Feels like I've just been duped by a scammer
For the Parental Control app

*** The worst part has been trying to cancel the subscription--ensuring that a charge would not occur. ***

I cancelled less than 24 hours of the monthly subscription that was purchased on the 22nd of November. I followed their guidance by contacting support through the account.
Since then, (today is Nov 30) I have had nonstop back and forth communication with their support team asking for an egregious amount of information...for which I have supplied sufficient details for each of their requests. It seems to never end...

They have set up their cancellation/refund policy so that they don’t have to give out any refunds. Read what reasons are not acceptable and what would qualify for a cancel-refund. Lame.
I highly suspect that they’re making this process painful for the purchaser/user, as a greedy business tactic $$$. —that is downright nasty.

….and my patience has run out. Thus, turning my focus on posting reviews about my experience.

The *** Toolkit (CAD$107) makes claims in advertising that it can fix any *** phone, but the software only contains tools for *** products. The list of devices the software works on is not provided prior to payment.

I purchased a $9.95 subscription from Wondershare on May 2nd because although it advertises its conversion software as a "free software" there are things you need to pay for within the program. However, I quickly realized that even the paid-for aspects would not work for me or my videos and uninstalled the software with the intention of speaking immediately with a customer service rep from the site. When I came back to the Wondershare site I noticed that all methods of customer service were closed (I couldn't even email them) from the first to the fifth of May due to a "Labor Day weekend" break. I had to wait until the sixth to submit a refund request ticket, as well as a request to stop the subscription's monthly auto renewals on my account. The same day I received a response that was filled with bad grammar and spelling saying that since nothing is wrong with the program, I won't get a refund. There was no mention of stopping the auto renewal. This morning (the seventh of May) I attempted to Live Chat with them to stop the auto renewals at the very least, and the Bot in the chatroom advised me that representatives usually take around 10 minutes to answer. I waited over 20 minutes and received no response. The company has made it extremely difficult to contact them, and I fear for my own financial safety as this is all seeming like a huge ***. If I had seen the "everything is closed for our Labor Day weekend" message I probably wouldn't have even purchased in the first place. I don't have any reason to lie about the product not working for me, and can prove that it is no longer on my computer and it hasn't been since 15 minutes after I downloaded it on the second of this month. I understand if they cannot tell if a customer has used the software once it's downloaded, but I'm frustrated that I may not be able to get through to them under my circumstances, and fear that I may not even be able to stop them from auto-charging my account in months to come.

I paid for famisafe internet monitoring service on Feb 6, 2020 in the amount of 6.66 per month for a total of 19.99 (No tax). Upon purchase, funds were deducted from my account and was immediately restricted from using any of the services paid for. I have since tried contacting this company several times and received no response.

I purchased the [redacted] last week, I liked to use it but didn't have the chancethey gave me a coupon for $discount on any purchase then I decided to get that in their $effectIt didn't workI submitted a ticket and they gave me another coupon, it didn't work again, then because their website is cookie enabled, when you approach for some new effects it will be tracked that you're interested in which video effect, and because you've purchased the software from them, you need to buy their own effects, then I have to pay times more rather than getting half price discount on my coupon which they gave me on the purchase of the software for lifetime versionBy the way I need to buy that effect which I need for tomorrow and I can not wait another couple of days that they may answer meSoftware looks good so far, however I've not dig deep into it and I don't know how it will work eventually but in terms of pricing and purchase be careful with themAfter the purchase they may not follow you up as you expected, they are food in following up till you make the purchaseIf you are a newbie in videos like me and need a real support, when you submit a ticket at least get a response after days, you may consider other options in the market as wellI'm saying so far the software looks good, but in terms of pricing and payment and also support be careful with them

#1 At no point during the order process does the company state a 30 day trial of "Filmstocks" tacked onto the principal product will auto-renew after 30 days. They charged me after the trial and are refusing to refund me. I cancelled the subscription 1 day after noticing the charge. Support has been very slow to respond. Many others online are reporting issues with this company***."

