" Bestxskin" keeps trying to run unauthorized transactions on my account.
back in the beginning of December I ordered a free trial and just had to pay for shipping. well it charged my card twice for two different products (one that I didnt know about ) it never once directed me to a page where I would sign up for a monthly subscription... this company continues to try and make unauthorized transactions. I want my money back and I want my credit information deleted from your systems.

I WANT THIS COMPANY TO DELETE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND QUIT RUNNING MY CARD FOR SOMETHING IO DIDNT REQUEST.

In a 2 month period I was charges $547.80. I signed up for a free trial and within 2 months was charged 5 timed adding up to $547.80. I did not want.

The charges started 09/01/19 for $109 and continued on 09/02/19 for $103 then on 10/05/19 for $109.93 then 10/25/19 for $115.94 and finally on 11/06/19 for 109.93. The only products that came were some face creams and on my bank statement they changed the company name that charged me to make it hard to pinpoint who was charging me. But every one of the different companies had the same call center and as a matter of fact I called 3 different companies at 3 different numbers and talked to the same representative all 3 times. I asked why the names were different on my bank statement and he told me that they switched names. 5 times seems deceitful to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund on all of these charges and no further charges from any of their companies.

My credit card has been getting fraudulent debits from dermatin cream since October.
I Gotdermatin trial sample online,the trial sample was free but shipping was to be paid for,I used a credit card to pay for the shipment,for the trial sample in the 10th of October,since then,money had constantly been taken from the credit card fraudulently without my authorization from same company the details of the credit are as follows;

Hello, 2 days back I got another debit apart of about $89 from my credit card again,this fraud is getting out of hand.

Unbelievable! Ordered a sample of Keto Summer Body through the Worldwide Healthy Supplements website, then was attempted to be charged twice a price they sell it on the website. Three shipments arrived from nowhere, without an invoice, just a bottle. The forth shipment has never arrived. I have been promised the shipment of this product many times since November 25, 2018 with no result. The company providing customer service is not billing, not shipping. Now even their phone number is disconnected. Somebody took my money. I want them back in my wallet. The website claims "Money back guarantee". People, be aware! This is a scam!

However, we have reviewed all of our shipping records and we have never shipped any product to you and your name doesn't appear anywhere in our system. Additionally, we have never shipped or manufactured any products called "Keto Summer Body" and Worldwide Healthy Supplement has never been a customer of ours. We emailed you directly to discuss this matter with you but you did not respond.

We are a manufacturing and fulfillment company and do not sell to consumers such as yourself. We manufacture and ship products to retail merchants only. Consequently, our company never charged you for and purchase and we NEVER receive consumer credit card information nor do we ever charge consumers for any product or service.

Unfortunately, many consumers are confused by the Revdex.com website that often erroneously directs consumer complaints to the PLS site on the Revdex.com web pages. Our suggestion is that you contact the bank or credit card company you used to purchase the products and to contest the charges. This is the most effective way to reverse the charges and creates a negative report against the merchant through its bank or processor.

BUYER BE WARE!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Very similar to many of the reviews. Saw an ad on IG. Placed the orders for the samples. Was charged twice then an additional $79.95 was attempted to be charged. (Good thing I use a prepaid card for online purchases) I received notification that the amount was denied. My invoice has NO company info. The vendor info is not listed either. Totally sketchy!

This was supposed to be a free trial. the day after I received the product the company is trying to bill me for the next shipment. I have had no time to try the product. The number for customer service does not work.

I ordered a trial of their product. It was never delivered. I was billed for $103 for product I could never try or cancel. I was told no refunds.
On 9/14/18; I saw an advertisement for skin cream called KRA'SA. I sent for a trial. The trial never came and on 10/1/18; my debit card was billed for $103.00 I called the number given on my debit card and spoke to a young lady (not American). She looked up my account (which I did not have an account number or any reference for) and stated that I was billed for the product since I had not cancelled the trial. I explained to her that I never received it. She supposedly looked up the "tracking number" and said that it was undeliverable by USPS. Funny, never had that problem before. I told her I wanted a refund and she told me "we don't give refunds", but we can give you a huge discount on products. I told her no; I want a refund of my money. She told me she will gladly cancel my account, but no refund. I reasserted my request and once again she offered me more huge discounts, but we do not give refunds. I then asked to speak to her immediate supervisor and she put me on hold; she then came back and told me all lines are busy; but they will call you back in 72 hours. She did not offer a direct line to anyone. Well....72 hours is long gone and not one word.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the trial I did not receive ($2.96) and a full refund for the money they debited my account for ($103.00). I would also like punitive damages in the amount of $50.00 for their questionable business practices.

On 10/17/18, I received an email from Envisageskinintl Krasa US stating that they had approved my refund. However, it is only for $83 not for the $103 that my debit card was charged for in the beginning. This is ridiculous since I do not understand the $20 deficiency. I received no product and now they penalize me. Unacceptable! I want my money back. They state this *** take one week. I emailed them back stating I wanted all my money back.

