I purchased the product. It does not work on my computer. The website says "7 day money back guarantee", however they won't let me return it. There is no way to do so online and they give no phone number. I filled out a form for help and was told they are too busy to help me. They appear to me to be fraudulent. Now I have to file with my credit card company.

I've reached out to the company, as no refund has as yet been given. It doesn't seem that it would be that difficult in initiate a refund. since a credit card was used. All I've received to date are invoices. It still seems Wondershare plans to keep my funds, even though their advertised policy clearly states a refund will be given within a week of purchase. This still has not happened and time is moving on.

I have been trying to contact the company for weeks to cancel my auto-renewal since receiving an email reminder from them. When I follow the links in the email I am unable to cancel renewal. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe-- when attempting to submit a customer support request the email does not get sent instead their response is " we are experiencing a backlog of tickets" so you are never sure if your email to customer support is received. The phone number listed on their customer support page is a dead end number and does not go through.
My credit card company has suggested keeping documentation of my correspondence wit the company. When I submit my email address on the company's customer support page the response is " not a valid email" please submit order number yet the company emails me regularly from their mail server. The email they sent to me about renewal/cancellation billing has no order number only my email so I know they have my email.

At this time, I am accepting this business response and I will await the refund and cancellation of the subscription. I want to be removed from their mailing list as emails continue to arrive and yet the company is slow to respond to this Revdex.com issue with me.

I got a new computer a few months ago and have reached out to the customer service team via e-mail to inquire about using my software on a new device. No one ever got back to me.

My auto-renewal just came up yesterday and charged my 39.99. I was able to cancel my subscription and I want a refund. When I went to the refund page it's saying it can't find my order. I STILL can't reach an actual person. The form to fill out to reach someone keeps giving me error messages saying I haven't filled it out completely, even though I have. The only phone number is an international phone number that doesn't work when you dial it. It seems like there's no way to reach this company. I just want my money back please.

Used software offered by the company to retrieve accidentally deleted video from my cell phone. Not only did the software not recover anything, it corrupted the phone. Software installed numerous apps and even when they were deleted, phone remains inoperable. Cell phone can't be fixed by *** or *** since it's now considered "rooted" even though I did not authorize this. There was no warning that software would do this. Cell phone now has error message "Security Notice - Unauthorized actions have been deleted. Restart required." When you restart, the error just keeps coming back and the battery drains within one hour. I can't make calls, send texts or access any apps or internet from the phone. Phone is non-functional.

Response indicates, "purchased our software." This product offered a free trial. It was the free trial that killed the cell phone. In an email, I was told the company couldn't help me; that I needed to purchase the full software offered in order to fix the problem. Why would I spend money to fix the problem the company created? When I called technical support, they also indicated that they couldn't open a ticket since I hadn't purchased the software.

On 5/22/2018 I went online and purchased your data recovery software(***)) to recover important data mostly Audio and Video.

I followed the instruction given to install and then to recover the data I lost. I thought it did but when I looked at the recovered data it was corrupted and not readable at ll. I tried different programs and never worked. On the same day I went to the support window of your software to return and thereby get a refund of the money charged on our credit card. I got a message that I will be getting a response on my email. Nothing came. I even checked the spam folder of my email. Never. I did that about three times in 1st and second week of purchase. No response. Last ticket no. is ***.
I sent an email telling the company that the program is not working for me. I told them I don't need it any more. I did not get any response. Despite my cancellation I still see my credit card charged. Mentioning that this is not a good business practice , I even suggested that if they are not willing to give my money back to exchange it with *** Video editing software. No response. The phone Number they gavfe doesn't work. Today I found a different number on Revdex.com and left a message.

Doesnt do as promised, terrible customer service, trying to avoid issuing refund. after failing to claim my money back, I have rated them negatively in their website, but my review is lost there, I tried to open a case for a refund through ***. Generally they promise too much, not delivering and not accepting responsibility.

Wondershare markets their *** software to remove DRM from***, and since I was having a problem with my*** music along those lines, I thought it might fix it. When it didn't work, I asked for a refund per their 60-day money back promise, but they responded by asking me to provide more details about my problem. When I told them it didn't do what I needed it to, they refused my refund until I told them I would cancel the charge on my card. At this point, they pitched me again before offering to refund my money.

Wanted to send an update about the case: my credit card company closed the dispute upon receipt of a refund from the vendor. No need to pursue a resolution anymore. Thank you.

I wanted to TRY this product in November of 2016. After a 7 day trial I declined to purchase the product.
Then, yesterday-11/09/2017, I received an email stating my auto renewal was coming up. I was confused bc I KNOW I did not sign up for that.
I attempted to use the link in the email to cancel that subscription. The link said I was not authorized so it took me NOWHERE! I logged into my account and there is NO WHERE to terminate subscriptions OR delete payment information. It is bad enough I am cant cancel this myself BUT they charged me for a year of service that I never even authorized or even used.

Downloaded preview software, used "Buy Now" option and purchased full version. Couldn't get their method of retrieving activation code to work. Contacted. Eventually sent me code directly. On Sept.4, 2017 I purchased from Wondershare the wondershare DVD Slideshow builder 1 yr license. It didn't happy with the purchase so I deleted the program and looked up the refund policy. I sent an email on Sept. 6, 2017 I emailed the company that I am requesting a refund in the amount of $39.95, which is the amount of product. They sent me a TID#XXXXXXX supposedly the complaint ticket number. The refund policy was within a 7 day period and I submitted a complaint with 2 days. I kept going to my emails to see if there was any correspondence pertaining to my refund. One day it had a (1) item in which I thought they were working on it. I checked another day a the account was zero. The policy states that it takes between 48-72 hours for a credit to be received in my account. Well today is Sept. 21, 2017 and no emails have been sent to me nor is there a credit in my account from the debit card purchase. As a consumer, why should I have to give a reason 2 days after purchasing this product as to why I want a refund. My refund was within the policy timeframe. The product made me have to do a system restore on my computer. I did not want a different product. I bought *** (screen recorder). From day one the application never kicked off,kept crashing when I hit start button. I think its handled by one person called Bruce(Customer service guy ***).
Customer service doesn't exists.They will never show up during scheduled timings. I even waited china Hk time (my mid nights) to get hold of them. 10 days gone since I got the product. After 11 days or so for the first time I got him online only to run away in middle of fixing issue. I waited and pinged and pinged for 30 minutes in team viewer chat( The connection was still on though) .

I purchased/downloaded one of their product; DR. Fone tool kit for ***. $39.95 on 08/25/17. They claim their product is simple to use, connect phone to computer via cable, run scan and system will save photos or other document deleted by error. I was in contact with them from day one. I tried multiple times their registration process, after completing it and it advising me as successful, it will not recognize username or password after. When it finally did and what appeared to be a scan started, the process lasted I believe more than an hour, when it was over the only pics that it showed were the ones I have on file. Not the deleted one which I needed. I don't want to spend more time on this. They have on their site, a 30 day money back guaranteed policy. I have been contacting them on this, but has not been successful, they are refusing a refund, but are asking me to choose another program for free.
