Hello,
Our quality assurance department ensures all kits are tested and inspected prior to entering our warehouseWe hold a high standard of quality assurance and testing components is a key factor.
As always, if there is an issue with the product, our lifetime warranty replaces the component(s) free of charge, no questions asked.
As per the request of the customer, instead of processing a replacement, we processed a return and a full refund was issued on his order.

Hello,
The customer had initially stated that he simply did not want to keep his order, therefore he was sent RMA instructions which includes the restocking fee, as per our return policyWe have since reviewed this request, and have waived the restocking fee and issued a full refund on the order

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately the business is providing false information. The customer did in fact want to keep the product however after being tested the product was found to be defective. 
The customer is certain if the business reviews the case they will in fact conclude that the product was defective and that the customer would have kept the product if it simply worked. 
 
The business has also failed to address the compensation for the return shipping of said defective product, the business has also failed to address the issue of not contacting the customer.

After reviewing the customer's account, we replied to all email requests within 1-2 business days. We asked the customer to confirm the component needed to be replaced under warranty, but we had not received a response for over a month.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I told them from day one it was after market and that it wasn't the lights that was the problem even if we got the correct sizes it was that their wire harness wasn' match up with the factory wire harness that comes from the truck itself not the light housing and time and time again they told me as long as I got the correct lights the wireing is universal. So I bought the correct lights and again their wiring didn't connect with the FACTORY wiring. I have attached the communication

Hello,As promised to the customer, the exchange was shipped on May 19th, 2017 and an email was sent with the tracking on the same day. The package has been delivered on May 22nd, 2017.Sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused.

The customer's original tracking number from July 15, 2017 showed the package was delivered and the customer claimed that it was not received.
In cases like those, we ask the customer to file a claim with USPS since all packages shipped via priority shipping are insured.
The customer...

claimed that USPS answered them 14 days later and that the package was lost. Therefore, he should be getting the insurance check by mail since he was filing the claim.
After filing the insurance claim with USPS Priority, which is given with all packages, he also initiated a charge-back with his bank for the full amount paid. After multiple weeks of investigation, his bank came back with a decision in our favor.
We were simply following standard procedures for rare cases like this one. At this point we had concluded that if the package was never delivered, it was covered by the USPS insurance and the customer had the option to purchase it back or to keep the money.

As per the RMA instructions, the tracking information must be provided in the RMA form once the package has been shipped. The system then processes the refund automatically from there once the return is delivered.

delay in the refund process.
In any case, I apologize for the delay. The refunds have been processed on both returns.

I just checked my email and I have not received anything from them. I even checked my junk and spam folders...nothing. Also in order to fill out a ram request I need a order number but since I never received any receipt or confirmation email from them I don't have my order number. I have not received one single communication email yet.

This issue is not resolved yet. They've sent me a return label from a 3rd party vendor that didn't work. An email from their customer service (AFTER I've had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com due to lack of response) without actually resolving the issue does not constitute a resolution to me.
