I am rejecting this response because: How can a business of their nature properly provide services when they're unable to confirm an address? I provided About the children with everything they needed to assist me. Google maps will confirm an address! Fayetteville is a city in Georgia and their inability to confirm that shows the level of incompetence I'm dealing with. I received one email from them! None stating that any of the information provided was untraceable.

OUR PROMISE TO PERSON who seeks our help: We will correct any error(s), and/or provide a refund if merited… In regard to Ms [redacted]’s “complaint”: ---- Ms [redacted] needs to READ THE RESPONSE! We PROVIDED her Rough Draft Documents in FOUR DAYS, (at that time) she was simply informed that there was missing information… Ms [redacted] is focused the simple statement that there was missing information, whereas the point was, that she lied in an attempt to collect a refund… and, for reason(s) of her own, Ms [redacted] decided not to move forward in resolving her custody/visitation issue. We have a signed contract that Ms [redacted] agreed to pay a flat fee of $688, of which $250 is still due. Mr. C[redacted] is simply put; lying. He needs to understand that filing an erroneous complaint to the Revdex.com will not help his cause in obtaining an unmerited refund. We will not be refunding anything to Mr. C[redacted] due to the fact that he is making untrue statements in an attempt to receive a refund OVER...

ONE YEAR after he received his Rough Draft of the documents we prepared for him. All we do is help people over the telephone. ///// Mr. C[redacted] paid for our service, we had his documents prepared… …for Mr. C[redacted] to state that he called us twice a month, and that we do not return his calls is silly. For whatever reason, when Mr. C[redacted] received his first draft of court documents – he decided not to continue to enter into Family Court… /// Mr. C[redacted] never asked for a refund, because he is well aware that he signed a contract which includes that there are no refunds on monies paid… This is also the reason he did not dispute the $690 charge to his credit card company. Mr. C[redacted] enrolled for our services on 3/27/15, on 4/6/15 Mr C[redacted] paid $690 and requested we type family court documents for him. /// On 4/7/15 we asked Mr. C[redacted] to fax us a copy of his divorce decree. On 4/22/15, we received a copy of his DD and the (above referenced) signed contract. /// On 4/29/15, we emailed Mr. C[redacted] the typed (“Rough Draft”) documents he paid for. /// With Mr. C[redacted] never responding, on 7/22/15, we left a voicemail and sent an email to Mr. C[redacted] asking him to call us to confirm approval of the documents he received. First, it should be noted that we rarely make this statement about anyone: Mr. B[redacted] is lying, period. As you read his “complaint”, the first part states that he did not receive his documents, then, that his daughter was in the process of taking care of her situation, then, that he did not file his...

documents (indicating what he informed us of – that he DID receive his documents.) ===== In regard to his statement, “I just want my money back, I have not received any final documents.” ==== It should be noted that our (time-stamped) records document that Mr. B[redacted] called our office on 8/17/15 and stated to us that “ I PRINTED THE DOCUMENTS YOU SENT to me and “they were rejected by the court.” This naturally, is in complete contrast to what he states in his documented complaint to the Revdex.com. For this reason, we cannot (nor should anyone else) believe anything Mr. B[redacted] has listed in his complaint. ====== FOR THE RECORD:  it should be noted that when (on 8/17/15) Mr. B[redacted] called requesting a refund, we explained that we needed a letter or confirmation that the documents that we provided, were indeed rejected by the courts, and that he needed to give us an opportunity to correct, or amend our documents as/if required. Our Terms and Conditions, which he (accepted) before entering our website, state that a member must allow us to (at no additional charge) correct, or make any necessary modifications to any documents provided by us. ==== It should be noted, that when we brought the above mentioned to Mr. B[redacted]s attention, he became unreasonable and irate, and we did have to end a particular phone call. ===== After reviewing the specifics of what actually transpired, we have decided that no refund will be provided to Mr. B[redacted]. However, as a courtesy, we are willing to make any corrections to the documents that Mr. B[redacted] was provided. His account has been noted accordingly. I am rejecting this response because:  I received the email but did not open the email with the documents. never opened it.  It was too late. I filed the complaint before they sent the documents.  They are trying to say they provided the documents before I filed the complaint.  I just want my money back.  They have on their website 100% satisfaction guarantee!  Now they dont want to stand by what they advertise.  I will get a lawyer and take legal action if my money is not refunded to me in full $690.00.  They can keep my non refundable $100 deposit, which is what is stated in their rules.

