Win Win Home Buyers

My wife was tending a daughter in Ohio with a double mastectomy then had a brain bleed and stroke and wanted me there. So I decided to sell the house and told the salesman from win-win to let me tell her before I signed and he told me she had the option to sign. Well before I could tell her he looked up her number and contacted her . I don't know what her told her but she thinks I was stealing the house and said I might as well divorce her. So she did not sign the contract. The sales person said the contract expired. Almost a year later still going through a divorce She comes to town to collect her belongings and tells me they put a lien on the house and if I sell it to anyone else. I will owe triple the cost. I have retired on social security and have multiple disabilities and now going through a divorce and have to sell the house. I called them 3 times and the woman hung up the phone on me after being rude. The sales man lied and said I never mentioned my wife and the contract had expired, and my wife never signed the contract.
These people are in it just for the win for their bank account. Everyone I have talked to even my divorce lawyer says if she didn't sign there is no case for a lien. The paper work I saw they submitted at the court house did not show the page where the contract had expired. This exposes them as unethical practice besides destroying my marriage and retirement. This company is in it for themselves there is no win-win.
