Our website guarantees fitments for factory headlight housings. The customer purchased kits for an aftermarket housing. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the fitment of an aftermarket setup, therefore we base it on the fitments provided to us from the customer. We had assisted...

The customer then decided to return the entire order, for which we immediately processed an RMA for the return and the refund has since been issued on all orders.

right kit and there is nothing we can possibly have them exchanged for since H7 bulbs are what he needs for that specific vehicle. A simple adapter with connecting pins are needed and we offered help from our techs to help him install these light.

False, I have been trying to reach this company since March. When you call their phone I put you on hold for about 5 minutes and 50 seconds and then gets forwarded back to the main menu. I received an email stating that there's an adapter coupling that [redacted] make the kit work and I purchase it through eBay. But no surprise it still does not work because even with that adapter piece that holds the bulb you still have to cut wires and solder which is not with this company advertise. Which means plug it right into your existing harness and it [redacted] work. Which it does not. This company such a scam artist. I spent all that money for something that doesn't even work. And also with them saying they would get a tech to help me through email I still have not received a phone call from a tech.

XenonHIDs.com seem like a fraud business. If the HID products were new they should last about a year or so but the headlights were not working from day one and fog lights only last for three weeks. Come on! Do you really think they were NEW. Well I'm not going to argue anymore I just waste my times & money dealing with XenonHIDs.com. They got a little surplus fund to help stay in business and lying to customer.

All our kits are 100% brand new. It could happen that a part can go bad faster and this is why we rate it as a defective part which will be replaced free of charge under your warranty.
Like we mentioned to you previously, if you have one side that went bad on your fog lights, please know your lights are still under warranty and we will gladly replace your defective part which we would not be doing if we were not a legit business.

XenonoHIDs.com cannot be trust anymore, I cannot keep spending money trying to get HID install when it might be defective or to confirm if the fog lights are new for replacement. After I had I had the factory fog lights put back in, the HID fog lights were thrown away in trash so I no longer have them. XenonHIDs.com treated me like a fraud as a new customer and I waste a lot money trying to get those HiD lights installed, so if you cannot replace the labor cost ($355) let it go, end of complaint. I will not reply to anymore email from XenonHIDs.com

refund has still not been received , boxes are new looking with no kind of seals or quality inspection control stickers . there was no misunderstanding there trouble shooting was clear and the parts still didn't work . was told I done the install wrong !!! plug and play connectors its really simple just bad product!!!
