Dear [redacted] , I will be more than glad to send another plumber to the [redacted] home to correct any problem there may be from the repairs, and the plumber [redacted] said that if there was a problem, with anything to call the office and let us know, if anything like that arises we will be there to check into it for them or anyone else we deal with Williams and Fogg has plenty of help to cover anything that arises, the [redacted] have not called us about anything other than trying to get the bill reduced in some way, but this is the first time anyone in our office heard of something not workingCustomers always call us when they can't get in touch with person who they know in the beginningThen after the company finish the work the customer stops the company from not coming on the property instead of letting the company recheck any work they have doneWhy would a person do that? There's always guarantees or warranties on every job, at no cost but lots of times customers have friends or family members that will do the job for less but they could not get them at the time of the failure and most of the time we can tell that that's what's going to happen when customers don't pay us at time of service, there's usually a sign of what's getting ready to happen, in spite of all that and how people treat each other now a daysI've been watching that working with the changing times and attitudes and making changes in the way my people handle jobs and customers for over years and take classes to help understand our part in communicating with people and I have been successful in business [redacted] Owner

- Electrical permit has been obtained and is awaiting final inspection Friday Nov - Contract clearly states that drywall repair is NOT included- Technician has not addressed the foundation issue due to, and caused by, it's existing unstable condition Suggest that the foundation be inspected before any repairs are attempted.- Customer received range and microwave hook up at no charge ($value) as compensation for her issues

We responded to install new faucet and old garbage disposal to a new sinkThe box to the faucet was opened and parts placed all over the counterWe installed the new faucet and went to connect the old garbage disposal to the sink and existing drain pipingParts for the disposal scattered, only one screw for holding plate with disposalOthers eventually found in a plastic tool boxUpon inspections of parts, the holding ring was missingMe (Fred) and the lady at the house both looked for missing ringPart was not foundContacted Mr [redacted] and advised him of situation, was told at the time to do what needed to be doneI (Fred) left to pick up need lock and holder for garbage disposalReturned to complete job and connect disposal and drainAfter everything was complete the lady showed me she had found the missing partsThe other lock and holder for disposal had already been installed, left old parts on siteLeft ticket and obtained credit card number for paymentConsidered work completed and done

We have been swamped with Air Conditioning calls since the weather changed and appointments are being booked two weeks in advance I understand that it is hard to wait for an appointment when it's hot and your air conditioning isn't workingThe technician that came to [redacted] home did find that the part was broken when he arrived to replace the part Our office closes at 5:p.mso the office personnel that answers the phone in the evenings for emergency calls would not have been aware of the situation and I'm sure the customer would have been told to call back the following morningOur customers are very important to us and this was an unusual situation The technician put us in a bind and we apologized to [redacted] and scheduled him as soon as we could He was not told that we were too busy to fit him in, but he was told that we had already scheduled appointments and we were giving him the soonest possible appointment It wasn't a matter of fitting him in nor finishing a job, but having a technician available to finish the job We have completed his work and apologize for any inconvenience and hope he is enjoying his air conditioning

Awful company Office lady called me for what should have been a simple question and resolutions, but started screaming at me immediately Told me to [redacted] and called me a *** What a terrible way to do business On top of that, their technician acted like he was drunk or on drugs Not very Knowledgeable for an HVAC company

The re-stocking fee assessed for cancellation of the contract has been waived We have not yet been able to schedule a time with the [redacted] ' to remove the equipment We did miss one appointment for the removal but have not been able to contact them to reschedule and they have not returned our calls It is our position that if they refuse to schedule a convenient time for the removal of the equipment, that they should be held liable for the direct costs of the equipment We will make another attempt via certified mail before pursuing that avenue furtherthe ceiling has been repaired

*** *** was ok with the work until the bill came. That's when he decided to say that the Tech was drunk. Our Tech took a picture of the alcohol that was on the stoop at the said home of *** ***

On Sunday 17th Dec we responded to a service call for an indoor air-condition unit tripping breakersWe removed indoor blower cover and found insulation from the panel to be loose and wrapped around the blower motorWe removed the insulation to clear obstructionWe started equipment and
checked amp draw on both, the blower motor and ** KW electric heatersMotor and all electric heaters were pulling a total of *** ampsMotor alone, was pulling *** amps, which was below factory requirementsBoth, totaled below the *** amp breaker that fed the equipmentWe checked aluminum wiring at breaker and found lugs to be looseWe tightened to repair the loose wire connectionsBefore leaving, the *** amp breaker tripped againWe advised the customer at that time, to have the breaker replaced, which, to my knowledge, the customer did not approve the replacement of the breaker

For clarification, the technician's mom Ron coordinated with to clean my carpet was sick; not my mom I have the text message from the technician and the email I sent to Ron as proof.I will contact a carpet cleaner and have him contact Ron directly for the quote and payment. P.SI am not paying a travel fee for them to come back out They called me on Monday 9/29/to say they would be here this week and have not seen them yet I also want them to be honest when they access the problem since it is doing the same thing it did before when they told me I only needed a ring If they used a faulty ring, I do not want to be responsible for the replacement We had a new ring here that they would not use since they guaranteed their ring only

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Williams and Fogg is clearly misleading the Bureau. I have given this company every opportunity, prior to this complaint, to provide the requested information. My letter requesting this information is now over thirty days old. In addition, on Thursday, December 10, 2015, MrKevin M***, Representing Williams and Fogg, delivered electrical outlets and cover plates that were supposedly purchased for my electrical upgrade. The items were clearly outdated and not products required by the current VaElectric Laws. The boxes, although unopened, were dirty and stained as if they had been in storage for some time. The items appear to be a representation of the purchase of supplies. Over $was provided to Williams and Fogg to began the electric the upgrade on my property. I expect a detailed outline of the items purchased and the cost associated. I also requested a detailed cost (days, hours and rates) of any labor associated with the electric work.

Someone mentioned in a previous complaint be warned I reiterate this!!!! Even if you have a home warranty and would be required to use this company DO NOT They are crooks and extremely unprofessional You will find that the work performed is temporary and will fail you later
