In response to a complaint filed about a delivery made by XPO Logistics Freight, Incout of Renton WA.XPO Logistics did encounter some difficulties in making the delivery to the satisfaction of the complainant, and we apologize.? XPO was able to complete her second delivery without damage and,
we believe, to her satisfaction.? We reached out to the complainant to identify any scheduling and delivery issues that may have contributed to the problems experienced, and we will use her feedback to improve our processes.? Our customer service team would like to say thanks to her for the constructive feedback given, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience

This company, unfortunately, has a contract with Babies R Us for deliveries and assemblies of their products. I purchased a crib from Babies R Us, and when XPO Logistics delivered and assembled it, they were very quick with the assembly. However, quick is not always good! My husband and I realized, after my baby had been restlessly sleeping in this crib for a week and a half and rolling to the side, that the delivery men had attached a piece backwards, which in turn caused the frame to be uneven. My son could have rolled over on his stomach and suffocated!
When I contacted the company to ask if they could send someone out to repair the mistake, they told me that they were going to charge me $120 to come. When I communicated to then that did not believe that I should be charged to fix a mistake that THEY had made, they told me that a manager would call me back in 15 minutes. I have not heard anything in a week.
