Due to marketing of this product, I received unexpected charges to my account which I have been told are non refundable.
On 9/11/17, I agreed to a free trial of ProShred Elite and Max AntlerPro. The company's marketing website said that I would be charged for S&H for the first order. After ordering the product, I was charged as mentioned though as two separate charges. I assumed this was to take advantage of a profit in the shipping and dismissed this as bad practice. Even if that is the business goal you can put the two amounts together in one charge. I received the product at my house as promised. Today, on 9/25/17, I received an additional charge of $87 and some change that I was not aware of and had not authorized. I contacted the number on one of the products which was different than the one on the other bottle. Upon contacting the number on the product, I was told that I had agreed to a 14 day trial and that they had sent me a 30 day supply. The additional charge was for the remainder of the product. I explained that due to being away from home that I had only taken two pills ... the first day's supply and no more and would return the product for refund (This would be more product returned than the 14 day trial would have left...ie. I didn't even get a true chance for the 14 day trial to see if the product worked or not). I told them that I had not agreed to the additional charge which he quickly said that it was buried in the terms and conditions. He did agree to cancel future orders but tried to charge me for the cancellation. After I pointed out my frustration again he "waived that fee". They gave me a confirmation # XXXXXX for the cancellation. He tried to talk fast and skip over the refund portion. When I questioned him again and offered to send the product back he explained that they were just a marketing firm handling the product and were not allowed in their agreement to give a refund. I then questioned him on the name of his firm in which he responded with "I don't know, I only know the name of your two products. Their is also no way to contact the actual manufacturer of the product to discuss the matter with them. The only way I was able to get this canceled was the number on the bottle. A reverse look up of the address helped me find the Revdex.com profile on this company. I mentioned the company name to the person on the phone during the conversation about his who he represented and worked for. I asked do you work for Hashtag Fulfillment and he said no I only know the names of your two products. Hopefully, I will not receive another charge from this company and will be looking to change my card numbers.

Desired Outcome

It would be nice to receive a refund on this product since I have not even been able to try the product for the 14 days advertised and could have cancelled without the charge prior to that. I can return more than the required remaining supply. Also please make it clear in advertising that your are supplying more than the trial amount or decrease to only supply the trial amount.

During a cancellation request, I was told multiple times that if didn't accept a small partial refund they would charge me additional high fees.
I contacted Garcinia Fuel about cancelling a subscription I had not wanted and do not believe I ever agreed to when I accepted a "free sample" from them. Their advertisement clearly stated that there was NO further requirements from accepting the sample and did NOT state anything about signing up for a subscription. During the conversation I was told multiple times that they would not help me if I contacted my bank and that they would not give me a full refund. I talked to a phone representative and her manager and was told this by both individuals. I pointed out that it was unethical for them to push me in the decision that benefited them the most without letting me consult my bank about my options and the area manager increased the amount of the refund he offered and again stated that he "was just trying to help me" but he "couldn't do anything to help" if I contacted my bank. He heavily implied that I needed to make a decision right now or I wouldn't be receiving a refund at all. Additionally, he stated that I would have to pay an additional $69.95 which would be charged to my bank on the morning of 6/27/2017 if I didn't accept the partial refund, despite having contacted them on 9/26/2017 about cancelling everything with them. I was pressured into accepting a refund of less than half of the price they charged me. Extremely unhappy about this result, I then contacted a friend of mine who works at my bank and I was told that this was a lie. My bank would have assisted me in getting a full refund and they had to honor my cancellation request on the day I made it, so I was never in danger of having to pay the additional $69.96. I feel that this is EXTREMELY unethical business policies!

Desired Outcome

I would only feel that this situation was resolved if several steps were taken by the company: First, I would have to receive a FULL refund with a emailed letter of apology explaining of how the business advertising and customer service policies have been altered as a result of this problem. Additionally, I want a copy of this letter, with my personal details removed, to be posted on their website with an explanation of the unethical practices that created this situation. Finally, a reference to the letter and explanation must be posted on every one of their advertisements for the next three years.

Great Company

This product is a sham!! First, they said you will only pay shipping and handling, but you end up paying full price for the power slim green coffee.I tried the product I wasn't happy with the results so I wanted a refund. Customer service is Rude, Unprofessional and Unempathetic. All I wanted was a refund, it hadn't even been 2 weeks and they denied my claim. Then on top of that the website I brought it on doesn't exist anymore and on of the representatives hung up on me. This is the worst. company I have ever dealt with

I received a package of pills that I never ordered. I have never had any contact with this company.
I received a package of pills (Garcinia fuel dietary supplement - 60 capsules) that I never ordered on 9-21-17. I have never had any contact with this company. It came with a packing slip that listed my name and address on shipping and billing. There are no charges on my credit card yet but if charges do show up then they have stolen that information.

I accept the response but am doubtful that this scam company *** follow through. I have been advised not to contact them directly. I *** reopen the case if I receive any further contact from them.

I ordered a product as a free trial and now there is no contact to return the product. All phone numbers and emails are bogus.
I ordered the free trial on 8/31 and all numbers and emails are not true numbers or they are for products that aren't real. No website info is real either.

