I am rejecting this response because:I have received nothing from about the children! No drafts were provided to meNothing was done! Furthermore I was not told that I would receive a draft! We spoke with this member on Friday, 8/7/(MrM*** stated that he wrote his complaint before we returned his voicemail requesting us to call him.) === We came to an agreement that we have a signed contract of a year ago (August of 2014) whereas we were providing our service for $690, MrM***
had paid $350, and had a balance of $MrM*** made his first (and only) payment towards his documents on 8/15/14, and we provided his documents for review eleven (11) days later (8/26/14.) MrM*** requested changes to his documents, and ultimately gave his "final approval" on 9/25/(MrM*** sent us an email on 9/9/stating that he would make his final payment "soon".) ==== Subsequently, we were not able to reach MrM*** via his personal due to a disconnected numberWE left a voice message at his work number to no avail=== This information is not given because we are in disagreement - only for clarification==== After speaking with MrM***, he stated that all he wanted (via his inquiry to the Revdex.com) was to be released out of the contract he had signed, and to stop his monthly billing. I am rejecting this response because: 1) I am not going to court, my son's father is 2) I never indicated that I left a message, only that I calledMs B*** repeatedly implied that I lied but failed to mention that ATC's "sophisticated phone system" only works if I leave a messageI was unaware that they do not have anyway of looking at a call log. As stated previously, ATC has already taken $- their actions now are because they are on the radar of the Revdex.comI will review their work once I have confirmation from my ex as to his situation so ATC can actually do what it is they received money for

On 11/1/17, Ms V[redacted] called and agreed to obtain our document preparation services for a maximum fee of $990. While any amount can be paid to start the process, $98 is typically the lowest amount billed to start the process. – On 11/2/17, Ms V[redacted] called to move forward with the process, at that...

time, it was determined that a 2nd $98 billing was inadvertently processed, and Ms V[redacted] agreed to have this total ($196) amount applied to her flat fee which was lowered from $990 to a financial hardship of $800 –- On 11/3/17, Ms V[redacted] (then) called and said that she hired an attorney, so she no longer needed our services and requested a refund.  Ms V[redacted] was asked to provide us with an Engagement Letter showing that she had indeed hired an attorney, and that she would receive a refund at that time. Ms V[redacted] THEN changed her story, and said that when she started (enrolled) the process to have her documents typed, that she was told that we would have her court documents typed for only $98!  When asked why she said that she no longer needed our services because she had hired an attorney, Ms V[redacted] became argumentative, and the call was ended. Ms V[redacted] subsequently filed an erroneous complaint with the Revdex.com. – Since (to this date) Ms V[redacted] has not provided us with proof that she has hired an attorney, no refund is approved. – Sincerely, ATC, LLC

I am rejecting this response because: I never set up any payment arrangments to be charged for the 20 dollars that was taken to my account that day. I knew of the 98 going tow[redacted]s thentotal but as for needing 200 afterw[redacted]s when I don't have that money I didnt know that. If I have to pay this remaining amount in full why do I need to? If they want to claim I knew about the 20 dollars that I never authorized. They may help families and I was hoping they would solve mine but after taking money I didnt authorize that is when I didnt appreciate that type of business.

This consumer is lying in an attempt to collect an (unmerited) refund.  Ms [redacted] enrolled (and paid $348) to receive our services on 5/3/17. She was told that our standard “turn-around” to receive a rough draft (RD) of typed court documents is 5-7 business days. We provided Ms [redacted] her RD for...

review on 5/9/17, which is actually four (4) business days. At that time Ms [redacted] was informed there was missing and incorrect information which Ms [redacted] originally provided (e.g. how long child lived with the father, AND that there was no such town as “Fayettville” in Georgia as Ms [redacted] indicated (it was discovered that other party resides in “Fayette”.  This information in itself indicates that Ms [redacted] is dishonest… For reason(s) of her own, Ms [redacted] has decided not to move forward in resolving her custody/visitation issue. We have a signed contract that Ms [redacted] agreed to pay a flat fee of $688, of which $250 is still due. No refund is due, to the contrary, Ms [redacted] is fortunate that WE do not send her to collections for the monies owed to us. I am rejecting this response because:They can try and make if seems as though it’s the consumers fault, but it is totally BS.  After you speak to someone and try to call back it’s hard to speak to someone.  I did use . net to try and send an email a couple of time and it would not go through.I will be calling the local news to put them on blast because they are fast talkers and know that fathers/ mothers are having difficulty trying to see their children and are willing to reach out to whom they think will help with being honest and truthful. I’m just glad I did not put out more money for these scammers. So sad. Even in the response to the Revdex.com they are so unprofessional. So that tell you alot about the fake company.  I’ve read more complaints and unhappy consumers about the company then positive.  I don’t understand how they are allowed to get away with this, but that how scammers are when they are too lazy to run a a legitimate company/ business

After further review of this
complaint, we are holding our position that no refund will be provided to Ms

ordered, and we have a signed contract which includes that no refunds will be

draft of documents to members within 7-business days after receipt of last
bit of required information submitted by a member

days later than our "goal" - as MsP[redacted] confirms; we did indeed provide her
the documents she ordered for review===== In short - while a few days are important,
MsP[redacted] paid to have her documents typed, she did not pay for a "rush" or
emergency order, and this was not a "response" that needed to be (dated and) submitted
to a court by a specific date (whereas one may lose by default.) ===== Ms
P[redacted] has the 1st drafts of her documents, and she may give us approval
for standard shipment, or may inform us of any modifications she would like=====