Ms H[redacted] enrolled with our organization on 12/6/17, and Ms L[redacted] used her financial account to pay for Ms H[redacted]’s enrollment fee of $98 on 12/11/17. We have a signed contract (by both) stating that the (flat fee) charge for our service would be a maximum of $990. It was later agreed that we...

would lower their flat fee to (only) $590. The $25 charge in question was submitted on 1/5/18 (the 6th was a Saturday) as a 1st month payment to keep the account open, and moving forward. This amount was applied to their flat fee. Ms L[redacted] may ask Ms H[redacted] to reimburse the $25 that was applied to their flat fee - Since they still have a remaining balance in the amount of $565, no refund is in order. Ms H[redacted]’s order with us has been put on hold, and she needs to contact us at her earliest convenience so she can inform us of when a next payment can be applied, so that we may continue to assist her in the preparation of her Family Court documents. - Sincerely, ATC, LLC

Now Ms V[redacted] is saying that she “immediately” said that she would not be needing our services – this is untrue. She originally stated that she hired an attorney, and would not be needing our services… So this makes the 3rd time she has changed her story…  We would like to confirm to anyone reading; We have been affiliated with the Revdex.com for 16 years (since 2001), and have an excellent rating, and rapport with them. --- ATC has helped over 100,000 parents nationwide - we help HUNDREDS of families every week! --- The fact is, that in many cases, we may be able to save parents thousands of dollars by having their court documents typed (for a flat fee) by professionals… --- We are standing on our original response: On 11/1/17, Ms V[redacted] called and agreed to obtain our document preparation services for a maximum fee of $990. While any amount can be paid to start the process, $98 is typically the lowest amount billed to start the process. – On 11/2/17, Ms V[redacted] called to move forward with the process, at that time, it was determined that a 2nd $98 billing was inadvertently processed, and Ms V[redacted] agreed to have this total ($196) amount applied to her flat fee which was lowered from $990 to a financial hardship of $800 –- On 11/3/17, Ms V[redacted] (then) called and said that she hired an attorney, so she no longer needed our services and requested a refund.  Ms V[redacted] was asked to provide us with an Engagement Letter showing that she had indeed hired an attorney, and that she would receive a refund at that time. Ms V[redacted] THEN changed her story, and said that when she started (enrolled) the process to have her documents typed, that she was told that we would have her court documents typed for only $98!  When asked why she said that she no longer needed our services because she had hired an attorney, Ms V[redacted] became argumentative, and the call was ended. Ms V[redacted] subsequently filed an erroneous complaint with the Revdex.com. – Since (to this date) Ms V[redacted] has not provided us with proof that she has hired an attorney, no refund is approved. – Sincerely, ATC, LLC

Ms W[redacted] has a bad memory – On 10/16/17, when Ms W[redacted] enrolled for our services, she was informed (as our website clearly states) that we have Court Documents typed for a FLAT FEE, and that the maximum fee for our services was $990, and that that could be lower, depending on her financial...

