I did speak with Mr*** about his condensation problem. I truly apologize that Mark did not have his Thermo Hygrometer with him for the service call. I am working in the Buffalo store next week and left a message for Mr*** that I will be glad to do the testing myself. It will

with the installation and all the work we did

Scott stated we gave the larger full screens at no chargeThey came on the truck last Thursday, we set an appointment for Wednesday April 27th for delivery with the consumer

Our sincere apology for the events of this project Our Service Scheduler, Lori, is calling Ms *** today to set up a service call to replace the crank handle and also to offer her a $refund We would remind Ms *** that we offered and she accept a discounted price to trim two additional windows and to remove, trim entry door and replace door to help compensate for her project issues. I will not resolve this case until the screens actually arrive and have been installed on the date agreed uponI am not
confident in this company to keep their end of the deal or warrantyUntil this day has arrived and the full screens are installed along with the additional original half screen that should have come with the original window install I prefer to wait to close the complaint and this case. We have spoken with Ms*** and have set up an appointment with her for our Installation Manager, Tony G***, to replace the wood stops with the requested vinyl stops on Wednesday, December 28th between the hours of 12:& 4:pm Please note that these vinyl stops are much
more expensive than the primed wood stops that she purchased, however to satisfy Mr ***, we will install them at no charge. Thank you,Kathy A***Window World of Buffalo

We received a 2nd notification on this customer. Is it possible to respond that we will not pay the $ The replacement we received from the manufacturer was made incorrectly by them and the 2nd replacement did not arrive before his closing date. He paid $for our window and
have no idea who would charge him $for a replacementThe accident happened when he was closing, which was out of our control, as was the replacement from our supplier. The $2520 was a cost if we asked her to pay the full replacement amount, which we are not asking her to pay.   We are ONLY requiring her to pay the unpaid balance of $822 and the brown upcharge of $825, which is $1647.  We would absorb all the additional costs of replacing the windows.

Call log does not show calls from this consumer, called and left message to go out and take care of the issues.

and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The sales rep mislead what product was coming.  All color selections are abbreviated and not something I would even be able to understand on the contract. No color is indicated AT all on the contract.  There is a spot for upgrades yes, but it was my understanding that I was getting Windows to match the rest of my house.  I was also never asked to inspect new Windows before installation - window world removed my old windows and too them so it's not like I even have a choice in this matter.I will not agree to pay more than the price that was told to me and written on the contract.  I am willing to pay that amount as that is what was verbally quoted to me and written and it is the sales rep's responsibility to disclose and indicate upgrade fees which was not done.  I do not know what two letter abbreviations mean in a list of upgrades.  I have reviewed the contract again and find no where that it says I was ordering white Windows. I have also filed with the attorney general as this is terrible for a business to hold a customer responsible for their error in quoting price AND not asking for any inspection BEFORE installing.  They removed old Windows before even bringing new ones out of the truck and with the interior color correct I had no reason to check outside.it should be the responsibility of the business to honor this.  I was completely mislead and given incorrect verbal information and was not explained what abbreviations even meant. We Wales the perimeter of my home discussing the other Windows (Anderson, new) along with garage door etc and I know this color was discussed.Regards,[redacted]
