I asked for a free sample and they are sending me products each month and charging me without my consent
Thought a Macy's advertising in Facebook, I signed up for a free sample, they charged me $9 for the shipping of two creams. 1 week later I've received the same package, after 2 months, today I've received a package with one cream. I never signed up for this, this was supposed to be a unique free sample.
In the mailing box, there is no information about the company who sends these items, there is no invoice or any information. They charged on my husband's debit card $99!!!
I want my money back and I want to give these products back.

I was tricked into believing I was receiving the Vala skin cream as a free gift for completing a survey. To the best of my knowledge I only had to pay for the shipping. I received 6 charges in one month totaling $201.18. I contacted the company whose operators are of no help explaining anything especially the amount I was charged when you can purchase the product at Walmart for $40. They refused to give me a supervisors information. I was hung up on 3 times for insisting on a refund.

I signed up to receive samples at a charge of $4.95 only! I got a $90.00 charge on my credit card and did not authorize that charge or even know that I would be charged that. I have requested to get my money back but I get how this company is not responsible for 3rd party vendors and blah blah blah. This is a total SCAM!!! I want my shipments stopped and my credit card credited!

They drew a fee of $79.98 and another for $69.95 UNAUTHORIZED from my bank account on 10/23/17. Two weeks ago got another 3 packages from them for which will be withdrawn from my account again. They need to be shut down and charges brought forward, and to refund my account.

I cannot get them to stop my order. There is no way to contact them. There is no markings or prices on the receipt. $2000 worth
I ordered eye cream and face cream. I get a shipment every month. There is no markings. No address. No phone number to get this order stopped. They ahve taken over $2000 for a product I do not want or even like.

Desired Outcome

I will return all product and even pay a reshipping fee of 10% if needed and want my money back. The boxes are unopened as the product is not even a good product.

I continue to receive the Revyve Skin - Advanced Ageless Cream PO Box 41542 St. Petersburg, FL 33743 each month since March.
I continue to receive monthly packages. This has been ongoing since March. I only opened one package, not the produce. I continue to return the unopened packages monthly by traveling to my post office. I have emailed customer service asking them to quit sending the product. I never gave the company my credit card, I am not getting billed. I have not used the product, I do not want the product.

Desired Outcome

I do not want them to keep sending me the product. I did not use it, I do not want it. It is inconvenient for me to make monthly visits to the post office. I do not pay postage as the package is returned unopened. I just returned another package two weeks ago.

On November 29th received a phone call from Natalie, manager at Revyve products at 11:30 Am. She indicated there would be a September/October refund of $193.00 as well as $193.00 July/August refund that will be seen in 10-14 days. All packages, all billing stopped/cancelled. Our recent Visa statement showed the refunds.

She gave me her phone number. X-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext. XXXX for further questions. She did ask if I had filed a complaint letter with the Revdex.com, and I confirmed that I had.

Natalie was unaware that I had sent multiple unopened packages back to the third party logistics company Hashtag Fulfillment. It is unfortunate that the third party vendor does not communicate returned packages. Or that my communication with customer service requesting the product to not be sent was also not communicated to Revyve1.

For myself I am sorry that I made the mistake of ordering what I thought was a free sample, only to find out it was an expensive monthly commitment. I certainly will be very cautious going forward to not make the same mistake with any company.

I appreciate the involvement of the Revdex.com to assure resolution.

Sometime in October 2017 I ordered a sample of a anti wrinkle product advertised to be used by a celebrity. The sample was claimed to be free with $4.95 charged for shipping and handling. There was no indication in the advertising that there would be future shipments or any commitment. Yesterday I received more product, and there is a pending charge of $89.95 from Webclic*Lookhealthier, ***, CA from my checking account for the debit card used. The package has no company name on the return address label. The address is PO Box ***, ***, FL, ***. The tracking number on the package is ***. There was no paperwork included in the package, only the Derma Life Serum product. When searching the internet for information on the product, there are two websites containing info and pictures of the product as well as "Rush my order" links. The websites are dermalifeserum.com and dermalifeserum.org. When clicking on the Rush my order link to see if there is more info on returns, it takes you to a Beauty & Truth company. I've sent several emails to that company with automated responses and responses that they have no record of my order. I provided them links to the websites I was using with pictures of the product to show them the link takes them to their company, I only get the same standard responses. I will be calling my bank in the morning to stop the pending transaction but am not sure what more I can do to stop the company from sending more product and charging me. I have no method for cancelling whatever membership they put me in involuntarily. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you for providing the information of the seller of the product. It would have been much easier if you include this information in your packaging. It is very deceiving to receive product with no information on how to reach out to the company, how to handle returns, or whether I was charged for the product or not. Including this info would improve customer service. There is literally nothing included in your packages.

