Wireless Emporium- CellarOutfitters Buyer Beware- Deceptive and misleading online process PRIOR to submitting payment, you review your order The order amount has a dash in the Shipping line I assumed this meant shopping was included in the price It seemed logical since they weref asking for me to submit payment WRONG! I found out the Shipping charges on the confirmation! The charge exceeds the product cost! This deception is easily correctable But will they?

Order has been shipped and customer has been advised that FPX-SAM-J717-MYis out stock and to select another case with in the same price range as paid for the case $no response has been given as of 2/Please see the attached invoice where the FPX-SAM-J717-MY shows price paid $2.99, not sure why the customer is trying to deceive by indicating $refundIf customer does not wish to choose an alternate then the cost of case can be refunded

What is the recourse now? What happens if they refuse to respond or give a refund?
