They did not address the issue at all. I reiterate due to their apparent lack of reading comprehension, and inability to even type a sentence in response asking for clarification. I paid for an item and shipping, and there was no indication the item would be used from the website when I ordered it. I received a used defective item. The company acted in bad faith, and I never received a new working item and I no longer want to do any business with this company. My complaint can be resolved by the company refunding the money I paid for the item and the shipping. I will return the used defective item if the company pays for the return shipping, but will not pay for return shipping because it is the company which wants the defective item back, and if they want it back they should pay for that. I never received what I paid for, so I should be refunded in full for the original item and shipping I paid

The root cause of this disagreement is the fact that Wireless OEM's products are misrepresented on their websiteThey need to stop misleading consumers to believe that they are buying something new when it is truly usedStill today, product descriptions have not been updated
I had to pay $in postage to return the misrepresented merchandiseI made it clear before I paid for the return shipping that I expect that cost to be reimbursed to me and Wireless OEM did not dispute this demand
I fully understand that the cost of the merchandise itself has already been refunded. I also fully understand that Wireless OEM cannot reimburse the $via credit cardHowever, I still expect the $to be reimbursed by another methodCheck or money order is fine.The Wireless OEM store policy states that customer satisfaction is their top priorityOver and over, I have made it clear what I require to be satisfied

The package was never delivered to my mailboxThey could have delivered it to another but I did not receive the packageIf there had been an offer to pay for insurance I would have accepted it, but the package never arrived nor do I have the purchased merchandise or my money refundedThere are other complaints to this type of behavior as well listed on several websites.
Please do not allow them to continue to rob consumers of their hard earned moneyI hav purchased from them in the past and did not have an issueThis is unacceptable and they show blatant disregard for me as a customerYou couldn't even refund my $45? As a business it's the least you could do!

I ordered headphones on 9/** and received them 9/** but they were the wrong ones. I notified customer service and they said to return them and they will send out the correct pair and issue a refund for the cost of return shipping. I made it very clear in all communications that I needed my order by 9/**. It is 10/* and I have yet to receive the item or a refund that I have asked for multiple times since 9/**. I was forced to purchase the item elsewhere. I opened a claim with [redacted] and my credit card company that are still under review. After they were contacted by [redacted], they did end up shipping something to me but I haven't received it. I made it VERY clear I just want a refund. I REFUSE to put another dime toward this company and anything received will immediately be marked return to sender. I will not pay for return shipping again, a refund promised that I'm sure I'll never see. I don't even think they read the emails and clearly don't take them seriously. They've asked and received the tracking number for the retured item at least 6 times now. They are just dragging it out. Going in circles and nothing gets accomplished. They are completely unprofessional and crooked company. I just wish I would have taken the reviews a bit more seriously.

Horrible. Ordered a product on June 5th. Installation CD in Chinese. Returned the product and still waiting on a refund. They keep wanting to discuss options and stated that if I return the product I would be refunded. They are still talking partial refund or different item.

Ordered a blue moorola buds bluetooth fot $19.99 and a samsung in ear bluetooth for a total of $31.98+$5.99 shipping cost on 09/**/2016. On 10/**/2016 received a ups tracking number which [redacted] continuously showed invalid, company was emailed twice asking if # was correct, received an email reply on eve of 10/**/2016, showing arrival date 10/*/2016. Package arrived afternoon of this date the blue motorola buds where used and old in a freezer ziplock bag ? The samsung in ear bluetooth was used and tapped with scotch tape in an old box, which was obvious it had been used before. This companys ads do not say anything about used items! If I wanted used and old I could have gone to the (GOODWILL).I I FILED A Revdex.com COMPLAINT on 10/**/2016 I also took pictures of the items.
