I ordered something from wirelessoemshop.com and to date, have not received any communication from the seller or the customer service email address regarding the status of my order.
I have opened a dispute with [redacted] and will NEVER do business with this scheming company and it's sellers ever again! It's NOT worth the supposed savings on products.

WirelessOEM's website promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I will not be satisfied until I have received reimbursement for return shipping. This is an expectation I made clear before returning the merchandise.
 
The reason I returned the merchandise was due to Wireless OEM's false advertising. You can not represent your products as new when they are clearly used. This was not just an innocent mistake on Wireless OEM's part. Still today, the product's description on their website does NOT say anything about the product being used. Since they have not made any effort to make a correction, I can only assume they are misrepresenting all their products. 
 
I expect reimbursement of return shipping in the total of $5.25. This is an incredibly generous settlement considering the amount of my time they have wasted.
 
I also expect them to cease all sales until product descriptions can be corrected. They should be honest and forthright. Used products need to be labeled as such. Nobody wants to put a used bluetooth in their ear. That brings up some serious questions of sanitation and public safety. Ear mites and all kinds of disgusting things can be transferred via a used bluetooth.

The beginning of the poor customer service, wrong and defective items began in 2014, true. I've returned all but the most recent item, at my expense.As is the custom for this business they read the first line/invoice number. If they had researched all the order numbers they/you would see they have a quality issue.order#s [redacted] 3times, [redacted], and [redacted].I just want to get my out of pocket postage, I shouldn't have to pay return postage on incorrectly shipped and defected items, and credit for my most recent wrong item. Refunded to my original payment method, I'm not interested in store credits.

These people misrepresent the products they sell to unsuspecting buyers. They sell their products as "new" when in fact they are either used, refurbished or in my case, broken and not working. Customer service is a joke. They simply stop communicating with the buyer. These types of business practices should be illegal, but they seem to carry on. Their reviews speak for themselves. Be careful.

All I want the company to do at this time is to return my original blue-tooth back to me. But in retrospect ,it is odd that the company respondent within one day to this ,when again all I asked after the denial of service was for the return of my blue-tooth.

item and you keep the item" is a bit confusing considering our request. Please provide clarification of the exact amount of refund being offered before we consider this issue resolved.(Just to be clear, we were asking for reimbursement of the lightning cable we ordered which was never received. We were satisfied with the Lifeproof cases that were sent.)

The company response is wholly inadequate.  As Iexplained when I first contacted the company the first thing I did when it didnot work initially was to attempt to charge it overnight with the sameresult.  If the company had promptlyresponded to my contact I would have been happy to accept a replacement,however they did not respond to my contacts until after they were contacted bythe Revdex.com, so I ordered a product from a different company which did not send mea used defective product.  I will nolonger accept an exchange, because I have no need for the product since Ireceived one from another company.  Iwill not be satisfied with less than a refund for the purchase.  If the company sends me a self-addressedstamped envelope I will happily return the defective product to them.