Ordered free sample, was sent two products, charged for both, sent duplicates a month later, not ordered, called them, said I had to inform them if I didn't want, told them to cancel and refund money, told me I would get percentage if I returned products I did not order. This is a scam!

I used the address on the box and returned. I included my name and address to be removed from subscription. I will change my debit card in order to keep this from happening again. The seller is not contactable. There is no business address only a PO box.

I opted for an online offer of a free sample of Luminary creme for only shipping charge of $4.95. Item arrived with no paperwork, and I saw nothing online about their policies, but 14 days after purchasing, a charge of $93.87 appeared on my credit card which I did NOT approve. They said if I hadn't cancelled the product within 14 days, they would charge me for it, but I saw nothing of this policy anywhere when I made the purchase. It is a total hoax. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company, but when I first called Hydraglow's customer service number and explained the problem, they hung up on me when I said I was unaware of their policy and would not pay the $93.87.

We sent you a full size bottle and allows you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue Mrs. any refund because his account shows he disputed the charges. Once charges are disputed, we are not able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities.

Thank you for helping resolve this. I may have missed some correspondence from you and the company being represented by Mr Chris M. but am more than satisfied with the settlement. When Mr. M. first contacted me, I was a little skeptical, and then was in and out of town and just very busy, and honestly, we aren't talking about life changing money. If I had been a little more vigilant I would not have wound up in this situation. That said, the only way I could stop the monthly charges was to close the card from which they were stealing my money. I have to say once again, that Mr. M. was at least as good as the original company was bad, Thanks again

Facebook ad said Vala Skin Cream was free + shipping. Bank notified me of $85 charge from VALA. I called and they were SO RUDE and refused a refund !
There was a Facebook ad claiming that Val a skin care cream was free plus shipping. I ordered a bottle of the serum plus a bottle of the Valla skin cream and I paid shipping. I then received a notice from my bank that they charge me $85 for the Vallas skin cream and serum. I called their customer service number and the guy on the phone was so unprofessional and rude he accused me of not reading the terms and conditions and refused a refund to me. This place is a scam. He just kept saying the same thing over and over again that it was a trial offer. I learned a long time ago not to fall for these types of scams. But it did not appear to be a scam when I bought the cream. It says rush my trial on their ad. I thought that meant it was A trial size. Not a two week trial and then you have to send the *** back to them. Who has time for that? Had I known that I would've scooped all of it into a container and sent the mostly empty container back to them. For a full refund. This is absolutely crazy. I was in a car accident three weeks ago and totaled my car I can't afford to scream. I cannot tolerate being abused by this fly-by-night scam of a company called #Fulfillment Who is representing Vallas skin care. And by the way, when you go to their website there's a button that says contact us you can push it 1000 times and it will not give you an email or phone number. Do not order from this company under any circumstance is. These people need to be taken down.

I just received and unsolicited email from this company. It seems they are expanding their "product line" to include a "Trump Coin" to celebrate President "Trumps victory over the nay sayers." I immediately submitted an "unsubscribe" which was probably a mistake. They now know mine is a legitimate email address. Afterward, I decided to do a little research and found the Revdex.com report on the company. I do hope they are shut down and soon.

Deceptive billing practices.
I ordered two Biosilk skin care products as part of a free 14-day trial. Before the 14 days were over, they charged me $94.30 for membership fee. I called and asked to cancel everything, and after a great deal of harsh verbal treatment from the service rep (Brian), he agreed to give me a 50% refund. My husband called later that same day and spoke with Michael. My husband demanded a full refund, but Michael refused and even threatened to rescind the 50% refund that had been processed. Their customer service skills are nonexistent; they are rude and verbally abusive. We want to make sure all charges are refunded and that no further charges will appear.