When Ms W[redacted] registered for our services on 1/4/18, she was informed that our stand[redacted] Flat Fee for our service was a MAXIMUM of $990. During the explanation of how our program works, she was qualified for a "financial h[redacted]ship" (lower) fee of $800... She was also informed that the $98 she paid was...

to be applied to her maximum flat fee of $800. We do not “make” anyone sign anything – we emailed Ms W[redacted] a contract which she read, signed, and returned to us on 1/5/18. In addition to returning a signed contract, on 1/8/18, Ms W[redacted] provided us with the answers to 64 questions we emailed to her, required for us to be able to have her requested court documents typed. Ms W[redacted] contacted us on 1/12/18 and was indeed informed that she needed to pay additional money, to pay for our on-going services, and to move forw[redacted] with the process. Ms W[redacted] agreed to start making payments in a couple of weeks. On 2/2/18, a $20 payment was applied to her bill. Ms W[redacted] should not have entered in to a contract if she was not able to meet her obligation to pay. Ms W[redacted] needs to understand that she has a balance of $682 with us. Due to this outstanding bill, no refund is in order. If Ms W[redacted] does not contact us in the next 20 days, as a courtesy, we will automatically release her from the (signed) contract we have on file. We wish her the best of success. I am rejecting this response because: Their record keeping is completely inaccurate. After multiple attempts to contact them after noticing that they pulled money from our account and never getting a call back from them I did have my husband call. Stacy was the employee who answered the phone finally once my husband called from his phone. She WAS very rude, called my husband names and so on, we ended the call by hanging up on her....we did try to call back later to try and resolve this with them and for over 2 hours no one answered the phone, not even a voice mail. After about 2 hours Stacy did answer the phone finally  and she said and I quote “ let me put you on hold while I check your records” we were on hold for 30 minutes and she never came back to the phone. So we hung up and decided that this was an expensive lesson learned. We went to our bank and completely closed our accounts and changed financial institutions.  I/ we have never had this type of experience with any business. This speaks to the caliber of this business. They can keep the $100.00 plus the $98.00 just so we do not have to deal with them anymore.. which what this business wants I am sure, they bully people into giving in. We have 2 incomes in our household but for those that don’t and end up losing money at the hands of this business is awful, they should be ashamed of themselves. They provide legal services to people who are in difficult, vulnerable situations and their children’s livelihood is as stake. I would tell anyone considering using this service to think twice and go another route. Your children and money are precious to you and you want someone to help you who has you and your children’s best interest in mind.

Ms. P[redacted] enrolled for our services on 6/5/15, and received our standard Welcome Call within an hour after enrolling. This call confirms the services we provide, and it includes a statement that all fees paid are non-refundable.  On 6/15/15 Ms. P[redacted] Spoke with a Customer Service Rep. and was...

qualified for our Financial Hardship Program, which lowered the cost of our services from $990 to $690.  This amount was billed to her debit/credit card on 7/23/15. ===== Prior to logging on to our website, it was necessary for Ms. P[redacted] to accept our Terms and Conditions, which explain in detail what Ms. P[redacted] was informed verbally (including that all fees are non-refundable, and that we will correct any typos, and/or required changes to her documents at no additional cost to a member.) On 8/6/15 Ms. P[redacted] contacted us and ask that we resend questions that she had previously answered (these answers she needed to provide are/were required in order for us to have her court documents typed.) ===== We received Ms. P[redacted]’s renewed answers on 8/10/15. ===== On 8/17/15, we informed Ms. P[redacted] that we still needed a copy of her previous Court Order for reference… Ms. P[redacted] provided us this missing information on 9/9/15. ===== On 9/17/15 we received Ms. P[redacted]’s signed contract which further included that all fees are non-refundable. ===== We emailed the (Rough Draft) of Ms. P[redacted]’s documents to her on 10/2/15 for her approval, or to have her inform us of any changes to documents that were required. On 10/5/15 member sent an email that she had requested a refund (we never received a refund request prior to her Revdex.com complaint.) ===== It should be noted that although in Ms. P[redacted]’s complaint, she states that she tried to contact us a few times, our records do not show this. We help a lot of people, and have never heard anyone inform us that “all circuits are busy”, perhaps this was due to her living in Hawaii(?).  In any event, communication is always a 2- way effort… as it is, with all members of our organization, both phone and email contact continues to work well… While we always attempt to get our 1st draft of documents to members within 7-14 business days after receipt of last bit of required information submitted by a member, sometimes oversights or delays occur. In this situation, it did take us 18 business days to provide Ms. P[redacted] with her initial documents, and we apologize for the delay of a few extra days. Due to the work involved, and her signed contract, Ms. P[redacted] is not eligible for a refund. Ms. P[redacted] may contact us of any changes she needs done to the documents, or she may give her final approval. Our goal is to complete this process, so that we may send Ms. P[redacted] her finish documents. In addition, we will UPS “overnight” her finished documents at no additional cost, or Ms. P[redacted] may contact us for a courtesy refund in the amount of $100. ===== We truly wish her the best of success.
