FINALLY got a full refund but it took contacting the Revdex.com for the company to take me seriously. I applied for the refund in early March. Finally came through (posted on my CC) on 4-12.
Shame. Other than the poor handling of multiple page scans, and the lack of some of the marking tools I am accustomed to (***), it would have been a good replacement. But without these two items, I had to use it in conjunction with my old program.
The OCR is awesome. If they get their act together on these other issues, I will consider purchasing it again.

I was forced to purchase their product in order to get my video...their website wouldn't allow me to use the free version available. So I paid for the upgrade, but their software program still wouldn't work right with my device. I requested a refund when I noticed it wouldn't work. They never responded to my requests.

I paid for lifetime and I updated my software and it says free version on the software but under my code on there website it says I have the lifetime.Thats it. But the company is impossible to get a hold of.

I purchased the dr.Phone Wondershare toolkit at $205 online (paid with my ***) and seconds after the transaction was completed, from the same website, I received a pop-up that say this product is now halfprice. I contacted the company via their support link and logged a ticket number *** to explain my request. The answer I received was that I have to purchase the product at halfprice and only then they will refund me the full first purchase price. *** I tried a couple times to try and explain this to them; however they refuse. I think it is very poor customer service. I was unable to find any phone number on their website and also asked via their online support for a phone number to explain this to a person; however they told me they only handle support via email or online chat.

Computer Software - ceased working after one of their "updates"
I have emailed support dept & filled out forms on their website. NO Response to anything, as if company is out of business. No Phone number can be accessed.
Product is not working & company can not be accessed or is not responding for over a month & 4 separate attempts.

I paid $59.90 for Recoverit. The program does not appear to be working at all. No one at Wondershare will respond. I use the chat and it states that it is a robot and refers me to support. Support never responds. Telephone number posted on website is not a real number.

I was considering purchasing their *** product. I had entered my credit card information on their site, but did not want to complete a purchase without a promotional code. I found a promo code on the internet, typed it into the "Promo Code" box on their website and pressed the "Enter" button to lock in the promo code. Instead, it put through a purchase! And, on top of that, the promo code did not work.

I notified them immediately through their communication tickets online and also through social media within seconds of discovering that the transaction had gone through without my consent. I have been communicating with them for one week now about this but they are not considering my concerns about the glitch on their site, or my request or a refund.

I purchased a product to transfer from one phone to another on the license for it. Little did I know it would not work unless I actually purchased an additional license costing over $100. So when I realize this I want I requested a refund and they refused to give me one. I actually had to pay someone outside in order to do the procedure for me on my phone. So I am not only did I have to spend money $44.90 for the product that did not work but I actually had to pay for my out-of-pocket for someone to do it for me. They are falsely advertising one license when you really need to buy two licenses to do the procedure from phone to phone to transfer. They are refusing to refund my 4490 please help me get this refund back this is a lot of money for something that did not work.

I already informed Revdex.com that I did receive the refund. Why am I still being bothered with this.

On 11-3-2018, I purchased a program from wondershare technology for $39.95 to convert audio files on my computer. I installed the program on my computer with ***. When I try to convert single file in their program, I receive a not responding error and the program consequently crashes. I asked for a refund because their product was not working. I tried to change settings as recommended by Susan from the support team, but the program failed to work. I asked for a refund again and Susan insisted that I try another program at their expense but I am not interested. Attempts to get a full refund are not being taken care of as the website states that I am entitled to a refund if the product does not work or if the customer is unsatisfied.

I was amazed at the ongoing poor customer service after their CF card recovery program did not work. They offered a money back guarantee which is why I wasn't hesitant to try them. After great effort and patience I was refunded, but not without insult by them. Below is a copy paste of the final email communication since there was absolutely zero way to communicate by phone. Here are my comments regarding it... This took days and days. I definitely "understood" how to use the program...and "capabilitiesm" is not a word. The product did not work...another service I purchased WAS able to recover the CF card. Offering to exchange the product after questioning my ability & intelligence seemed counterproductive as well. This was not a good experience and I would never work with this company again.

