As usual Chris B and Wolfgang's were on time, efficient and in this case, had recently discovered I had a crimp in a condenser drain which could have been disastrous. It was fixed with no damage and no charge. The other equipment installed was done in a professional manner as well. Once again,I have used most of the "named" brand heating and cooling outfits in town and all have either consistently tried to upsell me or in the case of one, sold me a unit too small for my residence. In fact, my current AC unit was supposed to be on it's way out 5 years ago. It's amazing since Wolfgang's started servicing it, there have been no problems and no one telling me they think there may be one. Refreshing to say the least!

Justin W. was the service tech who performed the pre-season A/C check for my system under an annual maintenance contract. He was professional and efficient in going about the process of checking the thermostat and system operation. He and his assistant bootied up when coming into the house to set the thermostat and check the return air filter. They performed the exterior checks and cleaning, did their final clean up and write up of system condition and reviewed the finding with me. This allows me the opportunity to request immediate repair or adjustment.

I used to like this company but they disappointed us recently. We have 2 houses under their maintenance contracts but recently the AC stopped working in one of the houses. We had to call home warranty emergency line and [redacted] came. They told us that the RC22/freon was low.

Is it possible that the RC22 level dropped quickly in 1.5 month? Wolfgang's cooling came on 6/3 to do a bi-yearly maintenance. The AC stopped working on 7/23.

Shannon from Wolfgang's Cooling called me after reading my complaint and she kept saying the system was working on 6/3. I told her to just STOP. Did they miss it? They wouldn't say. All they kept saying the AC worked on 6/3. However, they didn't mention on their 6/3 report that RC22 was low and needed immediate attention. I am frustated.

Cody was extremely professional. They sent him out and he had my problem fixed within 24 hours of my phone call. He took pictures of the problem, told me exactly what was wrong, and gave me options on how to fix it.

Cody from Wolfgang's did a thorough AC inspection tune up. He was very professional and courteous and helpful.

Based on that one service experience, I now use Wolfgang's for warranty, service, and if needed in the future - replacement. Today 3/21/2015 [redacted] was dispatched again for the Performance Tune-Up - same story... Excellence in customer service! I highly recommend Wolfgang's!

Chris B. is a superb technician! He was one time, courteous and quite competent. He took his time explaining things to me and took pictures on his cell phone to help me understand my situation. I could not ask for a better person to help me with my a/c problem. The unit is 20 years old and he did his best to make it work as good as possible. I say, give this man a raise, he deserves it!
