[This is the first time that I was told the person responsible for installing the car starter was "out sick." Again, that information could have been conveyed to me when I asked if the car was ready for pickup. The greater issue here is the communication channels at Woburn Toyota. When asked how to make the issue right, I asked for waiver of the fee and mentioned that an upgrade would be a nice addition on top of the waiver. If I had the choice between the two, I surely would have taken the waiver of the fee. Given that it was not COMMUNICATED to me that the fee wasn't going to be waived until after it was installed, I feel like Woburn Toyota intentionally misled me into what was going to be done. In all honesty, I would not have accepted the upgrade of car starter had I been told that it was not going to be done in addition to the waiver of fee. I would have opted to have the car starter not installed, in which case the $500 surely would have been returned. [redacted] from Toyota did not return any of my phone calls prior to the actual installation and has provided no reasonable explanation as to why a concerned customers phone calls went unanswered. In my opinion, the intentional misleading of a customer issue borders on fraud. ]

Customer received his 2k down payment back already. The cancelation was not a cancelation as it was never approved. So there is no paper work to be given out. Customer should not receive a bill rom excise tax as he never was approved on a loan.

It's been another full week since visiting Woburn Foreign Motors: I still do not have either a new car or a loaner. In addition, no one has called me to tell me where we are in the process. It was only after I took my father's friend and he insisted that the Finance Manager make a call right at that point that anyone discovered the source of the true error. I've been inconvenienced, I've inconvenienced the people who are giving me rides to and from work and I still have no credit. I feel that it is time that I either take the matter to an attorney or to small claims court.

While yes [redacted] spoke with both me and my husband, she lied several times and others lied also. They lied to cover lies. I was never told the title was "missing" I was told the title wasn't there, they couldn't find it, only to be told at 5pm on the 3rd day of owning the car that there never was a title and that [redacted] rental never sent them one. Actually that they had ordered a replacement on on Feb 19th which was 2 days after my husband gave them a $500 deposit for said Vehicle. While [redacted] was very apologetic, I pointed out how illegal this was to let a car be sold "knowing" the title was not there, let alone let it be driven off the lot. She offered a rental, BUT, we had to drive the car back to her, I believe her exact words were "that car should be parked and actually should never have been sold or even listed on our website" She asked us to bring it back asap. After I asked what was Woburn going to do for us, she offered an exchange. This exchange was for a 2014 [redacted] and WE had to pay the difference of $500. I asked if the title was there, she said yes she'd get her own hands on it immediately but she would make sure it was ready for my husband to pick up the following day. 2pm the following day he was called to be told the title was found and that the deal was off on the other car. [redacted] then said "NO I am a woman of my word and [redacted] can come down after work and get the other car", our concern wasn't just that the title went "missing", "lost" or that they never had it... it was if this was the case, was this car even free for them to sale, let alone not have some other problem we may be looking at in the near future. My husband drove there after work only to be told when he walked in the door the other car was sold, but here is your title. On top of this "[redacted]" the notary on duty the day my h usband was there, notarized my husband's signature without witnessing my husband signing anything. YES, this is also highly illegal. Me adding this is only more proof of the shady business practices and lies that have been told to us by Woburn Toyota. YOu can't continue to lie and lie to cover lies and never get caught. NOt to mention that as my husband is being told that the car was sold, I am online with a customer service rep scheduling a time to come and test drive the same car. YES lies...]

point, I in no way trust that the key will will actually be made when I bring it in, so I would prefer to keep this ticket open until that time. That said, your automated service doesn't appear to have that as an option. I will file a new complaint at that time if the key is still not made.
