Cody was the service representative who was at my house for the summer check up. Cody was professional and efficient with his task. Everything went very well and I would welcome Cody back to service my Heat Pump!

So when the a/c goes out or just needs a tune-up, we know that we can rely on Cody to take good care of us and have the unit back up and running fast!

Chris B turned up within an hour of my call late Friday afternoon and quickly fixed the AC problem I was having. That is great customer service.

The team did a great job working with us to select the best HVAC unit for our situation and installing the unit. They were all patient in listening to our need and concerns and made sure that we were happy with the installation. This is the second time I have had Wolfgang's to my house for seasonal inspections. Both times Cody has been the tech and he is great. Really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how the system should work and answers any questions. Just a good all around guy.

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of our monsoon season. Wolfgang's came out promptly and fixed the problem We have always had professional, courteous, and prompt service at a reasonable cost and have never encountered any problems with them. We highly recommend them.

Based on that one service experience, I now use Wolfgang's for warranty, service, and if needed in the future - replacement. Today 3/21/2015 [redacted] was dispatched again for the Performance Tune-Up - same story... Excellence in customer service! I highly recommend Wolfgang's!

All aspects of the service experience are very professional.

Today 8/30/16 we had our newly purchased air conditioner installed by Khris, Cisco and Everett. They were on time and ready to work! Our air had been off for 6 days, and it was terrible in the house. Everette assured us the job would be done TODAY. They worked for hours and when the job was done they also cleaned up perfectly. Khris stayed and gave us a lesson on how the thermostat worked. He was so patient with us "old school" folks...and stayed with us until we felt comfortable to program it ourselves. There were many questions from us throughout the day and not one time did we feel that the questions did not matter!! We have been with Wolfgangs many years and their attention to details and excellent customer service is why we will continue.