Hashtag Fulfillment, LLC is the company you will have to deal with after you get ripped off by MenGenix. Mengenix deceptively sells a trial product and then continues to bill monthly at an exorbitant rate. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and money by not ever buying anything from this company.
When they bill your credit card it will appear under many different names to try and confuse the issue and throw you off the trail of their deceptive practices and marketing. These names include, Ultimax Muscle, Muscle Bulk Supreme and Alpha Muscle Squared.
All negative reviews for this company for a very good reason.
I just really can't say enough bad things about this POS company and it's affiliates.

We were duped into signing up for a subscription agreement for a product we don't want. We got charged $200 and demand a refund. Happy to ship back.
My wife ordered product from a FB link. It was not explicit that she was signing up for a subscription agreement. They say they sent an email stating such, they did. After much frantic searching for it she was able to find the email in her junk folder. I called telling them we never intended to sign up for a subscription and would be sending back the unused product. Needed to cancel the subscription and expected a refund. They refused to work with us AT ALL.

This company is deceiving it's customers by it advertising. I signed up for a trial and have ended up receiving monthly supplies and an $86.00/charge/
This is for Garcinia Cambogia and Pure Forskolin. I am charged through my debit card monthly for $ 86.00. This is no receipt or paper that comes with order. The company makes it impossible to cancel orders.

I saw an offer online for a "free" 30 day trial for Power Slim Garcinia Cambogia and Forscolin (all natural weight loss suppliments that work better when taken together), all I had to do was pay for shipping (a total of $9.91). They even have selebrity accounts stating they used these products to lose weight, *** M. (spelling may be incorrect) is even on the web page. I signed up (order placed August 10, 2017). After receiving my "free" trial of each, there were 2 pending charges on my bank account, one for each bottle. I immediately called 1-877-715-6805 to find out why I was being charged, assuming it was for auto shipments because that is how the free trial thing usually works (call placed on August 25, 2017). Once I spoke to the customer service representative, she told me that all further shipments and charges were cancelled "so the pending charges will also be cancelled so you should not be charged". I received a cancellation confirmation through email so I assumed everything was taken care of. Over the weekend, the charges went through the bank and I was charged $79.95 & $69.95 (one charge for each bottle). I called (August 28, 2017) to find out why I was charged. I was told that I was being charged for the products received because I didn't call to give them any feedback withing the 14 days allowed for the free trial period. She said that in the trial agreement it states that it is a14 day trial for a 30 day supply. I asked to speak to a manager, she said oh ok, and then proceeded to tell me that she was the floor manager and she happened to be helping out on the phones today. I then asked her who her boss was. I was given the typical runaround, and she said I could put in a complaint and someone could get back to me because no one else was available. She then proceeded with the typical sales pitch of what she could offer me, I'm not sure what she said at that point because I interrupted her and said, "so you are telling me that I'm going to get the runaround and not get amy refund?". She then told me she could offer me a 35% refund on the products that I received. I told her that it was unacceptable. She then offered me a 50% refund on the products I received. I told her I could ship the $*!# back to her. After some more runaround she finally told me I could ship it back for a full refund, but it had to be received by September 10th. I received P.O. Box 23763, St. Petersberg, Fl. 33742 as the address to ship it to with an RMA# to put below the address. When I got off the phone with this woman (Anna #222), I tried to go back to the website (trypowerslim.com) I got the "free" trial from to read the agreement she was referring to and the website could not be found. My husband and I started searching for free trials of the Garcinia Cambogia and Forscolin and found another site that was the same except it was changed to .org instead of .com. My husband found several sites that all linked back to the same trial page with *** on it. When looking at these pages they say "100% free 30 day trial". "Just pay shipping and handling", in small print. When you look at their terms and conditions it states 14 day trial with a "2 day" or "4 day" extension for shipping. It varies based on the site you start at. We also found several different phone numbers that are used. I even searched the address I was given, that's how I found the Revdex.com information with Hashtag Fulfillments, LLC listed. When I read through the list of addresses and companies that are associated with this company I found the address that was given to me but I did not see the "Power Slim Garcinia or Power Slim Forscolin" listed. I have probably forgotten or left some things out of the events that have taken place, but I needed to make sure thsee products were also listed and instances like this are stopped.

Repeat charges to my account for supplements I did not want. All supplies sent to me were returned and the company continued to charge my account. They were told to stop all shipments and charges. This has been going on for months. All related to the product Garcinia and 3 charges were made each month for $89.97, via bank account debits, putting my disabled Wife and I in a situation where we did not have funds to purchase medicine and food.

Ordered some face cream to try and now just rec'd 2 bottles of male vitamin type products and charged my credit card. When I called Hashtag they said they only ship for Jet and when I asked for a phone number for Jet said they don't have one. How can you ship for them and not have contact information?

We have not received anything since their last reply and in need of phone number from Jet supplements. If they ship their product for them I don't understand how they can say they have no phone number for Jet.
