still not comply to simply what they stated on their website I am seeking a refund in the amount of $which is what I paid for the wig I have correspondence with an individual by the name of Olivia there at the firm This is deceptive and something needs to be done I paid for the wig and now I am at an impasse with this company

This company is a scam They advertise these beautiful "wigs" on their website which are probably not even wigs, take your money and send you a piece of junk even a homeless person would not be caught dead wearing I have a health condition that causes hair loss and I didn't have a ton of money to spend so I searched and shopped and searched and found a beautiful one on this website for $ I chose it because I thought the style would flatter the shape of my face, and because it was supposed to be human hair because I knew I would need to apply heat to style it Well, it came in red when I ordered brown, was not the style at all that appeared in the picture on the website and it was clearly NOT human hair It was cheap synthetic crap that was crimped and bent and just such a mess it looked like a wig that should be thrown in with a Halloween costume for free When I contacted the company about this, they would never address the fact that their product was NOT human hair and first told me to take it to a stylist for them to work with it Well, why the heck should I need to do that if it was the style that was represented on the website I said no, I don't have any more $ to spend just send me a refund and I'll send the item back to you After weeks of going back and forth through email, I got sick of it and opened a dispute with PayPal, which sent off another flurry of back and forth where they kept saying, well, you need to send it back to get a refund, but they would NEVER provide me with the return address and instead would just offer me something crazy like a $refund They went up to $and I declined that too because I paid $total with shipping and handling Why should I have to settle for 1/of the money I was out??!!