situation… , and that the 1st step would be to answer questions that were emailed to her – hence, she was not paying for documents to be sent to her… That said, on 10/17/17 Ms W[redacted] was qualified for a financial hardship flat fee in the amount of $750 to have her court documents typed. -----  On 10/20/17, we contacted Ms W[redacted] and she stated that she would pay $325 the following week or thereabouts to (continue) to move forward with having her court documents typed. – On 11/2/17, we contacted Ms W[redacted] and she agreed to pay $100 towards her flat fee. – On 11/8/17, someone other than Ms W[redacted] called and told us that she no longer wanted our help. We asked this person to have Ms W[redacted] call us, and the call was ended. Without any further contact from Ms W[redacted] subsequently filed this complaint with the Revdex.com in an attempt to collect an unmerited refund. Why in the world she would include that someone from our organization would stoop so low as to call her husband names, is beyond belief. We have been affiliated with the Revdex.com for over 16 years, have helped over 100,000 families, and have never had this lie stated about us. -- No refund is due – We truly wish Ms W[redacted] the best of success in resolving her family court matter. I am rejecting this response because:ABOUT THE CHILDREN IS LYING THRU THEIR TEETH THEY HAVE NEVER HANDLED THE SITUTATION IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM I SENT THEM THE INFO/ DIVORCE PAPERS  THEY NEEDED IN APRIL OF 2015 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY FINALLY SAID THEY DID RECIEVE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ME A ROUGH DRAFT IN 10 DAYS NEVER TO THIS DAY 5/18/2016 HAVE I EVER GOTTEN ANYTHING INCLUDING A RESPONSE FROM THEM,THEY HAD HOOKED ME UP WITH 2 PEOPLE THAT DIDNT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO TO BEGIN WITH [ERIC AND BARBARA] THEY CALLED ME DAILY UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARED AND THEN I COULDNT GET THEM ON PHONE AND TO THIS DAY I GET THE SAME THING SOMEONE WILL BE BACK IN TOUCH WITH YOU ,I EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO PUT IN ANOTHER THING TO GET SOMEONE ON PHONE AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT CONTACT AND CALLED BACK HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT HANDLE THAT AND SOMEONE WILL CALL ME LATER BEEN FOUR DAY NOW ... Mr. H[redacted] provided us with his account information, agreed to pay a flat fee of $688 to have his required court documents prepared, and we immediately began assisting him. Mr. H[redacted] then contacted us and said he changed his mind and that he had hired an attorney, and wanted a refund. We...

asked Mr. H[redacted] to provide us with an engagement letter proving that he had hired an attorney, and at that point we could (perhaps) consider if some type of refund could be approved. Mr. H[redacted] then stated that he had already filed a dispute with his banking institution, and hung up on us. We later received “chargeback” notification from Mr. H[redacted]’s banking institution. We provided his bank with sufficient proof that a refund was not merited. Mr. H[redacted] lost his request that any charges be reversed. No refund is due. – We wish Mr. H[redacted] the best of success, Sincerely, ATC, LLC

As was explained to MrT[redacted], his original refund check was sent as originally promised, and later verbally confirmedMrT[redacted] was informed/aware that this original check was not received by him, due to MrT[redacted] providing us with an incorrect address... The 2nd refund check was not received due to our accounting department placing an "#" instead of "N" in addressI promised, we sent MrT[redacted] an email which included a photo of the two (2) returned (U.Smail stamped) envelopes----- We included the following message in the email we sent MrT[redacted]: Hello D[redacted],
Per the attached, we received both
original checks returned due to insufficient addresses
The 1st returned was due to your

I am rejecting this response because: About the children,while sounds like an amazing company to help you with your legal matter with regard to family law, they are not. The context of these messages speak for themselves. we are done with this back and forth banter. I have never in my life reported a company to the Revdex.com however this situation definitely warranted that and I/we will take every advantage to make sure the truth be told so that others do not have the same experience as we did. We have already hired a private attourney to take care of our matter in regard to our family law issue, and while it is quit a bit more expensive than  what it would’ve been if we would’ve been able to use about the children it is well worth the money to know that our private attorney will take care of matter and us and our child the way it should be taken care of.

with Ms. R[redacted]h, have issued her a courtesy refund of $200, and are
moving forward in helping her with her family court issue. Here is an accurate
account of what has transpired, thus far: Ms. R[redacted]h enrolled
with ATC  on 5/12/2015 after agreeing to our terms and...