ON 10/19/18, I receive yet another email from the same company stating my refund had been approved. Yes, you guessed it....$83.00. This time it is going to take up to 14 days to get my money. This company cannot get their stories straight. I do not want just $83.00....I want all my money back.

I worked with this company to create a skin care line, that I sold on Amazon. They did a great job manufacturing my product, creating my label, and sourcing some great packaging. We are now selling a handful of units a day and growing. I highly recommend PLS for anyone starting a business that they want to grow. There are plenty of us business owners who work with them and do not do continuity billing.

When I last spoke with Chris M. he indicated that although they were not the company that sold the product that Private Label Skin would issue a refund in order to satisfy my complaint. I told Mr. M. that I would let the Revdex.com know that this was down and I would request that the complaint be removed from his company's profile as they were not the actual seller. As of 10/25/18 no refund has been received. I understand that Private Label Skin was not the seller but Mr M. made assurances that have yet to be fulfilled. I have attempted to reach the seller to no avail. Please advise if there is any other action that I need or should take. Thank you

Bella Nu free trial offer is deceptive, does not disclose "subscription" that *** follow free trial.
On 5/12 I visited a website that claimed their product was one that was making millions due to a historic "all judge vote and buy-in" from TV show Shar Tank. From website I attempted to order my "free" trial of Bella Nu skin cream. I was aware of a $4.95 s/h handling charge and provided my debit account number to cover s/h. As I continued to check out, an additional product and a $1.99 expedited shipping charge was added to my order. At that point, I realized that this was not a business I wanted to do business with. There was no option to "cancel". I had not yet submitted or confirmed my order and my only option was to close my browser. Note: in the couple steps I mention above NOTHING was mentioned about further shipment or subscriptions. on the next business day, I received a call that I could tell was coming from a call center. They identified themselves as "reps from a company from a great beauty product" - didn't identify Bella Nu. The said they could see that I had started but not completed an online order for " the product." I emphatically told them that I wasn't interested in purchasing. They thanked me and hung up. A few days later, I received the product (free sample plus the extra product that the site added automatically) THAT I DID NOT ORDER and checked my bank account. Sure enough...they charged me the 4.95 and 1.99. There was no packing slip or invoice - no contact information. For me to call them. I chalked it up to a lesson learned and moved on.

Today I noticed TWO $90+ charges on my account. The charges appeared to be from two different companies but both referenced "beauty product". I called one of the numbers and reached a rep who told me that not only had I ordered the product but that I had agreed to the subscription. When I mentioned the phone call that I rec'd about my "incomplete" order she went silent. I had already initiated a dispute and fraud complaint and told her so. She then became very agreeable and told me that she'd reverse my charges ONLY if I got my bank on the line to confirm that they wouldn't follow through with the fraud/dispute. It did a 3 way call with my bank. They agreed to stop dispute. The Bella Nu rep gave me confirmations indicating that charges would be reversed and that no further charges would apply. The rep actually asked me if I'd agree to a 75% refund since I had received the product. I demanded 100% refund and reiterated THAT I DID NOT ORDER EITHER PRODUCT. This conversation happened this morning. As of right now, the charges have not been reversed/credited. I have never filed a Revdex.com complaint. This is such blatant fraud/deceit that I felt compelled

I appreciate the reply from hashtag fulfillment. The reason that I filed the complaint with them is because when I searched for Bella Nu I came up with nothing. Now I know Bella Nu is doing business as Private Label Skin which solidifies my belief that Bella Nu (and other companies who may fall under the Private Label Skin) are not above board. The only "hit" I got when I was trying to file my complaint against Bella Nu was Hastag Fulfillment. I will search out Private Label Skin and file a complaint with them. Thank you

I have for the 4th time mailed the product unopened back to the company. This is the 4th address they gave me to return it too. That was 8 days ago and I have not heard anything yet. I finally received a refund.

"Free" Trial - Pay only shipping and handling
Changed $162.93
I responded to a pop-up ad while playing a game on my tablet for a free trial of a weight loss product. My only expense was supposedly shipping and handling costs of $4.95. Although I only wanted to try the Garcinia Cambogia, when ordering it also added Mango Cleanse for an additional charge of $4.95. Two weeks later my account was charged $162.93. I had not even opened the bottles from the original trial shipment. The packing slip contained no contact information whatsoever. I eventually tracked down the company and called them for charging me for products I did not order. I was told that the "fine print" on the "free trial" page said that if I did not cancel within 14 days, I agreed to pay the full price for the products they sent. I threatened to pursue a lawsuit for this scam at which time they agreed to refund me 50% of the cost. I explained that I had not even opened either bottle and wanted to return the products for a full refund. The company told me that was not possible due to restocking fees, blah, blah, blah. Eventually they agreed to refund me $105.90, but only after I threatened a lawsuit a second time. I returned the products on 4-2-18. They received them on 4-7-18. I still have not received a single penny in refund as of today, 4-30-18.

My total cost for the "free trial", full price charge, and return shipment comes to $179.08.

Perhaps you should get more involved with your billing company and monitor their practices. The number of identical complaints regarding this exact same issue is astounding. I did receive an email on 5/14/18 that said you were refunding the $4.98 and $4.95 shipping costs, however, to date those amounts have not appeared in my account. Also, I have not received my refund for the products I promptly returned to you, unopened, therefore unused (I was charged $162.93 for items now in your possession).