This is not a billing issue with Hashtag, it is a complaint about their sales practices as a shipping company. Knowing that they are shipping fraudulent marketed items for their clients is an accessory to the situation. Hashtag receives money from shipping Biosilk skin products. The website's shipping address, PO BOX 23814 St. Petersburg, FL 33742, is one of the MANY addresses for Hashtag, not some other company, so you really ought to be able to resolve this. The order was placed on 10/5/17 for ***. They have given us a 50% refund, but we want a full refund on what was paid. The charge came from Wagbellafacon, another sign that deceptive billing practices are being used. See attached image for more info. Billing Fraud committed by this company is ridiculous and there is no way to remedy or get a refund because they deny and hang up on you.
I placed an order on 9/23/2017 for a $4.95 trial of Garcinia Cambogia. During the order process, while clicking through what seemed like several spam popups, I was dually charged an addtional $3.90 for Starex Labs Green Coffee Extract. Surprise but no worries for a $9.00 total charge, even though I didn't request the Green Coffee Extract. However, on 10/08/2017 I saw a charge on my bank card for $89.99 from *** XXX-XXX-XXXX UT that was submitted by the company on 10/07/2017. Puzzling for sure, since I didn't authorize this transaction and had NO IDEA what the charge was for. So I called the number listed on my bank ledger charge for this company and was put on eternal hold and then hung up on after asking for a refund and to speak with a manager.

On 10/10/2017, I was then billed an additional $88.99 by a company listed on my banking ledger as HEALTHY GLOW XXX-XXX-XXXX UT, billing submitted on 10/08/2017.

Again, I called the listed number for this company and asked for a refund and to speak with a manager. I was hung up on again.

I immediately called my banking institution and was told to come into the bank and fill out fraud paperwork. Also, I had to close that credit/bank card and get a new one issued.

The bank submitted an inquiry to the companies listed and got a return response that I had requested a cancellation of these accounts outside of a 14-day window term that - somehow - they said I had initially agreed to. I had NO IDEA about any of this and DID NOT agree to any of these sort of terms, nor did I authorize anyone to make any additional charges to my bank account.

As of today, I made more calls to the companies listed and was hung up on again. My bank said it has not legal standing to dispute or refund my money based on the information the companies has given them.

Desired Outcome

I want payments of $88.99 and $89.99 refunded to me.

Unauthorized charges on account. Sent back product. Items shipped back, company refusing to refund as promised.
On 9/1/17 placed order online for a "Free Trial", which advertised you just had to pay shipping and handling. Received product. On 9/18/17 unauthorized charge for $89.99 was taken from account used for shipping charges. On 9/19/17 another unauthorized charge of $88.99 was taken from same account. Called customer care at 877-856-0557 and was told by Morgan on 9/20/17 that product could be returned for a full refund, opened or not (which I verified twice). RMA numbers of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX were given along with address of PO Box 23866, Saint Petersburg, FL 337423801 to send product back. Sent product back via UPS at my expense, was returned to sender because it could not be sent back to a PO Box. Called again on 10/13/17 and was told it must be sent USPS and could not be opened or a refund would not be issued. Explained what I had been told by Morgan on 9/20/17 (around 6pm CST), in which he replied this was not within their policy and he should not have told me that. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. After several minutes on hold the same gentleman came back on the phone and said that is not our policy and will not refund and hung up.

Desired Outcome

Refund for $178.98.

I have fallen into the same mess as all the other folks. I ordered sample of Purely Vibrant eye serum, for $4.97 shipping. That was on 9/19/17 and received another on 10/3/17. They took $94.89 from my account and I have been trying to get a RAM# to return this and no # is ever answered. I am on SS & no other income. This is creating a real problem for us. What will I do before my account is wiped out????

Deceitful advertisement of free trial
Advertise a two week free trial with shipping and handling paid by consumer. Paid it and three weeks later my credit card was charged over $170. When I called to inquire on the charge I was told that it was for the product I received. I offered to return the product as I had not open it and was told that they would refund me 25%. I had already paid for the shipping and handling and when I placed the order for the sample it was never disclosed that my card would be charged after two weeks. This company is deceitful on their practices. They will get their product back and keep my money too.

Desired Outcome

All I ask is for 100% refund of the $177.24 unauthorized charges to my credit card as I had to expend time and money to ship and handle their product.
