Review: On multiple requests, I've requested the following link to be removed when my name is entered as a search through [redacted] and other browsers:

This information is not correct. When a search is performed with "My name", it shouldn't retrieved the above link as there's no association of my last name to this link or site.

On multiple occasions I've asked for this information to be removed and have not had any prompt resolution to this issue, especially with the misinformation being presented.Desired Settlement: The above link needs to be deleted by [redacted]

In looking back at our history I am not finding this request from your email address, so I am very sorry the request did not land with the right team to make this happen originally.I have removed the link to the [redacted] & [redacted] page. It no longer shows your full last name when pulling up the page and within 24 hours the listing will be removed from search. We have also notified Google to remove the link from their sites, and they have stated it can take 3-28 days to be removed.We wish you all the best.

Review: XO Grouping which is over [redacted] post my husband and I baby's, and pregnancy information on [redacted]. We have tried working with [redacted], [redacted], and XO Grouping to have our information removed from their websites. [redacted] removed it from their system but couldn't remove it from the other websites(I.e [redacted], XO Grouping, and [redacted]). We need our information removed ASAP. It appears as [redacted] & [redacted] on the sites mention above.Desired Settlement: Remove our information from the websites/internet for the safety of our child

We did deactivate the account when you initially reached out, however, the landing page was reactivated in our database and we are very sorry that was overlooked and pushed forward. Review: Placed order on Dec [redacted]. The website clearly stated, "guaranteed delivery by Dec [redacted]". It is now dec [redacted] and they have not even shipped out the products. I've contacted numerous times and they have not responded to any emails, or voice mails. Also the only time they answered the phone, they said that they had no info on my order whatsoever, that it was in file, but no info on when they'd get to it or even ship it .. if they did, as they said "I be lucky to get it" since a lot of stuff was out of stock. They are rude and very unprofessional. Worst of all is they wont even provide customer with any information or answer any emails.Desired Settlement: They did not keep their word on guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. They did not respond about canceling my order, or refund, there was a hold on credit card and has not gone away which is not normal, since they've not given me the product.

When I signed up for this service I was told that I could cancel after 3 months if I wasn't happy with it. When I tried to cancel, they informed me that I was actually in a 12 month contract and there is no way to release me. Apparently their receipt says that I agree to a 12 month contract unless I explicitly tell them within 3 days that I don't agree. Now, they continue to try billing me (my credit card company put a hold on them) and are using scare tactics to try to get me to allow them to continue billing me.

Review: On Monday, July **, 2014, I signed up to be a vendor on [redacted] for wedding sales. It was advertised in large lettering at $55 per month. I thought I'd try it for one month to see if it was beneficial to my business. I noticed the following month I was charged another $55 dollars. I contacted [redacted] and XO group in various emails to find out how to end my service (in August and September). The original person I contacted said they no longer worked for XO group. It took forever to be in touch with someone to help me. The storefront website itself makes it impossible to change you subscription -- so I just started emailing anyone from [redacted] that I could find. Eventually, on October [redacted] XXX (my representative) responded saying that I was locked into a 12 month commitment with the knot! I emailed her back on October [redacted] and told her that I had never received any contract that specified this and that I never signed up for a 12 month commitment! Amazingly, that same day (October [redacted]) I got an email WITH a contract from XXX with the date of Oct. * -- spelling out my contract. I'd never received this document before! I didn't hear anything back from XXX and so I sent a follow up message on the [redacted] of October. XXX responded on the [redacted] again with screenshots of where the '12-month commitment asterick' was. It is in tiny gray letters to the left of the main sign up screen. I can't believe the scam they are pulling! Anything with a 12-month commitment of $55 a month should be put in font big enough to read with the main ad. Eventually, I asked to speak with a [redacted] and a XXX emailed me back saying the same thing that I am ineligible to cancel my online storefront because I had a 12-month commitment. She also indicated that her records show that a contract was sent after purchase (it was not). She mentions that the terms and conditions that I checked off also indicate a 12-month commitment. I believe this group has deceptive advertising that cons people into 12 month contracts. They are not transparent and fail to make this contract clear up front. Also, I never got a contract (until I complained -- dated Oct. *). The contract that I was sent says "IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT OR IF THERE ARE ERRORS ON THIS FORM YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THIS FORM." I responded INSTANTLY when a contract was ACTUALLY sent.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that my 12-month contract obligations be removed. And that I get a refund for August and September - totaling $110.
