Chris B. arrived on time, was very professional and completed the semi-annual inspection in a timely and complete way. I commend Wolfgang's for their service.

Our a-c went out in the middle of the night. I called Wolfgang's in the morning and they had a tech., Chris B., here within an hour. Within 5 min. of arrival, he had the air back on and was working on the overall problem that triggered the shut-off. He found the issue promptly and arranged to come back the next week to do the fix. He was courteous and efficient. We have used Wolfgang's for years and have found them to be reliable, fair and knowledgeable.

Justin arrived on time, completed the service in a timely and professional manner and was neat and tidy.

Wolfgang's Cooling & Heating has a dedicated service staff. Chris B. is our Service Pro. He is polite, detail oriented and truthful. He does not try to "upsell" any products. You can trust what he says actually needs to be done to your A/C. We have had Service Contract with Wolfgang's for several years and will continue to keep them for all of our cooling and heating system needs.

[redacted] came to my house to fix a problem with the thermostat on my A/C unit. He asked pertinent questions and was able to diagnose and fix them problem in short order.

Justin did a great job providing preventive maintenance to our furnace. He was timely, thorough, and changed the filters.

Our service tech, Cody W., from Wolfgangs Heating and Cooling was exceptional. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. We plan to request him whenever our air conditioning units need service.

Cody was extremely professional. They sent him out and he had my problem fixed within 24 hours of my phone call. He took pictures of the problem, told me exactly what was wrong, and gave me options on how to fix it.

My service tech was professional, very knowledgeable of the units, he suggested level of repairs/maintenance without being insistent, friendly, respectful of house hold and privacy-- and seems to enjoy his job.

As usual Chris B and Wolfgang's were on time, efficient and in this case, had recently discovered I had a crimp in a condenser drain which could have been disastrous. It was fixed with no damage and no charge. The other equipment installed was done in a professional manner as well. Once again,I have used most of the "named" brand heating and cooling outfits in town and all have either consistently tried to upsell me or in the case of one, sold me a unit too small for my residence. In fact, my current AC unit was supposed to be on it's way out 5 years ago. It's amazing since Wolfgang's started servicing it, there have been no problems and no one telling me they think there may be one. Refreshing to say the least!