explain we are not a law office and can offer no legal advice. ATC is very
clear with the terms & conditions,  as well as the multiple
 calls to Ms. S[redacted]  from our member  care staff who  read
from scripts. This is done every time with every member of our organization. On
5/13/2015 Ms. S[redacted] paid $890.00 to have temporary and permanent documentation
prepared for her by ATC. She was sent a receipt to sign that stated she’d paid
690.00. Clearly,  Ms. S[redacted] was sent a contract with a “typo”. =====We
apologized for our mistake and Ms. S[redacted] was sent her proper receipt for
$890.00.  It was a simple mistake that we made , nothing more. Ms. S[redacted]
was sent via email her rough draft documents on 5/29/2016 with instruction on how to revise them via email. Ms.
S[redacted] did call with concerns regarding a statement on the instructions stating
that major revisions may entail an additional fee of $150.00. Ms. S[redacted] spoke
with her family service representative  and was told that  did not
apply to general revisions . She was assured that did not apply to her, nor was
she charged an additional $150.00. ===== On 6/4/2015 Ms. S[redacted] was instructed
again to make any revisions by email of her rough draft documents so that we
may finalize her documents and send them to her UPS. On 6/9/2015 Ms. S[redacted]
called and left a message. Ms. S[redacted]’s call was returned promptly with-in the
hour and she did not answer her phone. A message was left for Ms. S[redacted] to
please return our call. We did not hear back from Ms. S[redacted] and were very
 surprised to receive this Revdex.com. ===== complaint. After speaking with Ms.
S[redacted] today , 6/17/2015 , she agreed to send over the revisions for her rough
drafts and as assured that no additional fees would be charged regardless of
any and all changes. In addition,  Ms. S[redacted] was offered a $200.00 refund
for the mistake made in regards to the contract we mistakenly sent her. Her
document fees were $890.00 and we sent a contract with 690.00. All that is left for Ms. S[redacted] to do is to revise her
documents so that we may ship them to her promptly via UPS. We look forward to
Ms. S[redacted] emailing her revisions  and finalizing her documentation for her.
----- We spoke with Ms. S[redacted] on Thursday, June 25, 2015, and she is reviewing

I am rejecting this response because:   I had waited 3 weeks for the rough draft and called to check status 4 times. On the fourth call I was told I would receive it by Monday which was 3 business days later and still did not receive the documents.  I then filed the complaint.  Four days after the complaint was filed then they sent the rough draft to me.  I did not open the rough draft of the documents I just sent the email back.  They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, stating that the $100 deposit is non refundable, which is fine, but I am demanding that my $ 690.00 be refunded back to me for services not rendered.  How ridiculous that they are saying that they will only refund me the deposit of $100 and keep the $690.00.  Unacceptable, court documents are very time sensitive, this company should be aware of that.   3 weeks for the rough draft is way too long.  I could have done them on my own in that amount of time.

I am rejecting this response because:It is incorrect. I advised them that I would NOT be needing any services immediately after they double charged my card and before any process started because the company initially became argu,entative. Nobody agreed that the othed $98 would go towards the fee. As a matt3r of fact after attempting to speak with a superviser and being hung up on many times, I said I wanted nothing to do with the company. Then was blatantly callled a liar. I was advised after calling several times that I would in fact have both refunded and that it would take 3-5 days. Then, and only then did I stop calling. I reported it to the bank. I am more than happy to have the Revdex.com seek a recording if in fact they record conversations at the business. My atorney is located at the Glenny Lawfirm here in San Antonio Texas. My husband spoke to the same person I spoke with a man named R[redacted] on Nov 5 to get a callback regarding the matter and has yet to receive a callback. Considering the extent of the falsehood that was typed to the Revdex.com, I am looking to get legal representation against the company as well if this matter is not resplved. For theft. Nkthing was signed, no services were rendered, therefore my finds need to be returned before legal action is taken.

I am rejecting this response because:The fact of the matter is there was NO agreement that ANY of the 98 would be used for the balance. After Ms. P[redacted] started asking for my card number a second time and would not read me the last four digits of my card number to verify that she had the correct card information at the BEGINNING of any transaction, then Ms. P[redacted] started acting suspicious, I told her that ALL transactions are to be cancelled before anything was to move forward. NOWHERE did it state on their website, and never were we advised that a letter from an attorney was required to cancel ANY transaction. Especially before ANY services were rendered. My story has NOT changed. I was illegally charged for services that I said I would NOT be requiring. ESPECIALLY since there was never any agreement signed. So yes, after P[redacted] would not act professional in handling personal banking information I immediately opted out of ALL services before signing anything. She and her colleagues instead of handling the manner in a professional manner instead continues to "hang up" on me. Even after asking to speak with a supervisor. Services were never rendered, services were declined. NOWHERE or at ANYTIME was there ever advised that an engagement letter was required to deny services until I told them I did not want or need their services. Again, I am being called a liar so they can get out of giving me my money back for services that I refused at the time they were attempting to run my card. Again, I opted out of ALL services before ANY of these card transactions were complete or any services were rendered.