#2 The software does not work as advertised and falls under a category of software called vaporware - something that basically fails at it's principal goal and deceives customers into purchasing it under the pretense that it works.

You say you refunded me but there is no actual refund that occurred.
I want a refund of the software because of the general experience I have had contacting support - it took 3 attempts and almost a week before I received a response. What's more is the software does not perform well-enough for the price tag. The tool is very limited in features and any other free piece of video editing software is substantially more featured. The software was touted as free, but then after downloading/installing I discovered I have to pay for "full features" only to learn the only features I'm paying for is removal of the Filmora watermar from exported files. So you're lying to consumers in multiple ways and misleading consumers into thinking the paid version of the software is fully featured. Free tools such as *** are sports cars compared to Filmora feeling like a bicycle.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I tried to make a memorial video for my grandfather's funeral using their program that I purchased. I tried downloading in various formats and every time the froze at 98 or 99% complete and would not finish the download. I ended up having to use a competitor's program which worked perfectly. I reached out to their customer service team with screenshots showing the error screens and received no response to help me and no refund that I requested for a faulty product. Put your money elsewhere.

They have not given a full refund which they are supposed to within 30 days. There customer service has emailed me to tell me to download an update. I don't want an update. I want a refund. The product didn't work the week I needed it and I'm within the 30 day window.

Recoverit Wonedershare program not working as outlined. I was looking very specifically for 16 files to be recovered and not one of them were recovered and I had sent an email to the company asking for a refund and ofcourse, got no reply. I would like my money to be refunded right away as the program did not work.

As advised by the company that they were willing to offer a refund, I reached out to them by email confirming the same to which ofcourse I have had no reply. I am not sure what else to do. I paid for a product that did not work as it was designed to do. Their website also indicates a 7 day money back guarantee and I got back to them about their product within a couple of hours of purchase.
Why make statements that you can't live up to? When can I expect my refund and why won't anyone get back to me from this company?

I have purchased a product that doesn't work on my computer. It simply doesn't work. Half an hour after the purchase I have filed a refund request following the existing online protocol. The company refuses to reimburse me, therefore refuses to follow its own policies. I don't want to have anything to do with them, it seems like my English is not good enough for them. I have sent numerous emails and they refuse the refund. *** Thank you!

I got a new *** and for whatever my old phone would not backup to the cloud. I needed all of my text messages transfered to my new phone cause it is my personal but I also use it for work. I looked online for ways I could transfer this data and came across wondershares dr.fone product which overs backup service. After downloading, this comes with 5 attempts I think, regardless of that I did everything as it said and it didn't work, then it did it backwards so in reality still didn't work, and then it transfered most of the test but not all and now my brand new *** acts as if its been hacked. I have text messages from 2 different numbers and 2 different individuals going in to 1 text. when someone sends me a group text it ends up breaking each out individually. I contacted wondershare who just continues to want me to send them a log of some sort that I don't know how to do nor do I have time. The just keep sending me in circles, and honestly since my phone acts hacked I do not feel comfortable using this servvice on my computer anymore. I did send them pictures I had taken from where the text were going into one message and never heard back.

On 3/21/2019 I ordered the Fotophire Editing Kit because I needed a photo enlargement kit to complete a project that evening. When I received the kit I realized that it did not enlarge photos - - that capability was in a separate kit. I immediately responded to the email that Wondershare to acknowledge the sale. I requested a refund and explained that I had ordered the wrong product. I also notified them that I didn't receive the email with the registration code (they said I would receive one). I have still not received a refund or any communication. Today (4/3/19) I tried to reach them through the chatbox on its website. The standard message said I would have to purchase the other software first before I could receive a refund for the software purchased in error. I need neither and want my $49.99 refund. I purchased through ***.

I accept because I have received notice from *** that my refund has been completed. However I know that it is only through Revdex.com's involvement that the company responded to my request. Previously I had received no reasonable response other than I had to buy more software to get a refund for the purchaswd software. Also the company needs to provude a customer support person to talk to customers in situations like this. I felt like I was receiving automated responses to my emails.