I ordered Extreme Garcinia as advertised for the shipping price of $4.99. My bank account was debited for that amount and later for $69.73. This is a scam. My bank is taking care of this matter.

Order sample only authorized shipping charges NOTHING MORE
I ordered two free sample of Jeune Fleur where I was only to pay for shipping and handling. I was sent two products. I only authorized shipping of said free sample. They charged for $84.94 and $89.03. I called the company and they stated it was for a trial period. I never signed up for any trial period. I only authorized charges for shipping. I see that numerous complaints have been filed against this company by consumers as well as celebrities is there any way a class action lawsuit can be filed against this company by the celebrities as well as those consumers who were scammed?

Just another scam. Package arrives with no name on it, just a PO Box in St. Petersburg,Fl. Invoice has no contact information even if you wanted to call and complain or cancel any further shipments. Just another ploy to keep shipping overpriced garbage and charge your credit card. Be warned.

I requested a free sample of this product a few months ago when it was offered on the internet. Every month since I have received a package containing 2 items for which I was billed $96.41 for Skinfixe yserum. I did not like the original "free" sample and did not understand why I was receiving more of it, as I had not requested any more of it. There was no information included as to where it was coming from.
I now have five months of this product with the money taken out of my credit card account. It finally dawned on me that I could Google the name given on the bottle. I'm a very senior citizen and not as swift as I once was. I called the phone number listed for Fulfillment LLC and a voice message said that there was no one to answer my call and I could leave a voicemail message. I didn't do that as I thought it was not likely that it would accomplish anything.

This is a negative-option scam. There is no email verification, there is no price listing on ANY of the packing slips. Not even a company name!
This "company" caught us in a negative-option scam. I'm afraid our complaint is much the same as everyone else's. However, where our account differs is: we didn't catch the payments and, after about the first three months, the company/companies seemed to realize this, and started charging us 4 times per month. So, even double what their typical scam was/is. By the time we caught this, our total amount was $3,037.04. On the debit card statement, it wasn't just one company name, it was multiple. Calls to their customer service to rectify this were severely impeded, bordering on laughable (there were multiple different phone numbers we found, though they all weirdly seemed to get rooted to the same place). They know they've got you, they know they're able via their ghostlike business practices to operate with impunity. After multiple, multiple attempts to talk to someone in authority, we were granted "three months refund" (which, hypothetically, would equal $1,068.00). Well, we didn't want that (as this had been going on for about ten months). But even so, we'd take what we could get- But, we didn't even get that! They only took back two charges! One for $89.67 and one for $89.74. This goes beyond the pale- it's a way to momentarily placate you, while in essence they're lying and scamming you again. Mind you, we have every single container of this product that we were offering/insisting on sending back, perfectly sealed and unopened. They didn't want it- it's, obviously, not even about the product.
This company will claim legitimacy, they'll claim all transactions are above board- but, after the $4.95 first shipment, there is no mention of ANY price on any of the packing slips (each bottle costing you $89.00), no mention of ANY email verification (though they claim they send you emails), no website info or phone number, and weirdest of all- no mention of ANY company name! The only concrete thing on the packing slip is a po box. That's it! You are receiving products from a ghost.
They will say they're unrelated, but it's all under the banner of their name. The names of all these companies are fungible and completely irrelevant. The phone numbers as well (we got those from our debit card bill).

Rather than see our lack of provided details as any sort of troubling mark against us, I hope the Revdex.com realizes it represents the true efficacy of this scam and this company.

I think everyone, on these Revdex.com pages for this company (as well as every fake iteration of its different names), wishes that it would stop these business practices. Unlike most others, we didn't catch the charges after the first month, though that'd be criminal enough. We were defrauded out of $3,000.00, we still have all the product (save for two) that we are willing/eager to send back. We want a refund, if not retribution. This isn't fair. Even if the normal negative-option scam was legit, we got charged double that (four products a month, instead of two!). Please, please- even if we get no refund, hold this company, and every iteration of its multiple and fungible names, accountable. They will tell you they're not associated with these businesses, that they're just the warehouse. Well, they are the SOLE piece of information on the packing slip. Any other details about all these companies is easy to evaporate- the address is not.

Hello, thank you for your response; we appreciate it. We understand your position, and have read the exact same response to every other complaint issued against you. Of course, this is just an evasion. How many times is this defense going to hold water? Your company is the ONLY listed address, the only concrete detail, in all the packing slips for all these fraudulent companies. This is the scam. You are obviously complicit.
The companies names, while pointless, easily changeable, and all stemming from the same place, are: Radiant Skin, Heavenlylook, Pearlyfeel, Fabuloussk, Revived Youth Cream, FlawlessBeauty, Perfecteyeorgan, Fabulous Eye, Fabulous Skin.
The product's names are: LuxAllure, Jaanu, Julo.

We have been defrauded out of $3000.00. We are pursuing this through all government agencies, seeking a full refund. We are including your company in our filings.
