I ordered a battery pack from these guys and not anywhere in the description did it said that it was going to be used. It's full of scratches! it looks like it was dragged from a car for a mile before they shipped it, I'm extremely disappointed.

Review: I purchased a Bluetooth Plantronics Voyager Legend headset and I received this package in a plastic wrap instead of a box and it supposed to have 3 different sizes of ear tip gel. Mine came with only one and is very uncomfortable to wear Bluetooth. I contacted the merchant via email and they replied through email that they give me $6 credit on credit card so I can buy separately. I was told that it takes only 2 days to receive $6 credit. It has been a week and still have not received my credit and now they are not responding to my emails. I tried to call many, many times since 6/** that my credit card was charged and every time I call I get answering machine and voice mail is full and can not leave a message. These people are nothing but crooks. They open the merchandise from manufacture and keep some parts to themselves or may be they sell fake merchandize. Review: On April **, 2014, I made a purchase on WirelessOEMshop.com. I paid $19.94 (approx. $15 for H620 bluetooth and approx. $5 for shipping fee). On April **, I received the bluetooth. The bluetooth, however, is defective. It does not work. On the next day, April **, I emailed WirelessOEMshop.com to let them know that their product was defective and so, they had to send me replacement. I also called WirelessOEMshop.com on April **, but no one picked up the phone, and the voice mail box was completely full that I could not leave the message. On April **, WirelessOEMshop.com responded to me thru email. WirelessOEMshop.com requested me to return the defective bluetooth before they send me replacement. For that, on the same day, I replied their email, and I asked WirelessOEMshop.com for a shipping label if they wanted me to ship the defective bluetooth back to them since it was not my fault (why I have to pay shipping fee twice? No, it would be unfair). On April **, WirelessOEMshop.com replied thru email that they would send me another bluetooth. On the same day, I replied them thru email, and asked them for tracking number so that I knew approximately when I would receive it. WirelessOEMshop.com give me a tracking number (I had to take out the tracking number because Revdex.com web site did not allow since it thought that was a credit card number. I can provide this tracking number as needed), using [redacted]. WirelessOEMshop.com, however, has never sent me a replacement. Today, April **, I tracked the package, using the tracking number, on [redacted] web site, there was no any progress since April **, except "electronic shipping info received". It means " ... to expect the package for mailing ... does not indicate receipt by [redacted] ...". Since Apr **, I have been very patient with them, tried to work with them. I have given WirelessOEMshop.com enough time to respond. I told them I needed my bluetooth ASAP. But WirelessOEMshop.com was dishonest. They didn't send me another bluetooth as they promised. They just PRETEND to do it. It's enough. I don't want to waste any more time with them. Review: Purchased a Logitech Harmony 650 remote control only to receive a knockoff that looked similar but without the Logitech logo on it. Review: On December **, I ordered a R400. The laser device came, but the accompanying receiver, which links the computer to the receiver so that it can actually be used, was not included. I have written twice and have allowed ample time for the company to respond. Please have WirelessOEMshop refund the money for the device, plus return shipping charges if they wish to have the defective device returned. They are selling used items as new. They will not help you if you have an issue! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY from them!!

Review: I ordered Jabra JOURNEY Bluetooth In Car Speakerphone , and when it arrived it would not turn on, after charging, and in addition appeared to be used (wear marks on product and debris stuck in speaker grille, and not in a box). I emailed the company several times (once by the contact form on their website, and once by replying to the eMail I received with the order details), and have not received a response to either attempt at contact.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment refunded to the same method of payment that I made the purchase on ([redacted]). The company response is wholly inadequate. As Iexplained when I first contacted the company the first thing I did when it didnot work initially was to attempt to charge it overnight with the sameresult. If the company had promptlyresponded to my contact I would have been happy to accept a replacement,however they did not respond to my contacts until after they were contacted bythe Revdex.com, so I ordered a product from a different company which did not send mea used defective product. I will nolonger accept an exchange, because I have no need for the product since Ireceived one from another company. Iwill not be satisfied with less than a refund for the purchase. They did not address the issue at all. I reiterate due to their apparent lack of reading comprehension, and inability to even type a sentence in response asking for clarification. I paid for an item and shipping, and there was no indication the item would be used from the website when I ordered it. I received a used defective item. The company acted in bad faith, and I never received a new working item and I no longer want to do any business with this company. My complaint can be resolved by the company refunding the money I paid for the item and the shipping. I will return the used defective item if the company pays for the return shipping, but will not pay for return shipping because it is the company which wants the defective item back, and if they want it back they should pay for that. I never received what I paid for, so I should be refunded in full for the original item and shipping I paid.

