This letter is submitted in response to the above referenced complaint, received by XPO Logistics on February 10, XPO Logistics is a third-party freight forwarder and subcontracts all of its deliveries and installations, including [redacted] orderXPO does not have any employees that actually deliver and/or install appliances at customers’ homes, therefore, XPO’s insurance does not cover [redacted] claimThe customer has submitted her claim to the manufacturer’s and the installer’s insurance companies which are investigating itXPO regrets the inconvenience caused to the customer

I was unable to retrieve any record of this delivery in our Last Mile systemWas the customer able to provide documentation confirming XPO Last Mile was involved in her delivery? This is in response to your letter dated November 10, 2017, received by XPO on November 14, XPO Logistics is not able to locate the customer’s delivery based on the information providedPlease ask the customer to provide any delivery documentation he might have, or ask the vendor from whom he purchased the motorcycle to file a claim pursuant to XPO’s claim proceduresXPO sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused to [redacted] and will work on resolving this matter as soon as we receive more information

This is in response to your letter dated September 11, 2017, received by XPO on September 22, XPO Logistics investigated [redacted] order and determined that the delays with the delivery were a result of miscommunication between XPO warehouse and ***, and the items being misplaced*** has refunded the delivery and assembly fees to the customerXPO sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused to [redacted]

This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with Apparently they are the logistics company working with [redacted] and [redacted] in Maryland They lie and do not follow through on appointments they set BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and now [redacted] and [redacted] ***!!! days after supposed installation of my newly purchased appliance I am still sitting with an uninstalled appliance and no installation date in sight Of course this service was paid for through [redacted] and with [redacted] "protection" which is also a joke because it all is handled through XPO Logistics --- HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I had ordered a playground set, and waited for proper installation all summer long due to original installation not being done correctlyI was told that I would reimbursed the delivery and installation fee of $450, and have yet to receive a check

In response to a complaint filed about a delivery made by XPO Logistics Freight, Incout of Renton WA.XPO Logistics did encounter some difficulties in making the delivery to the satisfaction of the complainant, and we apologize.? XPO was able to complete her second delivery without damage and, we believe, to her satisfaction.? We reached out to the complainant to identify any scheduling and delivery issues that may have contributed to the problems experienced, and we will use her feedback to improve our processes.? Just for the recordI just want to say that after being in business for years I only had Revdex.com complaint, about or so years ago. I never did any work on their house yet, but they complained that the planning stage was taking to long and I said it was because of their
lack of decision makingWe met at the Revdex.com offices with a mediator and I won the case hands down. As far as this complaint goes I have been very busy running my construction company and also running my start up food company.that is why I made a barter agreement with herI never said I WOULD do her work the next week I said I MAY be able to do her work the next weekIn this day and age a typical project will have some change orders and during this time every job I was running had multiple change ordersIncluding multiple change orders at the project I was working on down the street from herI can prove that to the Revdex.com or the complainantBecause she knew I had a lot going on I was "more than a little surprised" at her reaction to me not being able to make it that week.More than that during the discussion of our barter she "NEVER" told me that sh needed or expected it to be done by a certain time.And I am sure she will not say she did.So we will send her the money even though to be honest here she had asked me at the end of our hour + was I pleased with her work,I said yes ,but only to not hurt her feelings.I truly learned more on my own.She is way over priced. Shipping company does not have the competence to schedule and deliver items as promisedDoes not have the capability of identifying appropriate vehicles or equipment to deliver shipmentExpected customer to provide assistance with delivery and to call the office to "make sure everyone was on the same page"Poor customer service, argumentative, dismissive, and unapologeticAfter waiting three days for our delivery to arrive, we were told we can pick it up ourselves