I have no idea what app from this business I have because I don't use it. ***, because I can't find this app on my computer or phone, but If I used 1 year ago, how dare of a business to just charge me $44 for renewal without any notice at all!!!!! I reinstalled the formerly great program Video Converter Ultimate on my computer. This newer version keeps jamming up. I contacted Wondershare service desk and asked for the download of a previous version. I got that graciously and swiftly, but my registration codes don't work to it. I requested the login data, but there was a mixup with the ticket number and I got replies to someone elses complaints. I have repeated my request now for seven times, but I guess they got tired of me. Am getting no answer, no longer.

I ordered this product and it didn't work as advertised. When asked them to stop billing me they billed me again. I then cancelled my subscription. This was about a year ago. Today I got an automatic annual renewal reminder and had to cancel this product AGAIN.

I went online to the site to request refund. I typed in all the required information. I continually redeived a message that only 30 characters are allowed. I had less than ten. If I cleared the message and made it blank, my request still would not go through. I have less than 7 days to get a return.

I installed the full, paid version of Wondershare Filmora and never received a registration number by email. All I got was the limited, trial version, and they got $59.99 of my money. All the phone numbers given on a *** search are bogus, and when I send emails, I never receive an answer. There is supposed to be a chat line, but I've never seen it. I cannot get the full version of this program to run, and I have tried contacting them several times by phone and by email-- phone numberes were no good, and they never returned my emails. They said to add their email address to my contacts, but I cannot find their email address either. The only way to contact them is thru a form on their "customer service" website. It's like they don't even exist.

Hello again. The problem that was the reason for my initial complaint was temporarily resolved. For a short period, I was able to use the full version of Wondershare Filmora. However, after a few months of not using it, I tried to edit a video again about two weeks ago, and am once again receiving the message that I only have a trial version, and that to be able to export the video from the editing program, or to upgrade to the latest version, I have to buy the full version. I DID BUY THE FULL, INDIVIDUAL LIFETIME VERSION IN AUGUST, 2018. It took your intervention to get them to answer my many requests for help the first time, and now, after 3 regular emails, and two message sent through their online "support" feature over the past two weeks, I have received no response.

If you are able to re-activate the original complaint, I would like to add this to it. If not, could I please initiate another complaint against Wondershare Filmora.

The problem is that I can't access the full program after paying for it. And the resolution I would now like is to just get my money back. I don't believe they will ever have any kind of support in the US for this product, and the software is too complicated to use without somewhere to turn for help.

I purchased video editing software from Wondershare yesterday (9/2/18). Within minutes I experienced nothing but technical problems with the software. Wondershare has no convenient method of contacting customer service (all phone numbers are international) so I immediately requested a refund through Media Relations, JUST to bring the issue to their attention. I received a rude response today (9/3/18) from Helen from Media Relations, telling me to never contact Media Relations for the issues I was having. Well I wouldn't have to if the company had reachable customer service. I received two emails from a Rachel (who I assume Helen transferred the issue to), one telling me that a refund was being processed and the very next - TWO minutes later - telling me her first email was a mistake and that none was being processed.

*** I just want me $60 back immediately.

I have been trying for several days to burn a dvd disc. I have exhausted all resources in trying to use my current updated software. I have even tried to uninstall the updated version and reinstall a previous version. Neither version will work!!!!! I have tried multiple options to contact support, but all options are dead ends!!!!!!! There is NO WAY OF CONTACTING ANYONE FOR SUPPORT!!!!!! I purchased the Wondershare filmora product after trying the free version a couple days ago. The software does not function the way it claims to function and I am unsatified. I have since found a different video editing software that meets my needs and works efficiently without any of the delays I experienced with filmora. I reached out to the company and asked for a refund twice now and they've beat around the bush. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee but I feel going through the Revdex.com was the only chance I had to get my money back.