Review: I ordered a set of Forearm Forklift straps from this site because they had the best price while searching for the best price. Their description and pictures of the product were directly from the [redacted] website, so I was lead to believe that's what I was ordering.

Upon receipt of the straps, they were no where near what the straps should have been. They are barely half as wide, the strapping material is very poor, the stitching is already coming out. I don't think these straps could be used for my upcoming move.

I've contacted the company and they aren't willing to refund my money for their false advertising!Desired Settlement: While I was talking to the company I agreed to a partial refund, but they wouldn't agree with me on the amount. I have opened a dispute with [redacted] and will NEVER do business with this scheming company and it's sellers ever again! It's NOT worth the supposed savings on products.

Review: Purchased a brand new Motorola S10 headset from this business. But, it's not what I received. I received a used, worn refurbished item that was not in any packaging when it arrived. I contacted the company and showed pictures of the damage that was present on the headset and they offered a partial refund of $6.00 from a $30 purchase. So, they offered $6.00 to me for my brand new purchase I thought I was receiving. Review: The wireless OEM website is misleading consumers to believe they are purchasing brand new merchandise. However the merchandise I actually received was obviously used. WirelessOEM's website promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I will not be satisfied until I have received reimbursement for return shipping. This is an expectation I made clear before returning the merchandise.

The reason I returned the merchandise was due to Wireless OEM's false advertising. You can not represent your products as new when they are clearly used. This was not just an innocent mistake on Wireless OEM's part. Still today, the product's description on their website does NOT say anything about the product being used. Since they have not made any effort to make a correction, I can only assume they are misrepresenting all their products.

I expect reimbursement of return shipping in the total of $5.25. This is an incredibly generous settlement considering the amount of my time they have wasted.

I also expect them to cease all sales until product descriptions can be corrected. They should be honest and forthright. Used products need to be labeled as such. Nobody wants to put a used bluetooth in their ear. That brings up some serious questions of sanitation and public safety. Ear mites and all kinds of disgusting things can be transferred via a used bluetooth.

The root cause of this disagreement is the fact that Wireless OEM's products are misrepresented on their website. They need to stop misleading consumers to believe that they are buying something new when it is truly used. Still today, product descriptions have not been updated.

I had to pay $5.25 in postage to return the misrepresented merchandise. I made it clear before I paid for the return shipping that I expect that cost to be reimbursed to me and Wireless OEM did not dispute this demand.

I fully understand that the cost of the merchandise itself has already been refunded. I also fully understand that Wireless OEM cannot reimburse the $5.25 via credit card. However, I still expect the $5.25 to be reimbursed by another method. Check or money order is fine.

The Wireless OEM store policy states that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Over and over, I have made it clear what I require to be satisfied.

The two cases were delivered, however, the cable was not included in the shipment. Contacted Wireless OEM on 12/**/14 via email asking for the status of the cable, and received a reply confirming our shipping address and promising that it would be shipped out. When by 12/**/14 we had still not received the missing cable, contacted them again via email, and included both phone/email contact information. To this date 1/*/15), still have received no return communication. Called them on 1/*/15 (and previously)...the recorded message is of poor quality and an automated message states that the voice mailbox is full. The message states that the customer should send an email to the address I have used, and that Wireless OEM will respond within 24 hours.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the merchandise we ordered and paid for. Wireless OEM charged our credit card for 3 items and only delivered 2 of them.
