Do not use xenonHids.com
Almost 2 weeks and no response from them. No operating phone service. Looks like they created a shipping label but never sent the product. Looks like a bankrupt company trying to collect what they can while they can. Don't use them

Hello, The customer's original tracking number from July 15, showed the package was delivered and the customer claimed that it was not received In cases like those, we ask the customer to file a claim with USPS since all packages shipped via priority shipping are insured The customer claimed that USPS answered them days later and that the package was lostTherefore, he should be getting the insurance check by mail since he was filing the claim After filing the insurance claim with USPS Priority, which is given with all packages, he also initiated a charge-back with his bank for the full amount paidAfter multiple weeks of investigation, his bank came back with a decision in our favor We were simply following standard procedures for rare cases like this oneAt this point we had concluded that if the package was never delivered, it was covered by the USPS insurance and the customer had the option to purchase it back or to keep the money Thank you, The XH Team

Hello, After reviewing the customer's account, we replied to all email requests within 1-business daysWe asked the customer to confirm the component needed to be replaced under warranty, but we had not received a response for over a month When were notified of the replacement he required, the warranty was immediately approved and the replacement processed within business day The issue has been resolved Thank you

Hello, Our website guarantees fitments for factory headlight housingsThe customer purchased kits for an aftermarket housingUnfortunately, we have no way of knowing the fitment of an aftermarket setup, therefore we base it on the fitments provided to us from the customerWe had assisted the customer with an exchange, as per their request The customer then decided to return the entire order, for which we immediately processed an RMA for the return and the refund has since been issued on all orders Thank you

Complaint: ***I never received any forms of payment from usps or the merchant, therefore yes I attempted a charge back and still yet to receive any payment from either partiesThe bank did denied the claim in you favor because you showed that the package was deliveredMeanwhile I have a email from USPS saying the package was lostThen after back and forth the merchant claimed I had to wait business days due to the charge back for a refundAfter all of this the outcome was that the merchant stop responding to any emails I would send, also still haven't received anything refund from them nor USPS. We are automotive lighting experts and we have sold many kits for aftermarket headlight housingsWe are very knowledgeable on the installation on these types of setups.
As we have explained, the conversion kit must be installed connected to the aftermarket housing only, it no longer will connect to the OEM setup (as that is to be replaced by the aftermarket housing)
As per our return policies, all returns are subject to a restocking feeWe issued a full refund on 2/of the customers' orders and applied only a partial restocking fee on one order.
