Being trying to resolve issues with internet for a monthCustomer service runaround, techs don't show up in hour time window, call and they say more hours, didn't show up didn't callGet different information every time you callLong wait times and have to start all overNot getting speed paying forLines not grounded properly

Windstream mails out Advertisements stating one price and when you get your bill it is double or moreThey quote you over the phone and leave out all the hidden fees and extra charges I would not recommend this company anyone for this reason My bill was so outrageous it literally made me sick, I am canceling my service

Our internet in this area is out constantly! Some of us depend on it to make a living and it's costing $a month when it only works part of that time! They need to lower their prices if this is how they're gonna conduct business

This company is horrible They are constantly messing up and never want to fix your problems They switched a setting in the head office turning off our internet for days Two call takers had no clue how to fix it They also messed up the cable and said a repair man was coming on a particular day Waited all day and then they said on it will be next week I get it that this is the reputation of cable companies but they routinely do this

Windstream's performance at our Pearl River facility has been consistently very poorWith only a month's notice, they informed us that the monthly fee for internet service would increase by 92%This is tantamount to extortionThis has placed a burden on us financially and left us with very little time to secure an alternative provider This business should not be allowed to continue its predatory practices

Every time I have dealt with Windstream, it has been a negative experienceThe most recent came after they changed the voicemail system on our business lineWhen I checked the voicemail using the regular access and passcode, I received a recorded message that told me to contact Windstream After searching the website for the appropriate number and finding THAT a challenge, I was transferred times and put on hold times for a total of minutesOnce the representative got to me, I was told to call a new number to access our messages this week, but next week, it will be a new number Windstream has the WORST customer service decision makers ever

Terrible product service and terrible customer serviceCharged for internet service that was very bad or didn't work at allAnd in so many words was told it was an unfixable problem and there was nothing they could do

This company should not be allowed to offer services that are so unreliableTheir coustomer service is a joke!
