Purchased entry tickets to Seattle muddle mortal on February 27th in the amount of Raceway to take place in June Was postponed to suppose venue issues to Sept 30thI just went to confirm the dates and saw mass threads of cancellation of event and it being a fraud caseSent email to see if I would get a refundTried to use the link given for refunds but no such link exists so emailed directly to the email that I received event information from .calling bank tomorrow

They organized a Harry Potter themed run and have now claimed they are bankrupt and will not offer any refunds or return emails or calls

muddy Mortal offered refunds, I applied for onethey shut down everything and canceled refunds
May 2nd purchased tickets for the NEW JERSEY Muddy Mortal eventUsed my MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD and the total was $

the event was scheduled for August 25th
Muddy Mortal started offering refunds because they could not secure locations for their events so I requested one on JUNE 29TH and again on JULY 4TH
I received the "receipt" for my requests
JULY 11TH was the last response I received from Muddy Mortal via Facebook Messengerafter that it was an automated response "we'll get back to you soon"
AUGUST 9TH I tried to message Muddy Mortal and it said "message could not be sent"on their website www.muddymortal.com they claim to be shutting down all events and not offering refunds anymore

Not providing the service as advertised
FitGeek offered a series of "wizard" themed obstacle 5Ks and festivals called Muddy Mortal across the United States in and I signed up for the one in Atlanta on Oct27-29, Events scheduled for earlier this year were "rescheduled" and the whole time, along with other promises, it was assured that these events would take placeOn Aug8, all of the events were canceledThe Muddy Mortal website noted that they went bankrupt (despite never holding a race) and would not give any refunds
